Este apartamento forma parte de una villa magníficamente restaurada que ofrece unas vistas encantadoras a la montaña y al mar. Se trata de un apartamento situado en la primera planta con jardín compartido, que cuenta con tres amplios dormitorios y es perfecto para reuniones familiares o grupos de 8 personas. Al entrar, le da la bienvenida un amplio salón amueblado con un cómodo sofá, una mesa de comedor y un televisor de pantalla plana. El mobiliario antiguo y el diseño aportan un toque de elegancia, mientras que el jardín compartido ofrece un tranquilo espacio para comer al aire libre con unas vistas impresionantes.
En el interior, el pasillo conduce a una cocina bien equipada con electrodomésticos modernos, como placa de inducción, cafetera, hervidor eléctrico, microondas, lavavajillas, horno y nevera con congelador. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una combinación perfecta de encanto histórico y comodidad contemporánea en este exclusivo refugio costero.

Ubicación
Rodeado de playas y puertos deportivos, este antiguo apartamento es ideal para unas vacaciones en la costa. Relájese en la playa y pase las tardes en los bares junto al mar, a los que se llega en un breve paseo de 5 minutos. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una gran variedad de deportes acuáticos en el cercano club náutico y en un centro de buceo, ambos a 4-5 minutos a pie.
Entre los lugares de interés cultural y recreativo se incluyen el Monumento a Cristóbal Colón, a 6 minutos a pie, y la Torre Pagana, a 15 minutos a pie. Los alquileres de barcos y los puertos deportivos también se encuentran convenientemente situados a 7 minutos a pie. Hay supermercados a un paso de aquí. El Aeropuerto Internacional de Génova está a 20 minutos en coche, lo que garantiza un cómodo acceso para todas sus necesidades de viaje.

It has a pretty good view just like the photos. We enjoyed it very much. However we had some problems with the house. There were ants in the kitchen. It wasnt a really big problem since we only stayed for one night but if you are renting thinking that you would cook, the kitchen was not clean enough. Another thing was the some spider webs around the old furnitures. Also, we rented the airbnb for 8 people. And if the price increases when you increase from 6 to 8, I expect the amenities to be provided for everyone. Only one sofa was openable, the others were not and they were not long enough for one person to sleep. If you cant provide that, it can be simply rented for 6 people.

Overall we enjoyed our family get together at the apartment. The location is fantastic, being right next to the Rapall port, a 5 minute walk to Rapallo and 30 minute walk to Santa Margherita. The views are amazing, plus having an outdoor patio and parking space in this area are great features. The information provided by the agent was most useful and they were very quick to respond to questions. However the actual apartment is disappointing and in need of a lot of work to bring up to an acceptable standard. The only reason that the property demands such a high price (300€/night - mid season) is its location and size. Otherwise it’s very expensive for what you get. Yes it is large, it has all the equipment you need, but it feels like the place hasn’t had much done to it in decades. There are lots of things that need fixing, the kitchen and bathrooms are dated and it just doesn’t feel homely. A shame really because the apartment could be brilliant.

The location was great, however the house is older and very musty smelling. The floors were so dirty and there were no blankets on the beds - only sheets. The blankets we found had no covers, smelled musty and old, it was really unpleasant. The house felt unused, unclean and not maintained. There was no coffee, oil, salt, pepper or any basics in the kitchen, we purchased them ourselves. When I contacted the manager I was passed to multiple managers in the area, I ended up with 4 different phone numbers, some never responded to our issues (the internet not working, no checkin instructions, dirty floors, no bedding). We weren't given the correct gate key and were locked out and it took hours for someone to respond. Overall we had a great time because I was with close friends and we made the best of what we had, but I would not recommend this home unfortunately.
