Dieses helle Studio liegt nur einen kurzen Fußweg vom Stadtzentrum von Chamonix entfernt, wo es zahlreiche wunderbare Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, Essen, Craft-Bier-Genießen und für einen lebhaften Abend nach einem Skitag gibt. Zahlreiche Geschäfte, Supermärkte und der Bahnhof der Stadt liegen ebenfalls im Umkreis von 750 Metern um die Wohnung und sorgen so für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt mit Selbstverpflegung.
Skibegeisterte werden sich freuen zu erfahren, dass die Seilbahn Brévent (15 Minuten), die Seilbahn „Aiguille du Midi“ in Chamonix, die zum „Aiguille du Midi Skywalk“ und zu den berühmten Skipisten von Chamonix-Mont-Blanc führt (11 Minuten), sowie der Busbahnhof Chamonix Sud (3 Minuten) alle bequem zu Fuß von der Wohnung aus erreichbar sind.
Chamonix profitiert zudem von der Nähe zum schönen Dorf Les Houches. Mit seinem reichen kulturellen Erbe und dem sehr beliebten Skilift „Le Prarion“, seinen Tennisplätzen, Restaurants und einem Reitzentrum ist das Dorf nur 9 Autominuten von hier entfernt.
Der Flughafen Genf-Cointrin ist 97 Kilometer von dieser Ferienwohnung entfernt.
Aufgrund der einzigartigen Topografie, der Lage und der Wetterbedingungen im Mont-Blanc-Tal kann die Internetverbindung unzuverlässig sein.

We loved this apartment! It’s close to the bus station, supermarkets, cafés, and the Aiguille du Midi cable car. We stayed on the 4th floor and it has an excellent view of the mountains. The receptionists were extremely helpful, providing us with a map and local tips. I would recommend it to anyone!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’alloggio di Mark a Chamonix e ci siamo trovati molto bene per la posizione ottima, davvero vicina a tutto: ristoranti, negozi e impianti di risalita. È stato comodissimo poterci muovere senza bisogno di prendere l’auto. L’appartamento è pulito e ben organizzato, ma dobbiamo dire che lo spazio è piuttosto ridotto: eravamo in quattro e ci è sembrato un po’ stretto. A nostro avviso è perfetto per due persone, mentre in quattro può risultare meno confortevole. Nel complesso, consigliamo questo alloggio soprattutto a coppie o a due persone che vogliano godersi Chamonix in una posizione centrale.

Vraiment très bien placé. Badge pour place de parking dans l'immeuble extrêmement appréciable, la voiture n'a plus bougée. Tout très accessible à pied : centre ville, départ aiguille du midi, départ train de Montenvers.... Le changement du matelas du canape sera à prévoir, micro-onde également. Sinon, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

The apartment was super convenient for skiing in chamonix. The host was super responsive and gave clear check in and check out instructions. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything we needed for the week! Plus, the Spar supermarket 3mins away was a huge bonus!

The location is fantastic — right in the very center. The room itself is a decent size, has a small kitchen, and the view from the balcony is amazing. Communication with the host was also great — quick responses and everything was smooth on that front.

Lindo departamento muy bien ubicado, con una hermosa vista, perfecta para disfrutar dela terraza. El departamento es pequeño, peor tiene lo necesario para una cómoda estadía, incluso el sofa cama no estaba mal. Muy recomendado

The location was brilliant, with fantastic views straight up towards Mont Blanc. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the apartment was within walking distance of absolutely everything in the city. Excellent location, amazing views from the terrace and a welcome gift from the host that truly surprised us and made us feel welcome! The building also offers a small entertaining room with table tennis and a pool table.

The apartment was super convenient for skiing in chamonix. The host was super responsive and gave clear check in and check out instructions. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything we needed for the week! Plus, the Spar supermarket 3mins away was a huge bonus!

Good location, central with easy walking access to downtown Chamonix. Secure underground parking. Fantastic view from balcony. The apartment is on a corner above a busy road so can be a bit noisy early in the morning.

l’appartement est bien situé avec sa terrasse qui comporte une très belle vue sur la montagne. Les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité ainsi que pour les réservations comme pour aller à l’aiguille du midi ou la parapente sont pas loin de l’appartement 👍

The location is fantastic — right in the very center. The room itself is a decent size, has a small kitchen, and the view from the balcony is amazing. Communication with the host was also great — quick responses and everything was smooth on that front.
