Great stay at this apartment. Great location - town centre 5 mins away, supermarket 1 min away. The only downside was that the large TV in the living room was not really useable- only 3 channels and no working remote control. The Netflix enabled Smart tv is in the kitchen, not the living room.

Séjour très agréable à Stresa. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à moins de 10 minutes de la gare et des quais pour les excursions en bateau sur le lac. Supermarché à 3 minutes, autres commerces et restaurants accessibles à pied en moins de 10 minutes également. L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé, parfait pour cuisiner le soir. Je recommande vivement !

Enjoyed the home. Gives you true feeling of what it’s like to live in Italy. People are very friendly helpful. No worries about train. It passes so quickly with so little noise you barely hear it! We did cook and eat at the house. Loved the porch!! Everything was lovely.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de la location dans un quartier résidentiel bien entretenu et calme, qui permet d'accéder sans voiture à toutes les commodités (centre ville, plage, embarcadère des bateaux, départ de randonnée et un supermarché très proche). Il est facile de garer la voiture dans les environs. La terrasse spacieuse, avec 2 expositions est idéale car il y a toujours de l'ombre. Il faut toutefois accepter de voir passer les trains (peu nombreux). Pour nous la proximité de tout était un grand avantage. Les lits sont confortables, la salle de bain est neuve, il y a beaucoup de fenêtres et le volume des pièces est appréciable. L'équipement de la cuisine pourrait être amélioré. Nous avons passé un séjour paisible et facile à Strésa.

Points positifs : –localisation de l’appartement centrale, facile d’accès – Volume de l’appartement – quartier résidentiel très calme - arrivée autonome Points à améliorer : – appartement non climatisé mais probablement réglementation urbaine l’interdisant - ventilateur à nettoyer régulièrement – pas de connexion Internet – mobilier vieillot - mise à disposition de liquide vaisselle, lessive et papier toilette seraient appréciable surtout pour les séjours de courtes durées.
