Wir haben die Wohnung wegen der schönen Lage nun schon zum dritten Mal gebucht und waren wieder sehr zufrieden.Leider ging der Herd am Sonntag nach unserer Anreise morgens kaputt. So etwas kann immer passieren; da steckt kein Eigentümer und keine Agentur drin. Die Bemühungen, uns bei diesem Problem zu helfen, waren wirklich erstklassig. Nach 2 Std. hatten wir eine Ersatzkochplatte und am Montagvormttag wurde ein Ersatzherd eingebaut. Dafür möchten wir uns ausdrücklich bedanken. Schneller kann man kaum Abhilfe schaffen. Wir haben die Tage in Livigno wieder sehr genossen.

Eine sehr gemütliche und saubere Ferienwohung mit einem phantastischen Blick über das Tal von Livigno. Es ist kein Problem, zu Fuß zum Lift (Nr.1) zu laufen. Die anderen Lifte sind mit dem Skibus oder Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Skigebiete von Livigno haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

August 2017 This listing is highly recommended. The apartment block is perched on the eastern side of the valley with fantastic views. It's a pleasant 20-minute walk to the town centre and Coop supermarket, or 10 minutes to the nearest cafe / pizza place, bike hire shop and ski lift. The rooms are comfortable and the fact there are 2 bathrooms is great for a group of 4. The biggest asset is the bright and spacious living room. The kitchen is small and basic, decor and furniture are 'rustic' / eclectic, and there's a lot of personal possessions / clutter around. None of these would put me off booking the place again though. Check-in with Marco was excellent and all communication with Happy Holiday Homes was fast and very helpful. Andrew, UK

March 2017 The place is fantastic! The living room has very big windows overlooking the city surrounded by mountains. You can relax on the balcony with great view. Apartment has two separate bathrooms which we found very convenient as we were two couples. The place is well decorated and has it's personal touch with very beautiful traditional furniture's. It's very comfortable. Communication with Marco was very good! We highly recommend the place. Kasia and Lukasz

Die Lage war gut, der Hausverwalter war sehr freundlich und hat alles gut erklärt, Spülmaschine ist vorhanden

La vue est magnifique jour et nuit, il est plein sud. Cependant l'appartement est très vieillot , cela peut avoir son charme ..Il y a heureusement une très bonne literie. Il faut cependant prendre sa voiture pour aller au centre et skier car même si la remontée est relativement proche, il faut porter ses skis pour 300m en montée.
