The apartment itself, easy check-in and check-out. I think the laundry facilities could be a bit improved - half of the machines were broken. It didn’t cause any problem for us though. I think one towel change for stays longer than 1 week should be included in the fee.

Thé appartement was great! Everything was very new and clean. The bed and futon were extremely comfortable. But the best of all was the location!! Perfect for children and dogs (extremely dog friendly area), right in the lake with playgrounds and large green area with lots of trees for picnic on the lake. Also there is plenty of parking and loading unloading luggage is very easy. Highly recommend if you are planning on staying in the area!!

Really nice area with lovely outdoor opportunities. The apartment could have been more thoroughly cleaned.

I really like the area. Very well kept in terms of the garden and the beach. I also liked the restaurants. The Apartment was nice and very tasteful and nice refurbished. We missed air condition - it was to hot to sleep. And the bed was awful ;)

I like the location of the apartment. It was simple and clean. However it would have been nice to know how much the additional costs were (cleaning and towels/linen) as it was 1/3 of the price of the stay. There was no aircon and we had over 30 degrees, which made it very warm to stay there. There could have been simple things such as salt and pepper in the kitchen, we went to buy ourselves. Those were the only things which could be improved. Overall we had a really good stay and would come back (just not in the warm months) :) Sally

It is recommended to have air condition as the weather gets hot in some days and nights ... Also would be nice to have some supply of preliminary stuff e.g. hand wash liquid, toilet paper, some cooking needs (salt, pepper, oil in small amounts, ..)

Good: Location & interior of the house, Service level from "staff" and relaxed area with good possibilities for everyone. To improve: Several problems with hot water & electricity in the house; Maintenance / upkeeping of the beach & area the in general should be higher prioritized.

We can highly recommend the apartment! The very new and very well furnished apartment is part of a holiday-apartment-complex first row to the lake. Pros: - Apartment was very new, extremely clean, and well-equipped - We were really happy about the extra blankets + pillows - Really great location with a big, sunny terrace facing the lake - Large park directly in front of the apartment - Great with dogs - Reception at the hotel was extremely helpful and we cannot thank them enough - Even though we had massive delays, the receptionist stayed up late to let us check-in - Plenty of parking - A grocery shop only 300m away - On colder nights the heating worked perfectly Improvements: - We felt like there was little guidance (any questions we had, we had to go to the reception in person, no guidance on check-out, or any recommendations) - We would have liked some basics such as salt/pepper/oil, trash bags, toilet paper, kitchen towel, hair-dryer to be available.
