Nur 230 Meter von den Skiliften entfernt, ist diese helle und schöne Wohnung im ersten Stock in Argentière ein Paradies für Skifahrer und Naturliebhaber. Die erfrischenden Innenräume und die offene Gestaltung sorgen dafür, dass die Gäste auch vom Haus aus die beste Aussicht genießen können. Die Sitzecke im Wohnzimmer blickt auf die malerischen Berge und öffnet sich zum Balkon. Er ist mit einem Sofa, zwei Stühlen und einem HD-Fernseher ausgestattet. Etwas weiter entfernt befindet sich der Essbereich für 3 Personen. In der offenen Küche kann man herrlich kochen. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet mit einer Spülmaschine, einer Mikrowelle, einem Backofen, einem Kühlschrank, einem Toaster und einem Induktionskochfeld. Schlafen Schlafzimmer 1: Das gemütliche Hauptschlafzimmer im Hochparterre hat ein Doppelbett Schlafzimmer 2: Das Zimmer mit Holzwänden ist mit einem Etagenbett ausgestattet. Es gibt auch Spielzeug für Kinder. Badezimmer Badezimmer 1: Das moderne Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Kopfbrause und ein Waschbecken. Es gibt ein separates WC neben dem Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Zusätzlich - Gemeinsamer Garten - Kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze - Anwohnerparkplätze - Kein Wi-Fi - Haartrockner - Aufzug - Ruhige Lage - Wäschemöglichkeiten - Kinderfreundlich - Kaffeemaschine Standort Die sonnige Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr praktischen Lage. Es gibt einen Sportgeräteverleih, eine französische Bäckerei und ein Café in der Nähe des Hauses, das in weniger als 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Der Skilift ist kaum 100 Meter entfernt und auch die Skipisten sind ganz in der Nähe des Hauses. Annehmlichkeiten wie Geschäfte und Supermärkte sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Haus entfernt. Für die Liebhaber des Golfsports ist der Chamonix Golf Club nur 8 Autominuten entfernt. Chamonix, und insbesondere Argentière, ist ein weltberühmtes Winterziel. Hier gibt es legendäre Gipfel wie die Aiguille Verte, barocke Kirchen und Denkmäler mit traditioneller Architektur. Das Tal ist auch ein beliebtes Sommerziel, das einen direkten Zugang zu Bergpfaden, Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren bietet. Der Flughafen Genf ist in 1 Stunde und 19 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

The building is a bit dated, but the apartment itself is great. It was bigger than expected, plenty of space to hang out, and it has two bathrooms which is a real bonus. The view is great and it’s very convenient for the ski hill or walking into Argentiere. Would recommend highly! Will be recommending to friends in future.

L’appartement est bien équipé et la literie est confortable. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour à la montagne (dont l’appareil à raclettes, indispensable). L’immeuble est proche des départs de pistes de ski mais aussi des bus/gare qui peuvent vous amener vers les autres stations à proximité.

Appartement bien situé, conforme aux photos. On a pu récupérer les clés un peu plus tôt ce qui est très appréciable. En revanche, le "canapé" dans le salon n'est pas un canapé mais 2 matelas une place + 1 sommier ce qui rend le tout assez inconfortable. Après l'appartement est bien agencé, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner.

Incredible location just minutes walking distance from the ski lift. Also close to good cafes and restaurants. No wifi but there was a 4G hotspot device you could get from the office, which was sufficient for us. Unfortunately no ski locker key was provided but wasn’t much of a hassle

La vue est magnifique. L'appartement est très bien situé. Les photos de l'annonce sont conforme. Nous avons eu un souci avec les toilettes et le personnel a été très réactif. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Nous avons trouvé un peu de vaisselle pleine de graisse ou mal lavée. Cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un bon séjour. A toutes les personnes qui nous lisent : passez vous aussi un bon séjour !

Чудове місце розташування і вигляд на гори. Поруч річка, підйомник, дитячий майданчик, смачний ресторан, є місце для парковки. Сама квартира не нова, двоперхова, туалет тільки не першому поверсі. В загальному відчуття позитивні.
