I liked the view from the window, we had our own parking space in the basement of the building, it was clean, near the cable car, we walked there in aprox 25 minutes

The house is small but confortable for 3 people, the bed in the room is quite small for two people, we also have a 9 months boy that still wants to sleep with us, so I had to sleep on the bed in the sofa still quite confortable) and leave the room to my wife and the baby, for 4 people I would suggestit just for short stays. the house was nice and clean, situated in a very nice area, 15 minutes walk from Chamonix downtown, with just across the road a nice walking area in the woods with 2 smal lakes some treckings, a climbing area and an adventure park. in the house you have plenty of pans and stuff for cooking and eating but i would suggest to adapt the amenities based on the staying time of a person... it would have been great finding some soap in the bathroom, just as an example, but still not a big issue. there were a dog's bed and a changing table, a very nice touch. the wiev from the small balcony is just stunning, you just sit in front of Mont blanc with a full open view

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La récupération des clefs se fait dans le centre de Chamonix mais tout est parfaitement indiqué. La vue est magnifique de l'appartement. Nous reviendrons !

Appartement propre, plutôt bien équipé et très belle vue depuis le balcon! On aurait préféré récupérer et rendre les clés directement au logement pour éviter le petit détour, mais la procédure est très bien expliquée. La place de parking couverte est un gros plus, je recommande!

Logement très agréable et bien équipé. La vue sur le Mont Blanc depuis le balcon est très agréable. Attention toutefois, pour les personnes cherchant du calme +++, l’appartement est situé non loin des voies de chemin de fer et plusieurs trains passent tout au long de la journée. Les clés sont à récupérer en agence, dans le centre de Chamonix et à redeposer au même endroit lors du check out. Peu pratique …

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The highlight was definitely the terrace with its view of Mont Blanc. The location is convenient too, with a bus stop nearby for those without a car. Highly recommended!

logement adapté pour 1 famille de 4 personnes. l'appartement a 1 vue sur l'aiguille du midi, et 1 parking privé en sous sol. arrêt bus à 5min de l'appartement, idéal pour rejoindre les télécabines. très calme. les bemols: le canapé n'est pas très confortable et pas en très bon état. Nous n'avions pas la clef du casier à ski donc nous devions monter les skis sur le balcon, sans que cela soit 1 gros problème. nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement.

The location was amazing, close to the city center. The place was exactly like in the pictures, we were in love with the view. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything necessary for our stay, the shower was warmer and really good, but we couldn't use the bath because isn't possible to open due pressure of water (needs to be fixed- can close but not open). The apartment was pet friendly and they also have a dog bed. The only negative point is that the heating was off when we arrived and took ages to warm up. The network connection was really good.

positive points : - helpfull instructions - beautiful view and balcony - clean space - clean sheets - clean towels - warm environment - good heating - Kitchen fully equipped - unfortunately one of the two plankets was covered with some hair which hopefully we were 2 persons and didn't have to use that . but the other at the bedroom was clean but overall it's 5 star house 🙏

A pleasant stay in a nice area. A short walk from town passing a few boulangeries along the way. The apartment has beautiful views of Mont Blanc. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony and watching rafters go down the river, and the alpenglow in the evening.

Séjour de 2 jours à chamonix en août. Communication parfaite avec Mara. L'appartement est très bien situé, au calme et en meme temps pas loin du centre que vous pouvez rejoindre en bus (mais beaucoup de monde) où à pied en 20 minutes. La place de parking est pratique. Magnifique vue du balcon, nous avons beaucoup apprécié! Nous recommandons.

L’appartement est très bien situé, dans un clos calme avec parking souterrain (assez étroit) et une vue magnifique ! Il manque toutefois un peu de rangement (à 4 c’est limite) et la cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée au niveau des éléments basiques.

Muy incómodo que hay que tener que ir a buscar las llaves a otro lugar (e ir a dejarlas al check out), teniendo un lugar para dejarlas en la misma puerta. Lo gestiona una empresa, que se comunicó conmigo a la salida y ya. Algunas de las cosas de la cocina estaban sucias, como el calentador de agua, tuve que usar una cacerola para hacer un té porque no salía. No había esponja par lavar los platos. Se notaba que no gastan en jabón, esponja ni nada de esas cosas. Aunque no están obligados, ni para hacerse un té o un café había. El departamento es cómodo. El parking también. Y la ubicación me gustó

Der freie Blick vom Balkon der Wohnung auf das Mont-Blanc Massiv war toll und sehr beeindruckend. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt. Der Tiefgaragenplatz für das Auto ist sehr praktisch.

Spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed except for no microwave??? A welcome bottle of wine was a good gesture. View from balcony and orientation towards Mont Blanc excellent. Also very quiet.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, nous avions une voiture donc c'était facile, la vue, la structure de la maison, la tranquillité. Il y avait beaucoup de couvertures, de serviettes de bain. la maison est accueillante pour les animaux, elle avait un lit pour chien, mon chien était très content
