The house is in a great location - incredible views from every window. A bit tight for more than 4 people but works. The only minor downside is that the company communicating with you is not fully aware of all the amenities (as they don't live/haven't lived there). For example, they told me they had no mixer and no raclette, but both things were there - and I almost brought my own mixer (to make baby food). Also, be aware that there is a big (old) dog walking right by the property every evening. It was a bit scary for the young kids, and we had to watch for poo as we walked outside. Finally, do rent a car if you are staying here. Everything seems close, but it's not when you consider the hills. Other than that, a steal.

Chalet au top avec une vu imprenable sur les montagnes. Bravo pour le ménage c’était parfait Bémol sur les poêles et casseroles qui sont vraiment trop abîmés Le lave vaisselle manque de sel et liquide de rinçage

We couldn’t believe the location when we arrived-you’re literally looking up at Mont Blanc and the surrounding peaks- absolutely beautiful views out of every window. The cabin was a lovely place to relax- really well equipped with all we needed.

Petit chalet bien situé pour visiter Chamonix et ses environs. Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants et il y avait de la place pour tout le monde ! Secteur super tranquille avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes!

Lovely chalet, literally under the foot of Mont Blanc and the glacier. With the host instruction, we have no problem finding it. Size wise could be a bit tight for more than 2 adults , but still comfortable enough for a family of 5 with 3 small kids. The place is well equipped and the jacuzzi tub is wonderful after a long day ski.

The Chalet was clean, had everything you needed and the views were amazing. Also had relatively easy access to the train and bus services in the valley Which were free with the tourist card although it’s an easy 3-4km walk into town so no stress.

la communication a été très rapide et simple. Le fait qu il y ait une boite à clé a simplifié l arrivée et le départ. Le chalet était super bien situé, propre, on fera la pub ;o)

A great place to stay just out of Chamonix. This worked well as we had access to a car. The place was really cute and cozy. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is located in the Mezzanine (which is described) however there are no photos of the ladder which is extremely steep and not appropriate for older people. I was staying with my in-laws and parents they found it really difficult/ unsafe to manage in their old age. If you are young and mobile, you will have no issue with it. We just felt that the ladder should be photographed for transparency. Thanks for an otherwise wonderful stay.

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft in den französischen Alpen. Wir waren als Familie zu fünft unterwegs und für uns hat es perfekt gepasst. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. + ruhige Gegend + tolles Wohnzimmer + gut ausgestattete Küche + ein wirklich ganz gemütliches Hüttchen, in dem wir viele Erinnerungen geschaffen haben - Uns wurde erst sehr spät gesagt wie wir den Müll trennen und vor allem auch entsorgen müssen. - Es gab nur einen Müllbeutel und zu wenig Klopapier für die Tage die wir dort waren. - Wir haben die Gästekarte für den Ort nicht automatisch erhalten, sondern mussten extra nachfragen und hätten sie selbst abholen müssen.

This was handled through Happy Rentals, they were on it, they communicated clearly, everything was as described, and it was very smooth and pleasant. The place is beautiful, the hosts were wonderful, and we would definitely stay there again!

Wir als vierköpfige Familie haben die gemütliche Hütte genossen. Die Ausblicke auf die Berge sind zu jeder Zeit beeindruckend und wunderschön. Die Hütte hat alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und schnell.

Bon séjour dans son ensemble. l'accès à la mezzanine devrait être préciser car celle si est très raide (une echelle) donc pas forcement accessible à tous. logement propre à notre arrivée. communication effective avec les hôtes.

chalet is very nice and cosy, you can feel the family vibe. amazing view in front of the chalet, only few similar chalets around and beautiful forest trail nearby. inside all was good, cosy, but a bit dusty and with few spiders to deal with - but it's chalet near to forest so maybe it's natural

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met twee personen in het huisje. De locatie is geweldig, met prachtig uitzicht over het Mt. Blanc massief. De wandeling naar Le Junction begint bijna vanaf de voordeur van het huisje, echt een aanrader! Het huisje is gelegen in een rustige buurt van Le Bossons. Chamonix is met tien minuten rijden te bereiken. Er gaat ook twee keer per uur een bus naartoe. De bushalte is 10-15 minuten lopen vanaf het huisje, heel goed te doen! Het huisje is een aanrader als je graag naar Chamonix wil, maar niet in de drukke van het dorp wil zitten en een prachtig uitzicht wilt hebben.

We had a lovely time in your accommodation. It's an ideal starting point for a lot of runs/hikes in the charmonix region, with trails (and a nice boulderung spot) just 50 meters from the doorstep. The view you get of the glacier des bossons and the mt.blanc massive every time you go out is just stunning. Parking was no problem at all, there are several free spaces just a few meters from the accommodation. The only downside I have to mention is that the chalet wasn't really clean. It was really dusty and there also were bugs and stuff (but what can you expect from a "mountain hut on the edge of the forest) Still the cleaning fee is quite high in comparison and from what you can expect) Apart from that, everything was a described on airbnb. And the communication is just super easy/fast and very friendly.

Bel environnement avec vue sur les montagnes Concernant le logement il manquait des équipements pour l’extérieur, simplement une table qui ne tient même plus. Les photos de l’annonce valorise plus les pièces que la réalité, très mal agencé, la porte de la chambre et des wc ne peuvent s’ouvrir entièrement car les équipements bloquent l’amplitude de la porte. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à communiquer avec la conciergerie qui tient le logement, réponse en plus de 24h et encore nous avons dû insister et même appeler. Beaucoup de toiles d’araignée et de poussières. Dommage au vu de la beauté des extérieurs
