Las pistas de esquí enlazan con las rutas de esquí de la Vía Láctea, 100 km de pistas aptas para esquiadores y snowboarders de todos los niveles. Para los esquiadores más jóvenes, la escuela de esquí Baby Scuola está a 5 minutos en coche. Cuando la nieve se ha derretido hay muchas actividades para los visitantes, como numerosas rutas de senderismo por los hermosos prados y bosques alpinos, además de extensas pistas para bicicletas de montaña, así como equitación y golf. El Parque de Aventuras de Bardonecchia (5 minutos) es un parque aéreo con tirolinas, columpios, puentes de cuerda y plataformas en los árboles. Es una gran excursión para todas las edades. Bardonecchia cuenta con un mercado todos los jueves y sábados por la mañana, donde podrá comprar los mejores y más frescos productos locales para cocinar en casa. Además, hay muchos restaurantes y bares donde elegir. El aeropuerto de Turín está a 1 hora y 15 minutos en coche del apartamento.

Het appartement is groot genoeg. De keuken is goed maar er is geen afwasmachine. De badkamer is goed maar de douche is klein en het water is na twee douchebeurten koud. Het appartement is gezellig, maar het meubilair is oud en er zijn veel lampen die niet werken. Geen nachtlampjes bij de bedden. Geen wifi. Dit is niet erg, want het maakt het Italiaans authentiek. Maar als je een hoge huur betaalt, verwacht je ook meer.

The location is close to the centre so within easy reach of shops and restaurants. However, if you want to be close to skilift, be prepared to walk 10-15 mins - we did not mind, we rented ski lockers at Campo Smith. The house is cosy and offers enough space. There is an indoor parking space, which is useful as parking in front is difficult. The beds are good. The furniture is however a bit worn out so don’t expect anything fancy. However, this adds to the charm.

The place is in a very central location, which is great. However the check in instruction that are sent by default from the agency send you to a closed office in summer time. However I was able to communicate effectively with the agent and pick up the keys. Having to do the check in and check out in a different location from the office is not ideal. When I entered the place, maybe because the place had not been used for a while, it had a noticeable smell. I would stay again because of the location and comfy bed, but there are things that can be improved

This place felt like a grandmothers vacation apartment. However, we were absolutely freezing after 3 pm every day. Nothing we did raised the temperature inside the apartment. We even turned the oven on and left the door open hoping to raise the temperature in the living room/ kitchen area. It didn’t work. There were an abundance of extra blanket though so the beds warmed up after a while.
