Es hat alles von der Buchung bis zum Abholen des Schlüssels völlig unkompliziert geklappt. Die Unterkunft war erwartungsgemäss klein aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig. Einziger grosser negativ-Punkt war das Bett. Dies hat eher an ein Feldbett für 2 erinnert. Ein anständiges Bett oder Bettsofa würden das ganze enorm aufwerten. Ausserdem hatte es auf der Bettwäsche viele Flecken.

Good place to stay if your'e on a budget and want to be quite central in Lugano. You have a small balcony with the view of concrete walls. Sleeping in the sofa/bed works but of course not the best. If you are on the heavier side, you will feel the steel pipes on your back. Internet via Wifi did not work at all, sent a mail to the owner the same day I arrived, three days later still not working, however 5G worked really good, I had over 300 Mbit over 5G. It has a TV, it's like 15". No use. It has an espresso machine. Broken. The local café in the building does not accept any type of card, visa or whatever. Bring cash! Said this, I will come back again, if I feel I want to keep costs at minimums. It works. Good place to stay for the price.

Das Apartment war gut und günstig. Super Lage. Aber das Sofabett war sehr unbequem. Bitte in Zukunft ein normales Doppelbett zur verfügung stellen. Danke!

Notre séjour s’ est bien passé . Cependant il manque des tables de chevet et lampes de chevet . La cuisine est bien équipée mais très mal éclairée . Le câble de télé est scotché au sol !!! Pas très sécurisant … Très compliqué de communiquer et il est dommage d’ avoir à aller chercher la clef à l’ agence , et d’ avoir à l’ y rapporter en partant ! Une boîte à clef ou un accueil sur place serait judicieux !
