It was a very nice apartment, clean and comfortable. More than enough place for 4 people. There were 3 towels for everyone, hairdryer, iron, all kitchen stuff. Great location right near the lake and beautiful coastline. Very easy check in and check out.

Perfect apartment looking exactly like the pictures. On a walkable distance to the center of Desenzano del Garda. The most convenient thing is the parking spot included. And the thing that makes impression even from the doorstep is the cleanliness. The only strange thing is the key-locker is on completely different location. But if you are with car it’s ok (2min away).

Uns hat die Lage der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Nähe zur Einkaufsstadt in Desenzano, der Ort Rivoltella und der schöne Park mit Zugang zur Promenade gegenüber der Wohnung. Die gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit im nahen ConardSupermerkato. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Wäsche auch. Parkplatz am Haus. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren im Juli 2023 in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet und extrem Sauber gewesen. Handtücher waren in verschiedenen Größen ausreichend für 4 Personen vorhanden. Die Küchen Ausstattung reichte für das Frühstück, aber um wirklich etwas kochen zu können sollten einige Utensilien mitgenommen werden. Die Betreuung durch Monika war tadelst, auch bei der Kommunikation waren wir äußerst zufrieden. 100% weiter zu empfehlen und wir kommen wieder 👍

C est un joli appartement, la decoration est simple mais jolie. Il est bien équipé, beaucoup de rangement dans les chambres, à la salle de bain et dans la cuisine. Il est très proche du centre ville et de la plage. Il y a un parking juste à côté de l appartement ce qui est appréciable en ville.

Casa Lia was really clean everywhere, and well equipped, although it could benefit from the addition of a kettle and toaster. It was about a 20 minute picturesque flat walk by the lake, to the centre of Dezenzano, which has an abundance of shops, and really good restaurants to choose from. It also has an excellent ferry port, from which you can get around nearly the whole lake. Dezenzano is a beautiful town, and extremely clean. We loved staying here, and would love to come back again one day. It caters for all ages, and there is plenty to see, and keep you busy.

Die Unterkunft entsprach ganz unseren Erwartungen und sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Die anderen Anwohner des Hauses sind sehr nett. Sehr von Vorteil war auch der Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Der Gardasee war unmittelbar vor der Haustür und die Innenstadt war fußläufig erreichbar. Es gab tolle Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung und vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte waren direkt in der Nähe und konnten zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Frische Brötchen am Morgen sind damit garantiert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden bestimmt bald wiederkommen!

It was really nice to receive information of check in/check out by e-mail and WhatsApp. The instructions were clear and simple, only need to remember that first floor is not the same as ground floor. The pleasant surprise was waiting us, when we arrived - bottle of sparkling wine on the table. Apartment was clean and even small bathing kit was in bathroom (like in a hotels - soap, shampoo and gel). 3 different size of towels for each of us - very appreciate it. Apartment was in good location with private parking place, near the center, near from the beach and near from grocery store.

We loved staying here, and would love to come back again one day. It caters for all ages, and there is plenty to see, and keep you busy.

Die Unterkunft entsprach ganz unseren Erwartungen und sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Die anderen Anwohner des Hauses sind sehr nett. Sehr von Vorteil war auch der Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Der Gardasee war unmittelbar vor der Haustür und die Innenstadt war fußläufig erreichbar. Es gab tolle Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung und vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte waren direkt in der Nähe und konnten zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Frische Brötchen am Morgen sind damit garantiert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden bestimmt bald wiederkommen!

It was really nice to receive information of check in/check out by e-mail and WhatsApp. The instructions were clear and simple, only need to remember that first floor is not the same as ground floor. The pleasant surprise was waiting us, when we arrived - bottle of sparkling wine on the table. Apartment was clean and even small bathing kit was in bathroom (like in a hotels - soap, shampoo and gel). 3 different size of towels for each of us - very appreciate it. Apartment was in good location with private parking place, near the center, near from the beach and near from grocery store.
