Conveniently located between the ferry and the center of town, this apartment was an excellent base for our stay. It was extremely comfortable and spacious for our family of six. We did experience a few hiccups during our visit. A storm caused the power to go out, and afterward the kitchen light—located near the pullout sofa—would not turn off. We also had an issue with one of the showers, which only produced extremely hot water with no cold water available, leaving us with one less bathroom to use during our stay. Despite these inconveniences, we would absolutely consider staying here again. The views from the deck were beautiful and provided the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring.

Great location, spacious rooms for a family of 4, good beds including the sleeping sofa in the living room, nice welcome-package, tip-top kitchen facilities and dining table to sit around, 2 bathrooms, garage/parking, and having the pizzeria and the town-center in short walking distance. It was noisy in the late evening hours but that is the trade-off for having the location... We would definitely return to this accommodation, if visiting Mennaggio again! Thank you for the great hospitality.

Diego , the person who took care of me was excellent in providing services to me. From early check-in arrangement to transfer back to Milan , he made our family stay very comfortable and stress free. This apart ment is an excellent base to see lake como.Bellagio and Veranna are only 15 mins ferry ride.

Lovely modern property near the centre of town and five minutes walk from the ferry. Spacious clean and modern. Check in was easy and nice welcome pack. Lovely five days and thank you for allowing us to use. This would be our first choice property on the lake.

This is a clean apartment that is in town. The kitchen is nice and we used it. The pool was good to have on the hot days (it is shared with the neighboring apartments, but we only had 2 others with us in the pool and we were there for a week). The onsite garage is a benefit as Menaggio does occasionally struggle with available parking. We’ve stayed in Menaggio +/- 10 times and this was the most modern of the apartments that is within a few minutes walk to the piazza. The view to Varenna is nice, but not a full view of the lake. You will need to go down to the promenade or take a walk up to the old town area to get those big lake views. The property is excellent and the neighboring apartment is also a gorgeous structure…there are no bad views in Menaggio. Everything in town is within walking distance and a car really isn’t needed if only staying a few days. If you want to explore towards Lugano or other nice towns along the lake, rent a car. Definitely can recommend. Communication great

Lovely apartment. Close walk to lake front and local amenities. Can't fault them other than the fact that the pool was bit dirty. For what we paid we were very happy. Loved Menaggio 10/10.

Great modern appartment on the 1st floor. The apartment block is close to the town centre and ferry terminal. Views of Garda Lake from our balcony with plenty of seating and a table which seats 6. Also access to shred swimming pool behind the apartment is good gor a dip. Only downside is the road leading out of Menaggio into the mountains goes past the apartment block. (Not the end of the world!). Overall would highly recommend.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an exceptional experience. The place is beautifully modern with stunning views that make it a joy to stay in. Communication with the agency was excellent; they were responsive and helpful throughout. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes away from the lakefront, ferry and restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Had a great stay here with my family. The unit feels pretty new and has a nice view over the lake (somewhat obstructed by other buildings). Host was very responsive from booking through check-out, and also helped us with more touristy questions like where to buy bus tickets. Note that while the unit is a very short walk from the town center, there are a couple of stretches without any sidewalk, and drivers don't really yield to pedestrians.

The apartment has stunning views of the lake and is also a great living space. It was very hot when we were there so loved the air con. It is a beautiful place, if a little noisy in the road. The views are stunning! Overall it was a very relaxing, spotlessly clean stay in a perfect location close to the restaurants. The check was a bit confusing to collect keys from a separate office that closes at 7pm. But again absolutely no complaints about the actually property and location. I would recommend. 10/10.

We highly recommend this apartment if staying in Menaggio. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Very open, clean and bright. There are so many windows to see the view of Lake Como. We sat out on the large deck every night to enjoy the view. That was our favorite part! This apartment is in a great location. It is a short walk to many great restaurants and grocery stores. The underground garage parking that is included with the apartment was a life saver. Great place to leave our rental car. We would definitely stay here again!

Listing states 2nd floor, but in fact it's first floor Building is still being built, so lifts are out of order The balcony although gorgeous, is right over the main road so very noisy at times

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie! Lejligheden levede fuldt op til vores forventninger. Der var rent, nyt, pænt og godt med plads. Poolen var skøn og vi nød pladsen omkring den. Vi var sikkert hjulpet af, at alle lejligheder ikke var i brug i den uge, så vi ofte kun var os selv. Der var kort til byen og vi gik til alt (bager mm) Eneste ting er vejen ud for bygningen, hvor der er larm fra biler og motorcykler, men det tager ikke meget fra den super gode totaloplevelse

My stay here exceeded all of my expectations. If you’re thinking about booking this apartment, just do it! The views from the living room are stunning and worth every penny. This apartment has huge floor to ceiling windows that show the beautiful mountainside and lake. The outdoor sofa and dining table were great for late night wine and conversations with friends. The apartment is stocked with a full kitchen and a coffee maker that came in handy for early morning espressos. The only negative we experienced was that one of the beds didn’t have a complete set of bed linens (no comforter) and the host failed to provide it after our request. Besides that, everything was great. This apartment is located perfectly just at the edge of the town area of Menaggio. You can walk to everything you need. Supermarket - 5min, Restaurants - 5 min, Ferry station - 8 min. I would definitely stay here again!

Kann ich voll und ganz weiterempfehlen! Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Abschließbare Tiefgarage vorhanden. Zu unserer Überraschung erhielten wir sogar ein kleines Willkommens-Geschenk - hier auch nochmal ein großes Dankeschön. Lage ist top, wenige Gehminuten und man ist mitten in der Stadt mit all den Restaurant (Die beste Pizza der Stadt gibt es aber die Straße runter, keine 50m). Der kleine „Hafen“ für die Fähren und Boote ist auch sofort erreicht. Kommunikation funktionierte einwandfrei, das Büro der Agentur ist lediglich zwei Minuten entfernt. Hier wurde uns auch gleich auf einer Karte gezeigt wo was zu finden ist. Sehr freundliches Team, welches teilweise auch deutsch spricht. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung und einen weiteren Besuch wert.

It was a great stay, with just a few areas for improvement: - The apartment floor was dusty. - The blackout curtains in the bedrooms are terrible. Blackout curtains in an apartment of this quality should completely block out outside light. - The air conditioning control was difficult to maintain at the desired temperature.

Appartement was amazing. Very spacious, very clean. Kitchen equipment is on point everything you need is there. The view was also very beautiful. Checkin and contact with hps management is just perfect, thanks Diego. You can park your car in the garage you will have your own parkingspot. 1min.walk to the best authentic pizzaplace of Mennagio please go there, reservation is needed. 5min.walk to city centre 8min.walk to ferry services I have one downside, and that is the "main" road in front the apartment. This can be very noisy with traffic i feel like I am sleeping on a racetrack, but that's my opinion.

Das Apartment ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und wir haben alles gefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Es empfiehlt sich aber ein paar Gewürze, Öl und Essig mitzubringen, wenn man Kochen möchte. In der Unterkunft hat uns ein nettes Welcome Paket erwartet mit Wein, Milch, Cornflakes und Weiterem erwartet. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Der große Balkon und die Ausblick auf den See sind toll. Allerdings nutzen die Motorräder die Straße direkt vor dem Apartment zum Gas geben und somit ist es sehr laut, was es teilweise recht ungemütlich macht draußen zu sitzen und das Schlafen mit offenen Fenster erschwert. Man kommt von der Wohnung schnell in den Ortskern und hat somit Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsgeschäfte in fußläufiger Nähe. Die Garage ist auch sehr praktisch, aber leider hat unser Auto (SUV) von der Länge nicht gepasst und wir mussten das Tor offen stehen lassen. In Summe können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen und für 4 Erwachsene ausreichend.

Great spot and easy walk to just about anywhere you want to be in Menaggio! Great views and a really nice patio. I will recommend letting the developers finish building the rest of the apartments before booking. There was construction going on in the units above us every day starting at 8am. I’m sure this will be all done by spring time!
