Très pratique, cet appart a tout pour plaire, mais les photos le présentent 3 fois plus spacieux qu'il n'est en réalité. Hyper bien placé, parking sécurisé, excellente boulangerie a 2 pas... Literie très confortable. Appart idéal ! Petit bémol sur le ménage néanmoins...

Entorn tranquil i apartament molt ben aprofitat, amb tres habitacions a l'altell (dues dobles i una llitera). 2 vàters, un petit a la planta baixa, i l'altre a l'altell que a més a més hi ha dutxa i lavabo. L'apartament està molt ben aprofitat, és relativament petit, però amb tots els racons ben aprofitats, molt bona ubicació i tranquil·litat i bones vistes. Hi ha una cafetera de càpsules "Nespresso". Hi ha força aparcament pels cotxes. Apartat suficientment del bullici de Chamonix, però en un poble on hi ha forn, supermercat, i llocs per menjar.

We like the apartment but were disappointed with the level of cleanliness. There were a number of kitchen items that had baked on food remains. Also the apartment floors had not been swept and had not been mopped. As a result our feet turned brown with dirt just walking across the living room floor. The corners in the bedrooms were also full of dirt and dust. We had to clean up after previous guests on our arrival.

Overall a good stay. The apartment is clean and adequately equipped. The beds are comfortable and the sheets and towels are good. The unit and building are older and could use some updates but everything works. Kitchen is adequate but could use some updated pots, pans and cooking tools. The property management team is helpful with any questions. The location is fantastic, the town is small but has everything and the free train is great to get around. Overall, if you want an affordable option this is a good choice. If staying in summer of 2025 be mindful of construction nearby on the ski lift that impacts the view a bit but is not too loud.
