Im zweiten Stock eines freistehenden Hauses in einem ruhigen Teil von Argentière mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge ist diese moderne Ferienwohnung das ganze Jahr über ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Urlaub.
Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 4 Personen und ist in einem modernen Stil mit einigen alpinen Akzenten eingerichtet. Der Wohnbereich ist hell und luftig und durchgehend mit Holzböden ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Sofa und einen Flachbildfernseher sowie einen ausklappbaren Esstisch und stilvolle Plexiglasstühle. Der Holzbalkon, auf dem Sie sitzen und den Blick auf die Berge genießen können, ist vom Wohnzimmer aus zugänglich. Die offene Küche ist mit einem Kochfeld, einer Mikrowelle, einem Kühl-Gefrierschrank und einer Filterkaffeemaschine ausgestattet.
Schlafbereiche
Schlafzimmer 1: Das schlicht eingerichtete Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Doppelbett und einen Nachttisch.
Zusätzlich: Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer lässt sich in ein Doppelbett umwandeln.
Badezimmer
Das ansprechende, moderne Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC.

Lage
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend südlich des Dorfes Argentière, aber nur 10 Gehminuten von der Seilbahn zum Skigebiet Les Grands Montets und den Shuttlebussen entfernt. Die Anfängerpisten von Chosalets befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind ideal für Anfänger und Kinder. Die umliegenden Pisten eignen sich hervorragend für fortgeschrittene und erfahrene Skifahrer. Auf einigen der höher gelegenen Pisten kann man auch später in der Saison noch Ski fahren, manchmal sogar bis Anfang Mai.
Alle Annehmlichkeiten der Region Chamonix liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Der Bahnhof Argentière für den Mont-Blanc-Express ist nur 16 Gehminuten entfernt und bietet kostenlose Zugverbindungen im Mont-Blanc-Tal. In den Sommermonaten ist die Auswahl an Aktivitäten schier endlos: atemberaubende Bergwege zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken, Wildwasser-Rafting, Golf, Klettern, Gleitschirmfliegen und Reiten.
Das Dorf beherbergt einige ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Bars für jedes Budget. Für Selbstversorger findet in Argentière sonntagmorgens (in der Saison) der Wochenmarkt statt, auf dem Sie die frischesten regionalen Produkte erhalten. Die nächste Bäckerei ist nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Flughafen Genf ist 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Ferienwohnung entfernt.
Leider sind Haustiere in dieser Unterkunft nicht gestattet.

Lovely and cosy place to stay, with stunning views of the forest/ mountain areas. Very close to chamonix with a 7 min drive and lovely nature walks in the area. Overall was a very pleasant stay and I could not recommend this place to someone enough 🤩!!

Het verblijf ligt midden in de natuur, waardoor je kunt genieten van een rustige en fijne omgeving. De locatie is erg prettig. Het verblijf is aan de kleine kant, maar voor twee personen is het prima en comfortabel.

Appartamento corrisponde alle foto, un po’ piccolo per 4 persone, quartiere tranquillo e vicino ai ristoranti e bar, c’è stato solo un’episodio con i cani del vicino, erano sciolti e hanno provato ad aggredire senza che il vicino li richiamasse a sé, i nostri 2 bambini si sono impauriti e non ha neanche chiesto scusa. Per il resto tutto ok.

Goede prijs-kwaliteit. Dichtbij de lift van Argentiere. Parkeerplaats voor de deur of in de garage. Perfect voor 3 personen, kan ook met 4, maar dan heb je weinig kastruimte.

Very nice apartment located in a beautiful area. We were lucky as there were not many occupants in that area during our stay. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary items. For a family with 2 kids the space was a bit tight but manageable. Overall, I highly recommend them and will stay again for sure.

Personnel très réactif, les problèmes étaient vite résolus. Ils étaient également très réactifs par messages. Lits confortables et salle de bain fonctionnelle. C'est un logement parfait pour 2 personnes et un peu petit pour 4, mais il est très bien situé. Le local à skis est super!

It\'s a good, cozy apartment in a nice location, but too small, for the same money we could find a better option. In the bathroom door, the lock was broken, and it was difficult to close the door . It would be very hard to collect and then deposit the key without a car
