The agency was very communicative and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout the stay. One of the bathroom lights was burned out when we arrived and we appreciated that they sent a repairman to fix it in a timely manner during the Christmas period. Usually having strong enough heating isn't always a guarantee, but the apartment was surprisingly well-insulated and stayed warm enough during our stay in December. The apartment itself was cozy, comfortable, and well maintained, with a convenient location that made getting around easy.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen, viele Ziele in der Umgebung lassen sich nach einer kurzen Autofahrt bzw teilweise auch zu Fuß oder mit dem ZUg erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei sehr schöne Balkons mit Blick auf die Berge.

We loved the apartment. The position was fantastic. One thing was of concern to us was the security. The front door to the complex was left open by most occupants. We had to remove a large stone to shut the door. We feel this should be rectified.

Ottima struttura: le foto (e le descrizioni dei servizi disponibili) corrispondono esattamente a quanto offerto (segnalo solo un cambiamento nel divano, meno "robusto" di quello mostrato ma sicuramente più nuovo, e un nuovo tavolo per il balcone esterno). Una nota di merito per il personale di Happy Rentals che gestisce la struttura: gentili e disponibili, si sono mostrati pronti a rispondere a ogni domanda, risolvere alcuni problemi in fase di prenotazione e attenti nella fase di arrivo nella struttura e di pre-partenza dalla stessa.

Overall the location is vrey cozy and comfortable. Located right in the center with access from multiple roads. Very warm during winter season. A complementary bottle of wine - a great ideea, the automated electrical beds also very very nice.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, tidy and well equipped. Although the water pressure in the kitchen was fine the water pressure in the bathroom (sink and shower) was nothing than a trickle and abysmal to use.
