Eine Wohnung im zweiten Stock im schönen Dorf Grangesises, die bequem Platz für 4 Personen bietet und das ganze Jahr über ein ideales Urlaubsziel ist. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Ecksofa mit einem Flachbild-Smart-TV, eine große Holzkommode und doppelte Glastüren, die auf einen hübschen Steinbalkon führen. Der Esstisch aus Holz befindet sich neben der offenen Küche und bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Die offene Küchenzeile ist mit einem Kochfeld, einer Mikrowelle und einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Schlafen Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer lassen sich in 2 bequeme Einzelbetten umwandeln. Extra: Es gibt ein Etagenbett und einen Kleiderschrank Badezimmer Das geflieste Badezimmer mit großen Spiegeln verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken, ein Bidet und ein WC Sonstiges • Kostenloses WLAN • Flachbild-Smart-TV • Zentralheizung • Elektrische Heizkörper • Waschmöglichkeiten • Haartrockner • Skiraum & vergünstigter Skiverleih für Gäste • Kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze, Auto empfohlen (es gibt jedoch einen Skibus in der Nähe) • Kinderfreundlich • Haustiere erlaubt • Nespresso-Maschine Bei später Ankunft fällt ein Aufpreis an: 20 € für Ankünfte nach 20:00 Uhr und vor 22:00 Uhr sowie 50 € für Ankünfte zwischen 22:00 Uhr und Mitternacht. Der Check-out erfolgt zwischen 8:00 Uhr und 10:00 Uhr. Eine frühere Abreise muss im Voraus mit der Unterkunft abgesprochen werden. Lage Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Herzen des charmanten Dorfes Grangesises, nur 5 Autominuten vom Ferienort Sestriere entfernt. Die umliegende Landschaft ist das ganze Jahr über absolut atemberaubend. Sestriere hat viel zu bieten. In den Wintermonaten eignen sich die Pisten rund um den Ferienort für Skifahrer und Snowboarder aller Niveaus. Es gibt Langlauf, Heliskiing, Eislaufen, Motorschlittenfahren, Hundeschlittenfahren und Schneeschuhwandern. Es gibt sogar ein Freibad (beheizt), das sowohl in den Winter- als auch in den Sommermonaten geöffnet ist. Unsere Gäste können Skipässe für das Skigebiet ViaLattea direkt in unserem Happy.Rentals-Büro in Sestriere erwerben. In den Sommermonaten bieten Grangesises und seine Umgebung den Besuchern ein reichhaltiges Programm an Unterhaltungs-, Kultur- und Sportveranstaltungen für Erwachsene und Kinder. Es gibt Sporttage und Fitnesswochenenden mit zertifizierten Personal Trainern. Die Lage der Grange Hike & Ski Apartments ist ideal für alle, die Wildnis und unberührte Natur suchen. Die benachbarten Täler, wie das Argentera-Tal und das Vallone di Thuras, bieten ein Netz an Wanderwegen mit unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeitsgraden, und es besteht die Möglichkeit, nach vorheriger Buchung geführte Ausflüge mit Umweltwanderführern zu organisieren. Zudem gibt es in der Umgebung zahlreiche Routen für Mountainbike- und Downhill-Begeisterte aller Leistungsstufen. Für unsere Gäste gibt es in Partnergeschäften Ermäßigungen für den Verleih von E-Bikes und Mountainbikes. Das nahegelegene Sestriere bietet einen international renommierten Golfplatz (18 Löcher, Par 65), ein Schwimmbad und Tennisplätze. Für den Sommer 2023 sind Ende Juli die Etappen der Weltmeisterschaften im Trial- und Enduro-Motorradfahren geplant, und in der ersten Augustwoche finden das bedeutende internationale Leichtathletik-Meeting sowie das Filmfestival von Sestriere statt. Geschichtsinteressierte sollten sich die Nachstellung der Schlacht von Assietta im Juli sowie die Führungen zur Festung von Fenestrelle und zum Chaberton-Museum in Claviere nicht entgehen lassen. In Grangesises und Sestriere gibt es viele ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Bars für jeden Geschmack und jedes Budget. Für Selbstversorger bietet Sestriere Supermärkte (der nächste ist 10 Autominuten entfernt) und kleine Läden, die lokale Spezialitäten verkaufen. Appartamento caratteristico, confortevole ben curato , munito di balcone. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Situato in ottima posizione , inserito in un contesto molto tranquillo e gradevole. Grangesises è esclusivamente pedonale tuttavia il parcheggio è vicinissimo e comodo da raggiungere. E' presente la fermata della navetta gratuita per raggiungere la partenza degli impianti e il centro di Sestriere.

Apartment is located just 5 minutes from Sestriere (by car or ski bus) and the complex where it is situated is very cute. Apartment has all the facilities you need, it’s warm and cozy and the hotel itself has storage for ski equipment. Around the hotel, there are 2 great restaurants with delicious food. We will definitely come back again!

very quiet area, and the restaurants downstairs are very good. Check in was very easy and straightforward. There is a big parking lot just behind the hotel. Nevertheless, good value for money spent

Zona raggiungibile solo in auto, noi siamo stati in agosto e abbiamo fatto sempre un po' di fatica a trovare parcheggio. È a pochi chilometri da Sestriere e ad altre zone di grande bellezza paesaggistica e culturale. Struttura non recentissima, stanza non grande ma pulita e confortevole, bellissimo panorama.
