The apartment is in great location. Just steps away from Lake Lugano, shops, restaurants, supermarket and public parking. The place was modern, elegant and clean. The only dirt I noticed was on the rubber at the bottom of the shower glass door.

Couldn’t be a better location for convenience to old town. Place was very nice for our family of 4. Only complaint I would have is the beds were extremely hard and the pillows were such poor quality they were non functional. Almost wanted to put towels in the pillowcase to give any support. Otherwise fantastic place to stay for a visit.

Place had a perfect location to be in the middle of town but still felt private. Walkable everywhere. Place was clean and great for our family. Although the microwave was missing and the drier didn’t work. But still a good place to stay. No spices to oil to cook so bring your own, also bring your own coffee and detergent for the washer. The crib and high chair were great for my daughter (although we had to pay extra)

Novos Ruby was the perfect spot for our stay in Lugano. The apartment is brand new and spotless clean. The fixture and finishes in the apartment are high end. Our family of four, including two teenagers, fit comfortably with the sofa bed and two bedrooms. The location was perfect and walkable to the shops and sites in town as well as the train. David and the Happy Rentals team were all very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Lugano.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is very centrally located. Its clean and well maintained. The only problem is blue light indicators for the light switches which are disturbing at night. Otherwise, the place is very much recommendable for family stay.

This place was perfect! Steps from the train station, waterfront, and main piazza. Unit was comfortably furnished, the apartment feels brand new. Wi-Fi was fast. They accommodated early check in and late check out which was fabulous. Beds were a bit firm but that’s a personal preference. Price was totally fair. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Lugano. The host company communicated with me via Airbnb, iMessage, what’s app, and a separate website where we had to register guests and receive entry instructions via pdf - worked fine for me, but a wee bit confusing with multiple threads.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sonja’s place. The apartment is very comfortable and well situated for all that we wanted to do in the city and surroundings. There are many fine restaurants within walking distance, as well as places for groceries and an excellent parking garage, if bringing a car.

The Location of the appartment was excellent. For the price, the apartment could have been cleaned a little better (lots of dust under the bed, crumbs on the table). The kitchen equipment was also very modest. Otherwise we were very satisfied and would come again.

Location was excellent, apartment was tidy and clean, so were bedlinen and towels, as well as kitchenette. Unfortunately the toilet seat was broken and not repaired and the warm/cold water in the shower is very slow to regulate the temperature. Whilst we acknowledge your check-in/out hours, we had requested for extensions. Unfortunately, communication was poor, independently of the answer, which we simply did not really receive. Nevertheless, thanks for the stay and for guaranteeing us such a nice weather :-)

Our family of four, including two teenagers, fit comfortably with the sofa bed and two bedrooms. The location was perfect and walkable to the shops and sites in town as well as the train. David and the Happy Rentals team were all very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Lugano.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is very centrally located. Its clean and well maintained. The only problem is blue light indicators for the light switches which are disturbing at night. Otherwise, the place is very much recommendable for family stay.

This place was perfect! Steps from the train station, waterfront, and main piazza. Unit was comfortably furnished, the apartment feels brand new. Wi-Fi was fast. They accommodated early check in and late check out which was fabulous. Beds were a bit firm but that’s a personal preference. Price was totally fair. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Lugano. The host company communicated with me via Airbnb, iMessage, what’s app, and a separate website where we had to register guests and receive entry instructions via pdf - worked fine for me, but a wee bit confusing with multiple threads.

The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our family. The communication was great, the location perfect, the surrounding quiet and everything felt new and clean. They even were able to provide a highchair which was much appreciated.

“The location is great — the suburb is clean and close to all the main attractions. It’s perfect for long walks and shopping. For me, it’s even cheaper to take an Uber since it’s very close to the train station.”

The location was great and check in was very easy. The flat in general was comfortable. The standard of the interior and furniture was high. Except for some noisy neighbors, the flat was very quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sonja’s place. The apartment is very comfortable and well situated for all that we wanted to do in the city and surroundings. There are many fine restaurants within walking distance, as well as places for groceries and an excellent parking garage, if bringing a car.

The Location of the appartment was excellent. For the price, the apartment could have been cleaned a little better (lots of dust under the bed, crumbs on the table). The kitchen equipment was also very modest. Otherwise we were very satisfied and would come again.

Location was excellent, apartment was tidy and clean, so were bedlinen and towels, as well as kitchenette. Unfortunately the toilet seat was broken and not repaired and the warm/cold water in the shower is very slow to regulate the temperature. Whilst we acknowledge your check-in/out hours, we had requested for extensions. Unfortunately, communication was poor, independently of the answer, which we simply did not really receive. Nevertheless, thanks for the stay and for guaranteeing us such a nice weather :-)
