Le logement est très bien et correspond à la description. Des bels espaces pour un groupe de 6 personnes. Chacun sa chambre. Très confortable. Nous l'avons utiliser pour une retraite de travail et avons trouvé des espaces divers et variés selon le soleil et la température tout autour et dans la maison. Petit souci avec le carrelage devant le garage qui a travaillé et qui a craqué sous nos pas et nos passages. Risque de blessures. A faire réparer d'urgence, surtout pour un groupe avec des enfants.

Die Unterkunft entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Außer dass es keine Villa sondern eine Doppelhaushälfte ist. Sie war allerdings etwas schwer zu finden. Sie befindet sich in einer überwachten Anlage, mit drei Toren. An den außen Toren ist leider weder der Name noch die Straße exakt angebracht. So kam es, dass unser Navi uns dorthin geleitet hat, wir aber dachten es wäre der falsche Ort. Wir haben den Gastgeber kontaktiert und uns wurde sofort geantwortet. Wir wurden dann an einer Tankstelle abgeholt und konnten hinterher fahren. Was wir etwas befremdlich fanden ist, dass um das Haus Kameras sind, die uns zwangsläufig auch aufgezeichnet haben. Es ist wohl notwendig. Wir gehen davon aus, dass die Aufnahmen gelöscht wurden. Wir haben uns sicher gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und alles sehr gepflegt. Die Stadt ist fußläufig erreichbar, allerdings ist der Weg sehr steil. Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Property was as advertised and expected. Plenty of room, bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Main floor bedroom easy for limited mobility, elderly parents. All basics provided in kitchen for cooking meals. Beds and bedding comfortable. Smart tv in living room. Gorgeous view from living room and deck. Driveway a bit challenging to access from road. Side street/house number not clearly marked from main Street, but host met us quickly to guide us in the last little bit. Washer worked well. Clothes took 1.5 - 2 days to air dry in humid air. Pool enjoyed by kids.

It was a very pleasurable experience. We were 8 members of a family we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house &Happy rentals were very accommodating . We loved the fact that we were close to all commodities & could go from one area to the other with no restrictions , lovely area to visit , extremely beautiful. Extremely enjoyable hopefully we will be back

Le séjour chez Cristina s’est très bien passé, la maison à une vue magnifique, elle est très propre et fonctionnelle ! La piscine est idéale et au calme. Nous avons été très bien reçus par Cristina.

Ottima la posizione. Casa come da descrizione, lontana da traffico e rumore con una splendida vista mare. Molto luminosa, arredi di qualità. Letti comodi e biancheria pulita. Staff presente in forma telefonica/whatsapp molto disponibile e cortese. Ampi spazi esterni, i bimbi hanno giocato tranquilli anche con i giochi in dotazione della casa.

L’accessibilité était compliquée (numéro non mentionné) et instructions peu précises. La maison est mitoyenne ce qui n’était pas précisé dans l’annonce. Sinon belle maison, vue mer, grande terrasse, cuisine équipée (sauf grille pain), piscine agréable, villa spacieuse exceptée une chambre exiguë (chambre d’enfants). Mais tout de même belles prestations.

The villa is nice, decor very dated inside, the pool is a little tired, nice views over San Remo. The villa was in the middle of a building site however, fortunately it did not impact the view but there were a few noises and smells from the site during our stay. We would have liked to be informed about this prior to booking. We raised the main issues with the agents Happy. Rentals but they did not respond. These are the issues that we raised: - The kitchen is not adequate or equipped for cooking for and hosting 9 people. Most of the pots and pans are not working on the induction hob, there are Missing basic amenities such as a kettle, no bin in the kitchen. The oven is in greek so difficult to use, the dishwasher door is broken so it slams shut (dangerous). The fridge does not shut properly which Means we had to throw away food, and items were not very cool which was very frustrating in the heat. This made cooking in the kitchen very difficult. - In the downstairs bedroom with the twin beds, the furniture was broken and the cupboard doors were broken - we had to fix the entire wardrobe to retrieve our clothes. - There was no hot water when we arrived. - There was no note to explain where to take the bins. All the bins in San Remo have a code system so we did not know how to dispose of them, leaving a welcome pack would be helpful for future rentals. With some better kitchen amenities and better decor, it would be a much nicer experience for holiday rentals.

We had a nice stay at Cristiana's place. The house is very spacious and great for two families with kids. The view of the water is beautiful and the pool seemed nice but it was too cold. Nothing is available for kids (no games, etc)...only pool stuff in the garage. The house is semi-detached and we were happy that nobody was staying at the other house otherwise we wouldn't have had as much privacy as the access is the same and the terrace does not offer much privacy. However, we did not suffer from it because nobody was there. We were able to walk to San Remo from the house... a long walk but feasible. One of our kids got sick the final night and we slept at the hospital so we didn't enjoy ourselves as much and had to quickly check out on the last day. Would be nice to try over the summer when we can use the pool.

Villa confortable, piscine, extérieur et vue magnifique. Malheureusement la propreté laisse à désirer ( piscine et vaisselle sales, poussière sur le mobilier, sol collant, réfrigérateur sentant fort le poisson) et équipement fourni indigne d'une telle location (pas de torchon dans la cuisine, lave vaisselle qui lave mal, pas de bouilloire, vaisselle limitée, pas de robot pour nettoyer la piscine pendant notre séjour). Nous aurions apprécié au moins une bouteille d'eau pour l'accueil ainsi qu'une petite réserve de papier toilette.

j'ai été déçue vu le prix du séjour , car le four et le micro onde ne marchaient pas. Je l'ai signalé au responsable dés que je l'ai constaté. Il devait venir le lendemain matin, mais nous n'avons vu personne. Je l'ai rappelé maintes fois avant qu'il me réponde . Après, plusieurs essais , il nous a répondu en disant, qu'une personne viendrait réparer, ce qui est faux car le four et le micro onde ne fonctionnaient pas et il était au courant. Ils ont amené un micro onde pour palier au manque. Une vieille chaine s'est décollée et ma petite fille est tombée, la douchette d'une des salles de bain ne marchait pas. Une fenêtre ne fermait pas. Suite à un vent violent le crochet d'un volet n'a pas tenu et nous avons du fermer la moitié de la baie vitrée et rester dans une pièce à moitié éclairée. Personne nous a demandé si tout aller bien durant notre séjour. Le responsable a reconnu les désagréments et nous a promis une indemnité. Mais, aujourd'hui, il ne répond plus à nos appels.

great view all beds are uncomfortable, the heater was turned off and aircon is only in bedrooms. There was no coffe maker that worked on induction stove, and after few requests the manager didn't supply any. The coffe pod machine is working, no coffe pod available. Only 1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom, not enough for 7 people for 4 nights. Pool cleaner walked in unannounced, it would have been nice to be given notice.
