Das Appartement Rossini 2 war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man hat einen schönen Bergblick, der Garten ist eingezäunt und es gab einen großen Sonnenschirm. Leider gab es jedoch kein Internet in den Appartements und lediglich italienische TV-Sender. Die Anlage ist super. Es gibt Spielplätze, viel Platz zum Sonnen und Verweilen und das Restaurant und die Bar sind auch sehr schön.

Tutto bene come da aspettative, piccolo appartamento completo di tutto. Il paese è un vero e proprio punto strategico da cui partire per raggiungere facilmente il lago di Como o la Svizzera. Se ci sarà un’altra occasione torneremo senz’altro

Mooi appartement! Van alles voorzien. Alleen wat weinig keukengerei (bv. Snijmessen). Toen we aankwamen lag er wel nog wat haar in de douche (leek van een huisdier), maar niet extreem erg. Op een paar stoffige/vieze hoekjes na was het appartement perfect. De tuin is leuk en de tuinman komt ook de heg snoeien. Het appartement is modern en heel mooi ingericht, gezellig! De accommodatie is perfect, de receptie bied ook 2u/dag een gratis fiets aan. Er is een een strandje met grote gras ligweide. Daar is ook een Beachbar en iets voor sup/kano/windsurf/… te huren. Verder heeft de accommodatie ook 1 restaurant, 1 bar en een ijskraam. Super leuk al die extra’s en vlak aan ons appartement! Op slechts 20min rijden met je Menaggio! De omgeving is werkelijk prachtig, je kan er veel doen en prachtige wandelingen maken. Wij komen zeker terug

Overall, it was a good experience. However, we had to go to the reception many times because what was provided was not enough for a week stay. For example, we requested toilet paper, dish soap (which we were told that it would be available upon arrival), and rubbish bags. There is a very bad mosquitoe problem, a mosquitoe net on each window is absolutely necessary. Moreover, there isnt any wifi in the rooms as advertised.

Super séjour, hôte très accueillant et arrangeant. On a passé 3 superbes jours, chouette plage pour se baigner, jolie centre ville et près de Lugano et de Côme en voiture.

Great location and friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble and they rectified two minor issues straightaway. Walking distance to town, place not too crowded, free use of sun beds at lake and good cycle and hiking routes. Not insurmountable and we may have missed it but we thought the ’damage waiver’ charge was not advertised. Apartment perhaps too small if weather not great as sofa bed takes dining table space.

It is a holiday house which is organized through an agency and there is no direct contact with the owner. All everyday items were missing (washing-up liquid, sponge, dishcloths, toilet paper, waste bags, spices etc.). At the check-out at the reception they wanted us to pay extra 25 euros for an equipment injurance / fast check-out. We didn't have to pay it in the end, after arguing that I did not chose any additional injurance. For the check-out you need to wait 30min until somebody checks the appartment. For us this was fine, because we anyway wanted to have a coffee. The flat is nice, modern, functional but rather cheaply furnished. You can cook well in the kitchen. The garden is nice and it also has a good parasol. There is no door between the living room (sofa bed) and the bedroom. The location close to the lake with lots of meadow & trees and swimming possibilities is great. Gelateria & restaurant & coffee right by the lake and Porlezza is within walking distance.
