Regarding the induction hob, it unfortunately stopped working unexpectedly and, to avoid further inconvenience, an electric cooktop was promptly provided. The apartment was fully functional and professionally cleaned before your arrival, including the carpets. All furnishings and lights were in working order, and the electrical system was compliant; additional adapters can be requested if needed. The bathroom size and balcony correspond to what is shown in the listing and reflect the standard features of this type of apartment. Our local team assisted you throughout your stay, arriving earlier than scheduled on arrival day to deliver the keys and remaining available to support you, including during the move to the new apartment, which was ready before 18:00.
