The apartment was very nice, and quite cool even though it was very warm outside (we didn't want to use the AC due to noise). The pool area and garden were lovely and the area quiet and calm. The gate was hard to open and to get the key we hade to get to another town (Menaggio) which was is very unconvenient, especially if you don't arrive by car. It takes around 15 minutes by car. Nice restaurants with local food at Trattoria La Rana and Antica trattoria di Risorgimento. Very good ice cream att Fabbrica di gelato in Lenno. Good hiking in the hills around.

La résidence est très bien entretenue. L'endroit est propice au calme et proche du village de Mennagio. L'appartement est tout à fait confortable pour une famille de 4. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir bientôt !

Our family stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Communication was excellent before and during our stay but we would have liked some information regarding how to get around Lake Como prior to our stay which the staff were not happy to provide.

Once we got to the condo it was lovely. But we didn’t have a car and the fast ferries weren’t running that day. We used ferries the rest of the time and it was convenient. George was helpful but with two young children we didn’t all want to go to Menaggio to pick up the key and go back to Azzano.

Lovely clean accomodation, fantastic views and great air conditioning for the warmer days. The key was located in the town over (15 minute drive or 2 hour walk). We came without a car but the rental company was lovely enough to drop the keys to us when we arrived (just something to note…easier if you have a car). Rental company was super responsive and helpful. The town itself is amazing, full of local/travelling Italians and great restraunts near by. This is the accomodation for you if you want to stay on lake Como but off the beaten track of tourism and still in walking distance of restraunts and shops!

This apartment was amazing!! Best views, best terrace, can sit outside in rain, lots of room, great location near market, cafe, only 25 min walk to main Tremezzzo area, and right next to the Greenway!!!! 30 min walk to villa Balbianello….. We did it all and very much would like to thank the Brentano Giardino team for making it all less stressful. Only problem was strong smell of cleaning chemicals for a day or two. Had to air out with windows open. Suggest using no smell / natural cleaners in future. Don’t need such harsh chemicals. My wife sensitive to smells. But we survived and after a day the smell went away and we truly enjoyed this apartment.

Beautiful place. They gifted us a welcome pack for our stay which was a great surprise. We didn’t have wifi, TV signal or hot water the first day night, but the host was well responsive and got someone to come and fix everything on the day we called. Still no Tv signal afterwards but that was fine as we weren’t there to watch TV. Such a lovely view but pool is only open seasonally so take note of that.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung in ein einem toll gepflegtem Objekt. Parkplätze zu bekommen ist leider sehr schwierig. Und im Ortskern selbst ist es nicht schön, essen gehen kann man in schöner Lage nur mit viel Fußweg mit vielen Höhenmetern oder mit dem Auto. Das ist schade.

We enjoyed our stay in Lake Como. The accommodations were very good. The location was great. Finding parking was very difficult, more information needs to be provided about the parking situation on the description.

Beautiful views and great location. Apartment nice but pool rules need to be made available in advance as this spoilt our holiday. Only one lounger per apartment was allowed. Kids could not play with anything in the pool and this was a strictly enforced. A shame because it was not the relaxing pool holiday we envisaged. But, good communication with the management agency and lots to do in the area away from the apartment.

Die Anlage war sehr groß mit Pool und Tennisplatz. Der Pool wurde auch täglich gereinigt. Allerdings war unsere Ferienwohnung nicht sauber. Im Bad lagen Haare, überall lag Staub, auf den Küchenbretter waren flecken & staub… leider nicht sehr appetitlich. Nach Rücksprache wurde uns auch leider keine Reinigung oder Ähnliches angeboten. Sonst aber ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Schöne kleine Unterkunft mit schönem Blick auf den See Für 6 Personen allerdings viel zu klein. Schlüssel mussten im Büro abgeholt werden, wo es keine Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nahe gab. Unterkunft war ziemlich staubig und das Geschirr war zum Teil dreckig. Man bekommt ausführliche Anweisungen zur Anfahrt allerdings keine Infos über WLAN oder das Gelände (zB wo sich die Mülltonnen befinden)

Het appartement was mooi en had een prachtig uitzicht. Alles was schoon en de ruime keuken was voorzien van voldoende faciliteiten. De bushalte op loopafstand was ook erg fijn. De beheerder was super aardig en behulpzaam.
