Eine atemberaubende Maisonette-Wohnung im Süden von Chamonix, in der Nähe aller Annehmlichkeiten und mit unverbaubarem Bergblick. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für ein Abenteuer in den Alpen zu jeder Jahreszeit. Diese Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock (mit Aufzug) einer modernen Wohnanlage und bietet bequem Platz für 5 Personen. Die zeitgemäße Einrichtung ist stilvoll, mit neutralen Farben und durchgehend Holzböden. Das helle Wohnzimmer ist gut aufgeteilt und verfügt über eine Sitzbank neben der Fenstertür, die auf einen privaten Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen führt, sodass Gäste dort sitzen und den Blick über den Stadtplatz bis hin zu den Bergen dahinter genießen können. Zurück im Innenbereich befinden sich ein Esstisch und Stühle an den Fenstern, direkt neben der wunderschön renovierten Küche. Die offene Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Induktions- und Kochfeldern, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und Nespresso-Maschine. Es gibt ein separates, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit einem Sofa. Schlafzimmer Schlafzimmer 1: Dieses Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Obergeschoss und verfügt über ein Doppelbett. Lage Die Wohnung befindet sich im Süden von Chamonix, nur 5 Gehminuten von der Seilbahnstation Aiguille du Midi entfernt. Der Bahnhof Chamonix Aiguille du Midi für den Mont-Blanc-Express ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Die nahegelegenen Pisten sind bei Skifahrern und Snowboardern gleichermaßen beliebt. Der Gipfel der Aiguille du Midi, nahe dem Mont Blanc, ist in den Sommermonaten ein Anziehungspunkt für Bergsteiger, Kletterer und Paraglider. Außerdem gibt es Wanderwege und Mountainbike-Strecken. Alle Freizeitangebote der Region Chamonix liegen direkt vor der Haustür, darunter Wildwasser-Rafting, Golf und Reiten. Chamonix bietet das ganze Jahr über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Besucher benötigen, darunter zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants für jedes Budget. Für Selbstversorger findet jeden Dienstagvormittag der Wochenmarkt statt. Hier finden Sie die besten lokalen Produkte, von Käse bis Wein, die Sie zu Hause probieren können. Der Flughafen Genf ist 1 Stunde und 15 Minuten Fahrtzeit von der Wohnung entfernt. The photos online are a little overflattering. The property is wholly functional, but quite cramped. The master bedroom has no carpwt, window or ventilation. The sofa area is a lsnding with no natural light. The main kitchen floor has no soft seating. Location fine, abysmal staircase with a rope rail that clearly has been repeatedly plastered back in. Dont take children. But it works, its just very functional not confortable

L’appartement est bien situé par rapport aux activités proposées à Chamonix mais malheureusement au dessus d’un pub. Ce n’est peut-être pas un problème en hiver mais l’été les nuisances sonores durent jusqu’à 2h du matin. L’annonce est inexacte. Par exemple il y a une télé mais il n’y a pas d’antenne ou de box! Nous aurions aimé voir un peu les JO le soir. Je ne pense pas que la surface annoncée soit exacte et il n’y a pas de parquet dans tout l’appartement. Il n’y a pas assez d’ustensiles de cuisine pour 5/6 personnes. Pas de grande casserole, pas de bols, pas de saladier…
