Zusätzliche - Flachbildfernseher - Kostenloses WLAN - Aufzug - Waschmaschine - Rauchmelder - Elektrische Heizkörper - Haustiere erlaubt - Nähe zum Skifahren, Skilift und Skibus Lage Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und bietet einen guten Zugang zu allen Annehmlichkeiten von Chamonix. Chamonix ist bekannt für sein breites Angebot an Winter- und Sommeraktivitäten. Chamonix ist ein Zentrum für Skifahren, Snowboarden, Langlaufen, Schlittenfahren und Schlittschuhlaufen. In den Sommermonaten gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Radfahren, Klettern, Bergsteigen und Wildwasser-Rafting. Die Wohnung ist nur 13 Gehminuten von der Seilbahnstation L'Aiguille du Midi entfernt, die die Besucher auf die hohen Hänge bringt, wo sie eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und einige ernsthafte Bergtouren erleben können. Der Accro' Parc am Lac des Gaillands (7 Autominuten) ist ein tolles Ausflugsziel für die ganze Familie. Nebenan befindet sich das Kletterzentrum Les Gaillands, in dem man das sichere Klettern erlernen kann. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Freibäder und öffentliche Tennisplätze. In der Stadt gibt es viele gute Restaurants und Bars für jeden Geldbeutel und jedes Alter, und viele davon liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Der Flughafen Genf ist 1 Stunde und 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Bahnhof von Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, der kostenlose Zugverbindungen zu anderen Skiorten bietet, ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Aufgrund der einzigartigen Topographie, der Lage und der Wetterbedingungen im Mont-Blanc-Tal kann die Internetverbindung unzuverlässig sein.

Emplacement idéal. Très près des principaux attraits touristiques et des sentiers pour la randonnée. Bien aménagé et balcon très grand avec très belle vue. Lit confortable également et c’était très propre.

El alojamiento es tal cual aparece en las fotos, pequeño pero en una localización inmejorable en chamonix, puedes ir andando al centro, al telecabina… es inmejorable la localización. Además dispone de una terraza con muy buenas vistas, que se agradecería una mesita con sillas. Es pequeño pero cumple lo básico e indispensable y compensa por la ubicación

L'alloggio è molto piccolo, ma comodo, non manca nulla. Pulito, ha una buona posizione, ad un passo dal centro, ma affaccia sul cortile quindi è silenzioso.
