Anna was fabulous. Very responsive and helpful. The place was situated perfectly with ing Marbella centre, close to everything we needed! All communication with Anna directly was great but we did find that happy rentals relayed different information than Anna re early check in and the deposit that needed to be paid. I would 100% stay with Anna again. The property was fab, everything we needed and very spacious! Thank you!

Die Unterkunft war ideal für unseren Junggesellinenabschied. Mitten in der Altstadt, sehr zentral gelegen und nah Puerto Banus (10min Autofahrt). Darüberhinaus war Anna sehr nett und hat uns vorab über alle Details in der Wohnung informiert. Auch kam sie uns sehr entgegen mit dem checkin und checkout. Wir sind alle sehr zufrieden über die schöne Wohnung und freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Marbella! Met 7 vrienden was dit onze 3e keer in Marbella, voor het eerst in dit prachtige appartement. Het levendige centrum en het strand liggen, letterlijk, op loopafstand! Superligging!! De eerstvolgende keer dat we Marbella bezoeken gaan we zeker weer in dit appartement verblijven! Heerlijk! Lovely and spacious. Clean. Good kitchen items available. Big Terrace area was great. Amazing location 5 min walk to beautiful Old Town and same to the marina. Comfy beds. Having some basic ingredients like Sugar, oil, salt, coffee was really handy. Fridge makes ice cubes too! Great wardrobe space in all the rooms. 3 great size bathrooms.

We had such an amazing stay this week. The apartment was stunning and spacious and accommodated me and my friends perfectly. The apartment was clean and very easy to check in and out of! The location was good and the beach was a 5 minute walk away with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Beautiful stay, we will definitely be back soon!

Voor de tweede keer in dit appartement! Heerlijk ruim om met een grote groep mensen te verblijven. Rustige locatie op loopafstand van het strand en het oude centrum. Het contact met het locale team is voortreffelijk! Men reageert onmiddellijk en helpt waar mogelijk.

Beste ……. Bij aankomst in het appartement waren we direct erg enthousiast. Duidelijke communicatie zodat we eenvoudig via het sleutelkastje naar binnen konden. Anna was onze contactpersoon. Dat verliep heel prettig! Ze was goed bereikbaar via app en hielp ons waar nodig. We mochten eerder het appartement bij aankomst en later uitchecken bij vertrek. Het appartement was groot en alles was netjes en schoon. Grote huiskamer met aansluitend een mooi dakterras. Slaapkamers waren ruim en met aparte bedden. Drie badkamers met 7 personen waren ruim voldoende. De keuken was voorzien van alle gemakken. De ligging van het appartement was perfect in een rustige buurt. Op korte loopafstand van zowel het strand / boulevard als het centrum. Kortom fijn appartement waar we hebben genoten van een paar heerlijke daagjes Marbella.

Super mooi groot appartement met een geweldig buitenterras en buitenkeuken. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, zeer geschikt voor grote families of gezelschappen vanwege de vele badkamers. Er was wat onduidelijkheid vwb de aanwezigheid van een wasmachine maar die was er gelukkig en zelfs een droger. Communicatie is zeer snel correct en vriendelijk. Wij waren daar met 6 volwassenen en 1 jonge baby en een peuter. Twee kinderbedjes konden worden geregeld en ook voor de terugreis een grote taxi voor de reis naar het vliegveld. Het enige minpuntje is dat er her en der wat klein onderhoudswerk gedaan moet worden (losse kraan, kapot rolluik etc) maar niets wat een heerlijke vakantie in de weg staat. Dus een dikke 10 wat ons betreft!!

I booked this apartment for a girls weekend for 8 of us. It was absolutely perfect for all of us, with plenty of space & comfy beds. The outside terrace was stunning, spacious with lots of kitchen space and huge bbq. The location of the apartment was also great, a 5 minute walk from old town Marbella with restaurants, bar and shops, also 5 minutes from the beach and only around 15 minutes to Puerto Banus which we just ordered bolts to throughout our stay. The host was really helpful with great communication throughout the weekend. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Location, location, location. Apartment very spacious and comfortable. Best part is patio with plenty of seating, dining table and grill, you can spend hours relaxing and enjoying great weather an good company. Two minutes walk to the beach, couple minutes old town. 3 minutes to big groceries store, 5 min car rental place and restaurants, coffee shops and tapas places literally on every corner. Our host was great, responsive and attentive when needed. Will definitely come back.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De locatie was top, overal dichtbij. De host reageert snel. Het appartement is wel wat verouderd en kan wat nieuwe douchekoppen gebruiken. Verder was alles top. Alles is ruim de keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.

I have just arrived home after a great relaxing stay at Anna Maria’s. The apartment was easy to find, clean and had all the amenities you would need for your break. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and local restaurants. Anna Maria was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and hopefully be back again soon!

We had a great stay in a superb apartment. More than enough space inside and outstide on the wonderful terrace. Just a 5 minute walk to the marina & beach so couldn't fault the location. Communication was excellent, and everything else was perfect.

Amazing apartment located in the centre of everything, less than 5 minutes from the beachfront and 5 minutes from the beautiful orange square. We were spoiled for choice we all the restaurant and bars so close by . The apartment it self is fantastic so well equipped it is decorated to a very high standard everything you would need . We will definitely be back , thanks to Maria for all her help in making our stay a memorable one .

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen. Viel Platz. Wir hatten ein paar Mal Kontakt mit jemandem von Happy. Rentals vor Ort wegen kleinerem Dingen und es wurde immer schnellst möglichst und zu unserer Zufriedenheit erledigt. Was nicht so gut war: -Die Aussenküche ist brauchbar, aber renovationsbedürftig -Die Geschirrspülmaschine hat nicht sauber gewaschen -Die Waschmaschine hat auch nicht sauber gewaschen Das sind aber Dinge, die korrigiert werden können. Von dem her trotzdem eine tolle Wohnung !

Nice / clean apartment in a good location, pictures are accurate. My only issue is the host wanted to communicate outside of Airbnb app, asking for personal information. Customer does not have any coverage if information is given outside of the app. We were also only given two keys for an 8 person apartment.

Gute Lage mitten im pulsierenden Marbella.Die Wohnung ist toll aufgeteilt, allerdings deutlich verbraucht und nicht sehr sauber. Besonders die Küche hatte viele schmutzige Ausstattungen. Für Urlaub mit Freunden geht es, allerdings für Familien würde ich es nicht empfehlen

Large apartment in a good location, albeit a little noisy after dark. The property was comfortable and well equipped, but the outside areas felt a little grubby. The kettle and some of the shower heads were full of lime scale, making one of the shower heads completely unusable. The air-con had been updated but now requires the guest to empty containers which are housed outside the rooms when full. The biggest issue we had was that someone had obviously been sick in one of the rooms and as the room heated up throughout the day, the smell gradually got worse. Overall the property felt well used and somewhat unloved.
