Ein gemütliches Appartement für 5 Personen mitten in Chamonix, das zu jeder Jahreszeit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Aktivurlaub in der Mont-Blanc-Region ist. Diese Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist durchdacht eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Sofa ausgestattet, auf dem man sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag entspannen kann. Es gibt einen großen Esstisch mit Platz für 5 Personen und einen Flachbildfernseher. Daneben befindet sich die offene Küchenzeile, die mit einem Induktionskochfeld, einem Backofen, einer Mikrowelle, einem Kühlschrank und einer Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet ist. Schlafen Schlafzimmer 1: Das ruhige Hauptschlafzimmer liegt direkt neben dem Wohnbereich und verfügt über ein Doppelbett und einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank. Schlafbereich und Wohnzimmer: Der separate Schlafbereich ist mit Etagenbetten ausgestattet und im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Doppelschlafcouch. Badezimmer Das moderne Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein W.C. Zusätzliche - HD-Fernseher - Kostenloses WLAN - Waschmaschine - Rauchmelder - Haartrockner - Elektrische Heizkörper - Privatparkplatz (wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst), aber Auto nicht notwendig - Kleine Haustiere auf Anfrage erlaubt - Skier können auf dem Treppenabsatz außerhalb der Wohnung gelagert werden Standort Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und bietet eine gute Anbindung an alle Einrichtungen von Chamonix. Sie ist nur 5 Gehminuten von der Seilbahnstation L\'Aiguille du Midi entfernt. Die Skibusse zu allen Skigebieten sind ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. Chamonix ist bekannt für sein breites Angebot an Winter- und Sommeraktivitäten. Es ist ein Zentrum für Skifahren, Snowboarden, Langlauf, Schlittenfahren und Schlittschuhlaufen. Außerdem gibt es ein ganzjährig geöffnetes Hallenbad mit Hammam. Im Sommer gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, darunter Wander- und Radwege durch eine atemberaubende Berglandschaft, Reiten im Centre Equèstre de Mont Blanc (10 Autominuten entfernt), Outdoor-Abenteuer im Accro\' Parc am Lac des Gaillands (7 Autominuten entfernt), Bergsteigen, Gleitschirmfliegen, ein großes Freibad und Tennis. In der Stadt gibt es viele gute Restaurants und Bars für jeden Geldbeutel und jedes Alter - einige davon liegen direkt vor Ihrer Haustür. Der Flughafen Genf ist 1 Stunde und 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Wohnung entfernt, während der Bahnhof von Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, der kostenlose Verbindungen zu anderen Skigebieten bietet, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Aufgrund der einzigartigen Topographie, der Lage und der Wetterbedingungen im Mont-Blanc-Tal kann die Internetverbindung unzuverlässig sein.

Location to Chamonix was so walkable and easy to get around on foot. The gravel parking lot was great to leave the car and get to the different cable cars or hiking trails. Apartment was the perfect landing spot for the evenings.

The place was great with reliable WIFI, a fully stocked kitchen, and was very clean. The washer worked well, with no dryer ambut a drying rack. The de-humidifiers worked very well to keep the place dry, the hot water heater was small but worked very well. Overall, no complaints and would stay here again!

Super séjour ! logement simple efficace et bien situé pour profiter de toutes les activités et sorties. Petit bémol sur l'isolation sonore avec la route et le train à côté. The apartment was clean and the location is great! Everything is in easy walking distance...restaurants, shops, cable cars, supermarkets. Also, on site parking is a HUGE plus as Chamonix is very crowded and street parking can be difficult. I have 2 suggestions for improvement: install different shutters that provide more safety and security when windows are opened... and an electric fan when windows are closed during the day. The apartment remains very cool during the daytime summer heat, which is great, but it needs air circulation. Windows opened at night provide cool temperatures; however, being on ground level it could certainly be a safety concern for some people. There is also quite a bit of traffic noise. That being said, I would however, stay here again. A welcome gift of a bottle of wine was a pleasant and much appreciated surprise!

Cozy flat in a nice area of Chamonix with available parking. Clear instructions to get in, the flat has everything you need for a weekend. The two single beds are less comfortable than the double bed, but we had anyway a wonderful staying!

Appartement bien situé. équipements confortables (machine à laver, four, micro onde..) (il serait bien d'avoir une cafetière à dosette). Manque un peu de vaisselle (verres). Literie, salle de bain agréable. pas très grand mais fonctionnel. Nous étions 4. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le canapé mais je pense que 4 est le max pour le confort.

Aucun souci pour récupérer les clés à un horaire tardif dans une boîte sécurisée à l’agence,bonne communication avec l’équipe locale.Le logement semble plus petit que sur les photos mais rien ne manque au confort tout est parfaitement aménagé. Logement refait à neuf. La fourniture des draps de lit,serviettes de toilettes, tapis de douche est un plus et une bouteille de vin est offerte. Ayant eu un temps magnifique nous étions en sortie toute la journée. Nous n’avons quasiment jamais pris la voiture tout est possible à pieds,navette,téléphérique… Très bon point de chute pour visiter Chamonix et les alentours. Couple avec 2 enfants de 9 et 12ans,nous avons eu un séjour formidable et gardons précieusement cette adresse.

Appartement rénové récemment, avec une cuisine neuve, une salle de bain entièrement refaite, une bonne literie … Dommage que les finitions ne soient pas à la hauteur des investissements, que la banquette n’ait pas été remplacée, que les fenêtres donnent sur un immeuble (sans vue), en bordure de route et de voie ferrée. La situation géographique quant à elle est parfaite, à deux pas du centre ville, des remontées mécaniques (Montenvers, Aiguille du Midi) ce qui atout certain, tout comme la place de parking réservée.

Logement très bien situé à Chamonix. Parfait pour aller visiter l’aiguille du Midi ou prendre le train du Montenvers : c’est juste à côté ! Le centre ville également n’est qu’à quelques minutes à pied ! C’est un peu petit mais perso nous n’y sommes restés que pour dormir (l’endroit est calme d’ailleurs). Parfait pour nous 4 ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants)

The location of the property was good. It’s just a short walk from the town centre and is close to most of the things you’re likely to want to do. The price paid wasn’t unreasonable and it has Wi-Fi, TV, fridge, washing machine, cooker, shower etc. It’s an induction hob though, and the pots supplied are not compatible with induction hobs (this means they won’t work with the hob, so you can’t use the pots for cooking).

El apartamento está en pleno centro, muy bien situado. Pero es un poco pequeño para 4 personas y sensación claustrofóbica, solo es conveniente usarlo para dormir y desayunar. También al ser un edificio antiguo y puertas y ventanas antiguas hay un continuo olor a antiguo. Los colchones son buenos y se duerme bien.

Super séjour ! logement simple efficace et bien situé pour profiter de toutes les activités et sorties. Petit bémol sur l'isolation sonore avec la route et le train à côté. The apartment was clean and the location is great! Everything is in easy walking distance...restaurants, shops, cable cars, supermarkets. Also, on site parking is a HUGE plus as Chamonix is very crowded and street parking can be difficult. I have 2 suggestions for improvement: install different shutters that provide more safety and security when windows are opened... and an electric fan when windows are closed during the day. The apartment remains very cool during the daytime summer heat, which is great, but it needs air circulation. Windows opened at night provide cool temperatures; however, being on ground level it could certainly be a safety concern for some people. There is also quite a bit of traffic noise. That being said, I would however, stay here again. A welcome gift of a bottle of wine was a pleasant and much appreciated surprise!

Cozy flat in a nice area of Chamonix with available parking. Clear instructions to get in, the flat has everything you need for a weekend. The two single beds are less comfortable than the double bed, but we had anyway a wonderful staying!

Appartement bien situé. équipements confortables (machine à laver, four, micro onde..) (il serait bien d'avoir une cafetière à dosette). Manque un peu de vaisselle (verres). Literie, salle de bain agréable. pas très grand mais fonctionnel. Nous étions 4. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le canapé mais je pense que 4 est le max pour le confort.

Logement propre et proche de la ville, petit bémol, nous avons du laver la vaisselle à notre arrivé car elle était rangé salle et deux verres à eau pour un logement de 4 places un peu limite.

Aucun souci pour récupérer les clés à un horaire tardif dans une boîte sécurisée à l’agence,bonne communication avec l’équipe locale.Le logement semble plus petit que sur les photos mais rien ne manque au confort tout est parfaitement aménagé. Logement refait à neuf. La fourniture des draps de lit,serviettes de toilettes, tapis de douche est un plus et une bouteille de vin est offerte. Ayant eu un temps magnifique nous étions en sortie toute la journée. Nous n’avons quasiment jamais pris la voiture tout est possible à pieds,navette,téléphérique… Très bon point de chute pour visiter Chamonix et les alentours. Couple avec 2 enfants de 9 et 12ans,nous avons eu un séjour formidable et gardons précieusement cette adresse.

We had a 1st floor unit. There was an outside door that got us into an entry way and then the door to our unit. The apartment was small but nice and clean.

Appartement rénové récemment, avec une cuisine neuve, une salle de bain entièrement refaite, une bonne literie … Dommage que les finitions ne soient pas à la hauteur des investissements, que la banquette n’ait pas été remplacée, que les fenêtres donnent sur un immeuble (sans vue), en bordure de route et de voie ferrée. La situation géographique quant à elle est parfaite, à deux pas du centre ville, des remontées mécaniques (Montenvers, Aiguille du Midi) ce qui atout certain, tout comme la place de parking réservée.

Logement très bien situé à Chamonix. Parfait pour aller visiter l’aiguille du Midi ou prendre le train du Montenvers : c’est juste à côté ! Le centre ville également n’est qu’à quelques minutes à pied ! C’est un peu petit mais perso nous n’y sommes restés que pour dormir (l’endroit est calme d’ailleurs). Parfait pour nous 4 ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants)

The location of the property was good. It’s just a short walk from the town centre and is close to most of the things you’re likely to want to do. The price paid wasn’t unreasonable and it has Wi-Fi, TV, fridge, washing machine, cooker, shower etc. It’s an induction hob though, and the pots supplied are not compatible with induction hobs (this means they won’t work with the hob, so you can’t use the pots for cooking).

El apartamento está en pleno centro, muy bien situado. Pero es un poco pequeño para 4 personas y sensación claustrofóbica, solo es conveniente usarlo para dormir y desayunar. También al ser un edificio antiguo y puertas y ventanas antiguas hay un continuo olor a antiguo. Los colchones son buenos y se duerme bien.
