Happy Rentals Team set up a very nice environment for a family in that retro apartment. The place feels like 70’s and you can tell that each wall holds a story. Manuela is a great responsive person who was there all the time. We never felt a lone and never missed an item. Everything is well thought of. I recommend staying there as a group as it’s more worth it

I spent very nice time with my family. The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished. Apartment has two bathrooms/shower which made it very comfortable for us as family. Very nice and equipped kitchen. Very quiet residential area and not far from the centre of the city ( 10 minutes drive). Communication with Manuela was excellent and was responsive. Very smooth check in and out. Thank you Manuela for hosting us 🌹

Very nice clean and spacious place. We stayed with our 3 kids 4 nights, the apartment was perfect Buses close by go to old town citadel or train station, but not that frequent. Make sure to check bus schedule. Very good communication with Manuela, very clear instructions on how to check in/out. 1 big bedroom with a double bed, 1 smaller bedroom with 2 single beds, big kitchen with all utensils, nice living room, big balcony with a sitting area, 2 clean bathrooms, one with a bath tub and one with a shower. Would recommend and come again if ever in Verona again!

Het appartement was goed. de ligging was alleen niet ideaal als je met het openbaar vervoer reist. als je een auto beschikbaar hebt of graag met taxi's reist is het geen enkel probleem. de host was wel vriendelijke en het huis was schoon en had voldoende faciliteiten.

Angenehme und weitläufige Wohnung in einem typisch italienischen Wohngebiet. Stadtzentrum ist gut über verschiedene Buslinien und Busstationen erreichbar. Der Balkon wird zum Treffpunkt bei großen Reisegruppen und die nachbarlichen Aktivitäten zu einem Theaterstück. Empfehlenswerte Wohnung!

L'appartamento era molto pulito, accogliente, giusto per 5 persone. Comodo per muoversi con i mezzi pubblici. Biancheria da bagno e da letto impeccabile. Viene fornito tutto il necessario per la pulizia della cucina, kit da bagno. Silenzioso.

The House is Really beautiful and spacious, the balcony is also very beautiful, the only problem was that, the Air Condition does not Circulate round the house. It was terrible because of the hot wealther. We informed the owner of the house and they brought us one ventilator and was not enough for family of 6.

casa bella grande con due bagni,anche se un po' datati molto pulita,comodo il parcheggio della macchina sotto casa, invece in autobus dalla stazione ci vogliono 8 minuti., smart TV nel salone con wifi, riscaldamenti già impostati con timer così la casa a qualsiasi ora del GG era molto calda, dotazione sufficiente addirittura anche le pasticche di sapone per la lavastoviglie, unica pecca mancava una bottiglia d'acqua, per me che sono arrivato alle 23 di sera trovare un po' d'acqua sarebbe stato comodo...consigliata

The apartment is well maintained and spacious for 6 people with two full bathrooms. located in a quite neighborhood. You need to have a car to travel to the top attractions in the city. The only concern in the apartment was The air conditioning. the apartment does not have ACs in the bedrooms nor the living room. There is only one mini-split AC which installed in the corridor and it was not sufficient to cool down the entire apartment during this hot summer season.
