Lovely stay in greatly located flat. Very close to stresa main square and restaurants. Lake front also very close and walkable. Lift to apartment is very useful when arriving with luggage Enjoyed our stay.

Le logement est spacieux et bien situé. Tout est facilement accessible à pieds : le centre-ville animé avec ses restaurants et boutiques, ainsi que le point d'embarquement pour les diverses traversées sur le lac, sans oublier la gare Trenitalia. Evita à toujours été très réactive pour répondre à mes questions.

The apartment was in a lovely quiet block very close to the centre of Stresa. The property decor is dated but had everything you needed and was spotless clean. The main bedroom had a very large comfortable bed. The kitchen is small but has a lots of utensils for cooking and a welcome pack was left for guests with simple toiletries and kitchen products and a welcome bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch.

la casa è veramente bellissima, proprio come nelle foto (manca solo la lavatrice in bagno, che appare nelle foto, ma molto chiaramente non è inclusa nella descrizione delle dotazioni). Dotata di ogni apparecchiatura desiderabile in cucina, letti confortevoli, lenzuola ed asciugamani di ottima qualità. La posizione è magnifica, vicino al grande parcheggio, a 5 minuti a piedi dal cuore di Stresa. Lo staff che ci ha accolto è estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Great location and a nice, clean and spacius appartement. A bit difficult to make dinner when the electricity could only take one plate at a time.

fiquei assustada com a água que no primeiro momento estava bem escura; tive dificuldades em comunicação com a equipe do rental, nao respondiam. também uma dica seria deixar o mínimo de papel higiênico e detergente para cozinha.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans le logement.Points positifs: l'appartement est très bien situé (centre ville avec tous les commerces et pour visiter les iles), il est bien aménagé, les lits sont assez confortables.La communication avec l'agence a été très facile et nous avons pu récupérer et déposer les clés très facilement.Points négatifs: pas de parking alors que nous sommes venus en voiture. Se garer a été pénible car il n'y a pas beaucoup de places (on savait qu'il n'y avait pas de parking).Il faisait très chaud dans le logement malgré les ventilateurs. La cuisine est très petite mais pour une semaine c'était suffisant.

Die Wohnung liegt superzentral und der See und die Altstadt sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Host. Am Wochenende nachts eher laut wegen Barbetrieb.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De instructies van het appartement waren zeer duidelijk. Het was er zeer schoon en netjes. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is er. Parkeren is wel een ramp. Het pleintje waar je gratis kan parkeren, staat steeds vol.

Overall a beautiful space in a quiet but very close to the city center and to all restaurants and the port. Finally could experience the Italian lifestyle. A small elevator was an unexpected pleasure. One thing which was a bit disappointing was, only one toilet paper was provided for three people staying for 3 nights. We had to buy additional ones on our own. For this reason I give 1 star less. But highly recommendable and definitely worth to stay.

Overall a nice place in a great location, 5 mins walk from the lake or the centre of Stresa. Great view from the balcony. One thing to mention is that there was quite a lot of noise from the pub opposite the main bedroom from midnight until 2-3am on Friday and Saturday. No noise the rest of the time but people seem to spill out onto the street in those hours. House rules were unnecessarily strict too but I guess that's a symptom of it being a managed property. Anyway, those points aside, it's still a decent value option in a good location in Stresa.

Logement bien placé et permettant d’accéder aux commerces à pied. La cuisine pourrait être davantage équipée. Logement assez bruyant du au chien dans la résidence aboyant la nuit ou tôt le matin .
