Ein gemütliches Studio, ideal für 2 Personen, nur zwei Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Chamonix entfernt. Diese Wohnung im vierten Stock (mit Aufzug) verfügt über einen gemütlichen Wohnbereich im alpinen Stil mit Holzvertäfelung rund um die gepflegte Küchenzeile und einem Esstisch für 3 Personen. Es gibt ein großes Schlafsofa aus Holz und einen Flachbildfernseher neben zwei großen Fenstern mit herrlichem Bergblick. Die Küchenzeile ist mit einem Kochfeld, einer Mikrowelle, einem Kühlschrank und einer Filterkaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Schlafen Bett: Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein bequemes, großes Doppelschlafsofa für 2 Personen sowie Stauraum im Kleiderschrank. Badezimmer Modernes Badezimmer mit einer großen Badewanne und einer Dusche, einem Waschbecken und einem separaten WC. Sonstiges • Flachbildfernseher • Kein WLAN • Elektrische Heizkörper • Rauchmelder • Kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze (Parkplätze können nicht garantiert werden), aber ein Auto ist nicht notwendig • Föhn • Haustiere erlaubt Lage Zentral gelegen und mit hervorragender Anbindung an alle Annehmlichkeiten von Chamonix befindet sich die Wohnung direkt gegenüber der Seilbahnstation L’Aiguille du Midi. Die Skibusse zu allen Skigebieten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Chamonix ist bekannt für sein vielfältiges Angebot an Winter- und Sommeraktivitäten. Es ist ein Zentrum für Skifahren, Snowboarden, Langlaufen, Rodeln und Eislaufen. Außerdem gibt es ein Hallenbad und ein Hammam, die das ganze Jahr über geöffnet sind. Im Sommer bieten sich zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, darunter Wander- und Radwege durch atemberaubende Berglandschaften, Klettern und Bergsteigen, Paragliding, ein großes Freibad und Tennis. Die Stadt beherbergt viele gute Restaurants und Bars für jedes Budget und jedes Alter, von denen sich viele direkt vor der Haustür befinden. Der Flughafen Genf ist 75 Autominuten von der Wohnung entfernt, während der Bahnhof Chamonix-Mont-Blanc mit kostenlosen Zugverbindungen durch das gesamte Tal nur eine 5-minütige Taxifahrt entfernt ist. Parkplätze werden in der Reihenfolge der Ankunft vergeben, und ihre Verfügbarkeit kann nicht garantiert werden.

no nos permitieron el ingreso antes. nos dieron un codigo equivocado, lo que implico tener que ir de nuevo a la oficina ya que x WA fue una respuesta automatica. la TV no se puede prender ya que la ficha del alargue que dejaron no coincide con el enchufe de la pared.

For a short stay, the accommodation was decent given its location. However, I was disappointed to find only a sofa bed, and the floor was very dirty with hair when we arrived. The table was oddly sticky, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest. Additionally, there was a nightclub beneath the accommodation, and the noise from people waiting to enter made it difficult to sleep at night.

Logement très bien situé dans Chamonix mais cher pour ce qu’il est : fuite du robinet de la cuisine, une ampoule grillée, impossibilité de brancher la télé car pas de multiprise, taches sur les serviettes de bain. Un peu déçu mais bon emplacement.
