Das gepflegte Studio ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Vom offenen Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man auf einen malerischen Balkon, der im Sommer für unbeschwertes Wohlfühlen sorgt. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Doppelschlafsofa für zwei Personen und eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit einem Essbereich für zwei Personen. Lage
Das Studio liegt an der „Allée Louis Lachenal“ und bietet direkten Zugang zu den Skipisten von Savoyen sowie zum Gleitschirm-Landeplatz (der im Sommer in Betrieb ist). Von dieser malerischen und ruhigen Lage aus ist das lebhafte Zentrum von Chamonix nur 5–10 Gehminuten entfernt. Chamonix und sein Tal sind das perfekte Urlaubsziel für Spaß und Abenteuer das ganze Jahr über.
Im Sommer ist Chamonix ein großartiges Reiseziel für Wandern, Bergsteigen, Klettern, Reiten, Abenteuerparks, Gleitschirmfliegen und sogar Wassersport sowie Golf; im Winter hingegen bietet Chamonix den perfekten Rahmen für Skifahren und Snowboarden mit Skischulen, Verleihgeschäften, Langlaufloipen, Off-Piste-Strecken und Pisten für alle Schwierigkeitsgrade. Von diesem charmanten Urlaubsort aus ist der Flughafen Genf über die A40 in nur 72 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Great flat for a ski holiday. Nice size bathroom, useful kitchenette area and the fold out sofa bed was comfy and easy to set up/ put away. The only bad points, very minor, were the hall way light not working. And it was a livery surprise to find a complementary bottle of welcome wine, but there was no bottle opener so couldn't actually drink it lol. Other than those two things couldn't fault it. Easy to find ski locker l, super short walk to the ski lift. 3min walk to the main strip- local but far enough to be super quiet at night. Great location.

A great location in the centre of Chamonix. Quiet apartment at the rear to the building. A very helpful team who replaced the noisy fridge immediately. I would book the apartment again.

Great little place to use as a base for the slopes with the bonus of mountain view’s from the balcony! Bus stop directly outside and 2 min walk to restaurants and shops. Shower was hot and powerful at all times. Only negative was the noisy fridge. But I guess that comes with it being a small studio apartment. Would recommend if basic is ok for you and would stay again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Noemie, très bien équipée. l'emplacement est idéal: à deux pas du centre-ville très animée. Petit plus avec le balcon appreciable pour les temps de repas avec sa vue sur la montagne.

La ubicación es perfecta solo nunca prendieron la calefacción un sartén estaba sucio no había jabón para lavar trastes ni en el baño pero ay recepción buena atención por parte de ellos el anfitrión no muy amable en los mensajes un poco difícil para entrar al inmueble y para entrar también son muchas instrucciones si no sabes inglés busca otro inmueble por fortuna sabíamos un poco por qué no están en español para entrar al departamento

The stay was comfortable and the checkin too. The location of the apartment is well located. The only downside is that the apartment is a bit smaller than expected and the sofa bed could be slightly more comfortable. Besides that everything else was great. The team was proactive and helpful.
