Las vistas espectaculares, el apartamento muy moderno y bien mantenido. La calefacción muy confortable. Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos unas botellas de vino. A 15 minutos andando de Chamonix pueblo por un sendero muy bonito. La urbanización preciosa y muy tranquila.

Really beautiful place over looking the Aguille de midi and mountains. Apartment was so nice, tastefull decor and comfy bed. The walk along the river to town is an added bonus!! Would definitely come back. Thanks so much. Check in was a bit tricky with bags etc without your own transport as office is half an hour walk away.

Lovely place with helpful instructions on collecting the key and finding the apartment. Only thing I would change is there was a coffee machine but no coffee (only minor but maybe pick some up en-route if you're like me and need it to wake up). Lovely touches like the handy toiletries were so welcome. I would 100% stay again.

Très beau logement avec un petit jardinet et une terrasse à la vue imprenable sur la montagne. Pratique d'avoir les draps et les serviettes fournis, un peu comme à l'hôtel. C'est pas donné mais c'est un service de qualité. Seul petit bémol : une seule tablette de Lavelle vaisselle pour 4 jours à 5 personnes ça fait juste :)

Notre séjour a été très agréable : le logement est bien situé, non loin du centre de Chamonix (à 5 minutes en voiture et 15 minutes à pieds), au cœur des montagnes dans une résidence calme et récente. Pour les amoureux de la nature, il y a beaucoup de chemins de randonnées à proximité. L'appartement en lui-même est très mignon et spacieux, sur deux étages, avec une vue sur les montagnes magnifique depuis la terrasse. La cuisine est plutôt bien équipée, bien qu'il manquerait peut-être certains ustensiles (pas de four à micro-ondes par exemple). Le seul point négatif a été la communication avec l'hôte : nous voulions confirmation que nous pouvions bien partir à midi, et lui-même n'en savait rien et nous a renvoyé vers l'agence qui s'est trompée sur notre heure de départ. A part ça, tout a été très reposant et resourçant, et nous reviendrons ici avec plaisir.

The apartment was great, it had a ski locker and boot rack and space for ski helmets. The views from the apartment were great and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment is letted out through a rental company so you have to collect the keys from their office in Chamonix Sud which is a 25/30 minute walk away which was quite inconvenient considering the listing states that the host meets you at the property. Otherwise, it was as advertised and a pleasant stay.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet Airbnb. L’hébergement était très propre, bien équipé et fidèle à la description. L’accueil était chaleureux et les hôtes étaient disponibles et réactifs pour toute question. L’emplacement était idéal, proche de tout ce qu'il fallait. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de mon prochain passage !

The place is beautiful, and the views from its terrace are incredible. It is very clean, well-organized, and aesthetically pleasing. The hike to the center of Chamonix is also beautiful. However, there was one negative point: the communication with the host. They never responded to our inquiry about the location of the sheets and blankets for the sofa.

Помешкання з чудовим видом на Монт- Блан. Приємно вразив вітальний подарунок від господаря . Дякую. Апартаменти знаходяться в віддаленому районі Шамоні , але до центру приємно прогулятись у вздовж річки - 15 хвилин. В квартирі є достатньо посуду для самостійного приготування їжі . Апартаменти чисті . Спальні знаходяться на двох рівнях, що дозволяє двом родинам повністю усамітнитися. Гарне місце - рекомендую .

Appartement très bien situé, très bien rénové, très bien équipé et avec une literie de très bonne qualité. Les petits kits d'accueil (savon, gel, cadeaux gastronomiques) sont très appréciables. Ce qu'il m'a manqué : certains équipements de cuisine, et un étendoir à linge car celui qui est dans l'appartement est en très mauvais état.

We had a great stay at this lovely and clean apartment near the center of Chamonix. The terrace offers stunning views of the mountains. The apartment is well-equipped with two TVs and a PlayStation 4 for gaming. There is plenty of space and two bathrooms, which our family of five really appreciated. The check-in and check-out instructions are very detailed, so it's important to read them carefully. Note that the keys need to be picked up from an office, not the apartment, which added about half an hour to our drive. Overall, we had fantastic time!

Duplex très agréable, disposant de tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour sympathique et surtout… avec une vue magnifique sur le massif du Mont Blanc. Le centre ville de Chamonix est accessible à pied en 10 minutes et par un chemin arboré et sécurisé pour les enfants.

Le logement est agréable et bien décoré, la petite terrasse est un atout avec une vue magnifique sur l'aiguille du mont blanc. Le logement est situé dans un bâtiment entouré de verdure, le lieu est très sympa, à 20 mn à pied du centre ville par un sentier qui longe la rivière.

Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, schön und ruhig gelegen. Zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Aufenthaltbereich lassen Spielraum für verschiedene Familienkonstellationen und Interessen. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge. Uns haben nur die Doppelbettdecken gestört.

Spent a few days getting ready for the tour de Mont Blanc. Unfortunately the check-in office was in the opposite direction of the train station so had to haul luggage far from residence. Took lots of time to get key and to return key. Why can’t they put the key box on the building of the residence? Also, arrived at the apartment to no soap in bathrooms. Who carries hand soap with them? Had a bottle of wine but I would have liked to wash my hands.

Logement très bien situé, au calme, à 15min à pied du centre. Le check in et check out se font de manière autonome mais au centre ville (happy rentals), à 10min en voiture du logement. Très bien pour 4 personnes mais trop petit pour 6 personne car les salle de bains et le coin cuisine sont étroits. L'isolation est peu optimale, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe autour. Le garage est très étroit.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Les photos étaient conformes et le logement était propre et bien aménagé. Appartement proche du centre ville donc très accessible à pied. Cependant, nous avons été déçues par la communication avec le propriétaire. Il y a eu un soucis avec le lien que l’on nous a envoyé afin d’avoir les instructions concernant le logement. Il ne fonctionnait pas. De ce fait, nous ne savions pas lequel des appartements était le notre. Nous avons alors envoyé un message au propriétaire qui nous a dit que le lien était momentanément indisponible et qu’il allait être de nouveau fonctionnel sous peu. Le propriétaire nous a dit 5 minutes après que le lien était de nouveau fonctionnel et après cela il ne nous a plus jamais répondu. Nous avons attendu 1h 30 dehors alors qu’il faisait nuit et froid. Nous lui avons envoyé pleins de messages en lui disant que le lien ne fonctionnait toujours pas mais il ne nous répondait pas. Heureusement des voisins ont pu nous aider.

Schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet. Gute Lage, Garage. Insgesamt positiv. Kleine Mängel/Anmerkungen: Keine Deckel für Kochgeschirr. Kein Safe für Wertsachen (EG-Wohnung!). Kein Free-TV/Kein Radio.Bettwäsche-/Handtuchwechsel nach einer Woche wäre gut.

Great apartment, not great if you’re backpacking without a car. We came from the TMB trail and had to hike downtown to pick up the physical keys and then make our way back to the apartment (a 37 minute walk or get transportation). So great place if you have a car but otherwise not convenient check in and out with physical key pickup.
