Bonjour, tout était parfait et la petite attention avec la bouteille a été très appréciée. L'appartement est idéalement situé et spacieux. Le seul point à améliorer serait la moquette, qui mérite d'être revue, ainsi que les radiateurs. En dehors de cela, tout était excellent.

Thank you for a great stay! Parking garage takes a minute to figure out, but ultimately parking is right underneath, within steps of the elevator to the unit. Location is next to the Midi.

Great apartment in a lovely area with nice bars and restaurants in the square in Chamonix Sud. We had trouble getting our key from the key box and finding help was difficult. We eventually got the key though and after that I can’t fault the place. Nice and clean with good bedding and great views from the balcony. It was a perfect place for us to rest for a few days after the Tour du Mont Blanc too.

It’s very near to the cable car station. In the apt. Heater works well and there are many beds, it’s suitable for group of friends or family trip.

Appartement très bien situé pour accéder au téléphérique de l’aiguille du midi ainsi que le train du Montenvers à pied, au top !. Cuisine très moderne, mais le mobilier pourrait être rajeunis.

The appartment was simply fantastic - cozy and well-equipped, providing the perfect atmosphere for a memorable getaway. The stunning mountain views from the appartment were breathtaking, and the location was convenient for exploring the beauty of Chamonix. Pauline was an excellent host, very accommodating and responsive to our needs. The place is right next to a few bars/restaurants which makes for a great ambiance. It's equipped with a bunch of different kitchen appliances from a griddle to a waffle maker! The team had great communication and we had a great stay!

Great value for money in Chamonix, a group of 6 adults, felt like we had room and managed to store ski kit. Basic and what is needed. Lovely touch with a bottle of wine on arrival.

Although everything worked, the interior was not well maintained. The toilet seat of the downstairs toilet was broken, the shower hose was broken, and the door of the freezer compartment in the refrigerator was broken off at the hinges. Fortunately, there was a modern Nespresso coffee machine, but unfortunately no furniture at the nice balcony, so we had to improvise with the worn furniture in the living room.

Very well located house, close to everything. New and remodeled kitchen. The rest of the house is as shown in the photos. It needs some improvement. It is old. Remove the carpet, which is not at all hygienic, and put in a new dining room table and 7 identical chairs. The single bed on the floor is a hole. But everything was clean and in good condition to receive us.

Good location with easy access to many things and in close proximity to ticket office of Auguille du Midi. The Happy Rentals team was very responsive and helpful. The only thing we did not enjoy was that the apartment is located above a pub which can be quite noisy late at night.

Great location and value for the apartment, walking distance to the shuttle to all Chamonix ski hills. Walking distance to restaurants and shops as well. Fit our group of 7 people, but ideal for 6 or fewer. The apartment was clean and has a great kitchen, but was missing some essential items such as extra toilet paper, dish soaps, etc.

The Airbnb is located in a great area- conveniently close to bus stop and town. It was a great space for 7 guests, minus the fact that there is only one bathroom. Amazing view. Unfortunately, the heating was broken in the apartment, and they only gave us two small space heaters. WiFi didn’t work.

The place was in nice location and super clean, we enjoyed with colleagues. Close to all the walking and hiking routs, easy to find, clear communication. Slightly below expectations comparing to the picture, but gifted bottle of vine from the host fixed everything 🍷 But, in our case we were in business trip and required an invoice on the company name: so, it was promised before booking (kinda not a problem), but was not available (company, not private invoice) after check out due to some limitations. Whatever, Chamonix is a wonderful place, and highly recommended!

Overall, our stay at this accommodation was satisfactory considering the value for money. It meets the basic needs and is conveniently located near various amenities, especially ski resorts. Positives: - Excellent location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the bus station. Only an 8-minute walk from the center. Easy access to ski resorts. - Well-equipped kitchen with various utensils allowing for meal preparation. Dishwasher, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner provided. Negatives: - Only one key for a house accommodating 7 people, which is very limiting. - The kettle was non-functional. - The window was damaged, not closing properly, and swayed significantly during stormy weather. - The hosts do not offer luggage storage after checkout. - Late check-in (4:00 PM) and early check-out (10:00 AM) times. - The single beds in the upper room are too small, especially for taller individuals, leaving feet hanging off the edge. - Poor sound insulation; noise from neighboring rooms, especially if there are loud parties or karaoke sessions. Overall, while there were some drawbacks, the positives of the location and well-equipped kitchen outweighed the negatives for us. However, improvements in key areas such as security, maintenance, and noise insulation would greatly enhance the overall experience.

On arrival it was visible that the apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly due to dirty socks being left openly on the bedroom floor from the previous guests, in the advert there isn’t any mention to the loud noise of the lift that is located right next to the apartment , it is very loud and can be heard in all of the bed rooms, This was particularly annoying when people started using the lift in the earlier hours of the morning, the parking fob was a bit of a nightmare if you scanned your fob more than once then it wouldn’t work again. We also witnessed a family stuck in the underground carpark unable to get out due to the fob not working so they couldn’t get out. Contact through Airbnb was very helpful but the onsite office staff were very rude, abrupt and not willing to help even tho in a very good location with easy accesses to lots of restaurants, bars and bus stops to the ski resorts. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location. But for the price you pay you would expect a flat maintained... Matresses need to be changed... Also, on the photos it looked fine but once we arrived we discovered that the wooden fence of the balcony had several holes in it with inhabitants: wasps. Kitchen pans are not all induction compatible. Noisy at night, bars and restaurants just under.
