Sehr schönes Appartement, mega Aussicht von der großen Terrasse. Leider war der Kühlschrank defekt, der wurde aber sehr schnell komplett ausgetauscht. Leider sind am gemeinsam Pool nur 2 Liegen vorhanden. Ausstattung im Zimmer ist komplett ausreichend. Leider ist die Türe zur Terrasse immer noch defekt., lässt sich nicht komplett öffnen, reicht aber zum Rauskommen. Große Garage,die Anfahrt von der Straße zum Haus ist recht wild. Man ist komplett auf ein Auto angewiesen. Wenn man den Berg weiter hoch fährt, kommst du zu einem klasse Lokal mit top Aussicht und leckerem Essen. Bett ist sehr bequem. Alles in allem sehr hoher Erholungswert. Kann es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Leider fehlt eine Klimaanlage bei dieser Hitze.

Pobyt nad jeziorem Como był absolutnie wyjątkowy! Mieszkanie było przepiękne, z dużym tarasem i niesamowitym widokiem na jezioro – idealne miejsce na poranną kawę i wieczorny relaks. Apartament bardzo czysty, świetnie wyposażony i komfortowy. Łóżko niezwykle wygodne, świeża pościel oraz duża ilość ręczników sprawiły, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. W mieszkaniu było wszystko, czego potrzeba podczas pobytu. Właściciel zadbał o każdy detal, a dodatkowo przekazał nam wiele przydatnych wskazówek dotyczących okolicy. Kontakt był świetny – szybkie odpowiedzi na wiadomości oraz pomoc przy zameldowaniu były ogromnym ułatwieniem. Bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem był prezent na powitanie w postaci pudełka ze smakołykami i winem. To był naprawdę wyjątkowy gest. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i z całego serca polecamy to miejsce!

Fin lägenhet med en fantastisk terrass med så vacker utsikt över bergen. Lite svårt att hitta till huset så värt att läsa instruktionerna från värden ordentligt. Ligger högt upp så inte direkt gångavstånd ner till Menaggio. Utsikten är helt fantastisk och området fint!

Lovely stay, gorgeous views and courtyard area. Only thing was we didn’t have a car so getting to accomodation wasn’t the easiest as public transport stops very early in the evening so had to taxi up often.

Apartment was beautiful and the views from the property were breathtaking. Apartment was as shown in the photos and was very clean and tidy. Apartment is walkable from town however it is all up hill so you may want to book a taxi if you have luggage otherwise you may struggle as we did. Would however definitely recommend as the views made the uphill walk worthwhile.

My partner & I had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was clean and the views were spectacular. They had basic amenities, including a toaster and a kettle, as well as cooking utensils, washing up liquid, and tablets for the washing machine. The communal pool was clean and well looked after, and the agents were responsive to requests. One thing to note is that taxis seem to clock off at 7pm and the apartment is a half hour walk up the mountain from Menaggio town. Overall highly recommend!

We booked this apartment mainly for the beautiful views and access to a pool which did not disappoint 😍. The big private terrace looks onto a lovely sunrise over the mountains and lake which was breathtaking. Apartment and pool exactly as they appear in the photos. Everything was clean and tidy, and we were happy to receive a little welcome basket with breakfast essentials and wine! All amenities listed were there, lots of storage and spare blankets/pillows/towels! The only downside is accessibility to Menaggio and difficulty finding the place. The map pin on the listing is incorrect, so we had made the booking based on this estimation of a 20 minute walk. But after booking, the address given to us on the check in instructions showed the location a 40 minute wak away! This was on tight winding roads often with no pavement, lots of steps, and parts with very uneven cobbled pathways. We managed to get a taxi back up each night pretty easily though. Otherwise, a beautiful stay!

The stay was great - the lake view is incredible and the flat is as described. We did have a small problem with the balcony door not being lockable and we did have some ants in the property. Neither of these drastically affected our stay and we had a great stay overall!

Whilst the Apartment had a fantastic view, as described, which is why I gave it a 4* Review, you will need a car or use taxis to get to any of the shops, restaurants, bars and cafés in Menaggio. Itis not safe to walk as the road is very steep, has lots of bends and there are no walking paths in many parts of the road Although it states it has wi-fi, it doesn't work. In spite of me reporting this on the first day I arrived, it did not get fixed by the hosts during my 5 day stay. There were a lot of ants due to the gaps between the wall and floor tiles. In spite of having a fully equipped kitchen, you have to buy your own washing up liquid and a dish wash sponge and cloth to clean any dishes and pans used, as this is not provided. If it is a peaceful location with fabulous views of the Lake you are wanting, then this is definitely the Apartment for you.

Lejligheden bærer præg af at den skal tjene penge ind på lejere. Den trænger til at der kommer en ejer og får styr på tingene. Den bliver simpelthen ikke vedligeholdt. Eksempler: - Hoveddøren kan kun lukkes hvis man også låser den. - Begge lamper i badeværelset virkede ikke. De var de klar over inden vi ankom, da der var placeret en standerlampe fra stuen ovenpå vaskemaskinen i badeværelset. Vaskemaskinen og lampen brugte samme strømstik - så ingen lys hvis vaskemaskinen skulle igangsættes. Og elendig lys hvis man skulle kunne se sig selv i spejlet. Vi kontaktede dem og bad om at få det ordnet, men uden respons. - Den ene terrassedøren binder og den anden terrassedør kan ikke åbnes. De sætter klistermærker på hvor det fremgår at det ikke virker, i stedet for bare at få det ordnet så det virker. - Der mangler en pære i lampen ved det ene natbord. - Der er kun to liggestole i poolmrådet, hvilket ikke er nok når man deler poolen med mange andre. Udsigten er dog fantastisk!!

Lack of wifi. Lack of hot water. LAKE como proposed us another appartement which was not equivalent from a price/quality, yet with hot water and excellent wifi. Pity the agency did not want to reimburse the difference of price -about 80 euro between the 2 appartements...prices verified at the same time period.

Schöne Terasse, toller Ausblick. Kontakt/Schlüssel problemlos. Leider sehr staubig. Wir reisten in der Nacht an und mussten dann noch das zweite Bett ausziehen, beziehen und uns aif die Suche nach Polster Decken machen. Leider gab es nicht genug Polster und nur eine sehr dünne Decke - zu wenig für diese Jahreszeit. Das Auszieh-/Klappbett war auch leider sehr unbequem und klapprig...

Le logement proposé était ravissant et fidèle aux photos. Nous avons apprécié passer quelques jours avec cette magnifique vue, et nous en sommes très reconnaissant ! Quelques soucis ont été rencontrés durant le séjour, mais la communication avec l’hôte est assez rapide selon la demande.. N’hésitez pas à demander l’accès à la piscine dès le début de votre séjour pour être sûr d’en profiter !

Pobyt nad jeziorem Como był absolutnie wyjątkowy! Mieszkanie było przepiękne, z dużym tarasem i niesamowitym widokiem na jezioro – idealne miejsce na poranną kawę i wieczorny relaks. Apartament bardzo czysty, świetnie wyposażony i komfortowy. Łóżko niezwykle wygodne, świeża pościel oraz duża ilość ręczników sprawiły, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. W mieszkaniu było wszystko, czego potrzeba podczas pobytu. Właściciel zadbał o każdy detal, a dodatkowo przekazał nam wiele przydatnych wskazówek dotyczących okolicy. Kontakt był świetny – szybkie odpowiedzi na wiadomości oraz pomoc przy zameldowaniu były ogromnym ułatwieniem. Bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem był prezent na powitanie w postaci pudełka ze smakołykami i winem. To był naprawdę wyjątkowy gest. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i z całego serca polecamy to miejsce!

Fin lägenhet med en fantastisk terrass med så vacker utsikt över bergen. Lite svårt att hitta till huset så värt att läsa instruktionerna från värden ordentligt. Ligger högt upp så inte direkt gångavstånd ner till Menaggio. Utsikten är helt fantastisk och området fint!

Lovely stay, gorgeous views and courtyard area. Only thing was we didn’t have a car so getting to accomodation wasn’t the easiest as public transport stops very early in the evening so had to taxi up often.

Apartment was beautiful and the views from the property were breathtaking. Apartment was as shown in the photos and was very clean and tidy. Apartment is walkable from town however it is all up hill so you may want to book a taxi if you have luggage otherwise you may struggle as we did. Would however definitely recommend as the views made the uphill walk worthwhile.

My partner & I had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was clean and the views were spectacular. They had basic amenities, including a toaster and a kettle, as well as cooking utensils, washing up liquid, and tablets for the washing machine. The communal pool was clean and well looked after, and the agents were responsive to requests. One thing to note is that taxis seem to clock off at 7pm and the apartment is a half hour walk up the mountain from Menaggio town. Overall highly recommend!

We booked this apartment mainly for the beautiful views and access to a pool which did not disappoint 😍. The big private terrace looks onto a lovely sunrise over the mountains and lake which was breathtaking. Apartment and pool exactly as they appear in the photos. Everything was clean and tidy, and we were happy to receive a little welcome basket with breakfast essentials and wine! All amenities listed were there, lots of storage and spare blankets/pillows/towels! The only downside is accessibility to Menaggio and difficulty finding the place. The map pin on the listing is incorrect, so we had made the booking based on this estimation of a 20 minute walk. But after booking, the address given to us on the check in instructions showed the location a 40 minute wak away! This was on tight winding roads often with no pavement, lots of steps, and parts with very uneven cobbled pathways. We managed to get a taxi back up each night pretty easily though. Otherwise, a beautiful stay!

The stay was great - the lake view is incredible and the flat is as described. We did have a small problem with the balcony door not being lockable and we did have some ants in the property. Neither of these drastically affected our stay and we had a great stay overall!

Whilst the Apartment had a fantastic view, as described, which is why I gave it a 4* Review, you will need a car or use taxis to get to any of the shops, restaurants, bars and cafés in Menaggio. Itis not safe to walk as the road is very steep, has lots of bends and there are no walking paths in many parts of the road Although it states it has wi-fi, it doesn't work. In spite of me reporting this on the first day I arrived, it did not get fixed by the hosts during my 5 day stay. There were a lot of ants due to the gaps between the wall and floor tiles. In spite of having a fully equipped kitchen, you have to buy your own washing up liquid and a dish wash sponge and cloth to clean any dishes and pans used, as this is not provided. If it is a peaceful location with fabulous views of the Lake you are wanting, then this is definitely the Apartment for you.

Lejligheden bærer præg af at den skal tjene penge ind på lejere. Den trænger til at der kommer en ejer og får styr på tingene. Den bliver simpelthen ikke vedligeholdt. Eksempler: - Hoveddøren kan kun lukkes hvis man også låser den. - Begge lamper i badeværelset virkede ikke. De var de klar over inden vi ankom, da der var placeret en standerlampe fra stuen ovenpå vaskemaskinen i badeværelset. Vaskemaskinen og lampen brugte samme strømstik - så ingen lys hvis vaskemaskinen skulle igangsættes. Og elendig lys hvis man skulle kunne se sig selv i spejlet. Vi kontaktede dem og bad om at få det ordnet, men uden respons. - Den ene terrassedøren binder og den anden terrassedør kan ikke åbnes. De sætter klistermærker på hvor det fremgår at det ikke virker, i stedet for bare at få det ordnet så det virker. - Der mangler en pære i lampen ved det ene natbord. - Der er kun to liggestole i poolmrådet, hvilket ikke er nok når man deler poolen med mange andre. Udsigten er dog fantastisk!!

Lack of wifi. Lack of hot water. LAKE como proposed us another appartement which was not equivalent from a price/quality, yet with hot water and excellent wifi. Pity the agency did not want to reimburse the difference of price -about 80 euro between the 2 appartements...prices verified at the same time period.

Schöne Terasse, toller Ausblick. Kontakt/Schlüssel problemlos. Leider sehr staubig. Wir reisten in der Nacht an und mussten dann noch das zweite Bett ausziehen, beziehen und uns aif die Suche nach Polster Decken machen. Leider gab es nicht genug Polster und nur eine sehr dünne Decke - zu wenig für diese Jahreszeit. Das Auszieh-/Klappbett war auch leider sehr unbequem und klapprig...

Le logement proposé était ravissant et fidèle aux photos. Nous avons apprécié passer quelques jours avec cette magnifique vue, et nous en sommes très reconnaissant ! Quelques soucis ont été rencontrés durant le séjour, mais la communication avec l’hôte est assez rapide selon la demande.. N’hésitez pas à demander l’accès à la piscine dès le début de votre séjour pour être sûr d’en profiter !
