Im Inneren ist die Maisonette-Wohnung mit einer gemütlichen Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet und umfasst ein malerisches, offenes Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelschlafsofa, einem Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player, einer modernen Wohnküche sowie einem privaten, sonnigen Balkon für zwei Personen. Ein Mansardengeschoss darüber sorgt für ein zusätzliches Raumgefühl. Im Zwischengeschoss befinden sich ein geschlossenes Zweibettzimmer, dessen Betten zusammengestellt werden können, sowie ein offener, kinderfreundlicher Raum mit Etagenbetten. Im Mansardengeschoss gibt es ein voll ausgestattetes Familienbadezimmer und im Erdgeschoss ein separates WC.
Der erholsame Rückzugsort auf dem Balkon ist bequem mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen. Im Außenbereich bietet die vierstöckige Residenz einen sonnigen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Die ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur ist zudem sehr praktisch: Die Residenz liegt 230 Meter vom Skilift Grands Montets entfernt und in günstiger Nähe zum Bahnhof sowie zu den Annehmlichkeiten des Ferienorts.

Lage:
Die Unterkunft liegt in einer natürlichen Umgebung am Flussufer entlang des „Chemin sous la Grand“ am Ortseingang. Von hier aus sind eine lokale Pizzeria (1 Minute zu Fuß), der Skilift „Les Grands Montets“ (230 Meter zu Fuß) und der nahegelegene Bahnhof bequem zu erreichen.
Auch das Zentrum von Argentière ist nur 8 Gehminuten entfernt, sodass die hervorragenden französischen Restaurants, preiswerten Cafés und die Annehmlichkeiten des Ferienorts leicht zu erreichen sind.
Argentière liegt nur 14 Autominuten von Chamonix entfernt und ist einer der beliebtesten Alpenferienorte. Es befindet sich am Fuße von Les Grands Montets (einem weitläufigen, abwechslungsreichen Gebiet mit einer großen Auswahl an Pisten und ausgedehnten Pulverschneefeldern für Off-Piste-Fans). Ideal sowohl für Wintersport als auch für Sommeraufenthalte – die atemberaubende Landschaft und das fantastische Angebot an Freizeitaktivitäten im Freien machen diesen Ort zu einem einladenden Reiseziel für das ganze Jahr. Der Kletterpark „Accro Adventure“ in den Baumwipfeln und der Kletterfelsen am Lac des Gaillands sind beide 19 Autominuten entfernt. Von diesem charmanten Urlaubsort aus ist der Flughafen Genf in 1 Stunde und 21 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

L'appartement correspond à l'annonce. Il est bien équipé et fonctionnel. Il convient très bien pour un week-end, nous étions 6. Emplacement au top : Domaine skiable des Grands Montets accessible à pied en 5mn. Restaurants, supermarché, commerces accéssibles à pied dans Argentière. Arrêt de bus également à 5mn pour aller sur Chamonix.

Great location with a view of Mont Blanc. Next to train with free train tickets to get to Chamonix and back throughout stay. A fantastic bakery just round the corner, with an amazing selection of pastries and really excellent friendly service, good prices too. Loved our stay would definitely go again. Had an amazing trip up Aguille de midi! Just breath taking! Lots more still to do. Little red train was also a highlight. Loved Chamonix, lots to do and see for a family with older children. Accommodation had its own quirky feel

Nice compact apartment in Argentieres. A lovely location, away from the hustle and bustle of Chamonix. We were supplied with complementary tickets for the local trains and buses for the duration of our stay, which was great, and made it easy to get into Chamonix without using the car. Lots of nice walks and a cablecar station close to the property to get up into the mountains. A pretty basic apartment, but no different to most based on my experience.

Appartment have everything you may need, easy to get the keys. It is an expensive area and after talking with more people realize appartmensin Chamonix area are really small so this one was the same as others more expensive

The view was incredible, parking was convenient, check in and out was pretty easy, hot water was enough for 6 people, kitchen had what we needed. Cool without air conditioning in the end of July 2026.

Vorab das Positive: Die Lage ist super, Parken war ohne Probleme möglich, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel 5min entfernt, Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig, Check-In unkompliziert und problemlos, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist hervorragend. Aber: Sowohl das Gebäude als auch die Wohnung sind in eine sehr alten und renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung in Ordnung, auch die Ausstattung war gut und bietet fast alles, was man braucht. Aber die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, der Teppich hat viele Flecken, Vorhänge sind zum Teil defekt, ebenso manche Lampen und Lichter, die Fenster im Bad sind extrem dreckig, der Balkon ist teilweise kaputt, usw. Die Wohnung bietet viel Potential, sollte aber umgehend renoviert werden, um auf zukünftig ein guter Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis zu bieten.
