Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super – alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für 4 Personen und die Lage im Zentrum ist ideal. Wir konnten die Zeit dort sehr geniessen. Das Einzige, was ein bisschen gefehlt hat, war mehr Küchenmaterial zum Kochen. Ansonsten war alles top und absolut empfehlenswert!

Great location. Walkable to everything. Lots of restaurants within a 2 minute walk. I very much enjoyed staying here. I wish we could’ve stayed longer and would definitely stay here the next time we are in Milan.

The property is clean and kitchen is well equipped for our stay. Sonja, was very responsive, efficient and prompt in responding to my request. It is also strategically located with a couple of luxury boutiques (Hermes, Moncler and Rolex) is just 50m away as well as restaurants, pharmacies and shopping malls within very short walking distance. Parking is not available on site but you can park at the public parking space behind the property which will probably set you back at CHF16 for a night which is quite acceptable for city parking. Check in and check out was seamless. Will definitely stay here again when we are back. We totally enjoyed our stay. It felt so much like home.

Edificio muy bien situado. El departamento es muy cómodo, agradable y estaba impecable, todo prácticamente a nuevo. Muy luminoso, lo que hace la estadía aún más placentera. Nos recibieron con una botella de Champagne, un gesto muy lindo que apreciamos mucho. Todo funcionó perfectamente. Estuvimos dos días cuatro adultos y realmente nos sentimos muy cómodos. ¡Una experiencia excelente!”

L' appartamento e' ampio e pulito, ha una terrazza e un bellissima vista sui tetti. C'e'' un parcheggio multipiano a pochi metri, e la posizione e' centrale e permette di scendere a piedi trovandosi subito nelle vie principali.

This was a perfect apartment in a perfect location for our family vacation. It's located in the middle of town with close access to the funicular to get to the train station. Everything was walkable from this location. Wifi and TV were all great for relaxing. The host allowed an early check-in. I definitely recommend this place, but note some suggestions for improvement below. Pros: 1) Great location 2) Clean and comfortable - the beds were great 3) Easy access and quiet 4) Great water pressure Cons: 1) Kitchen utensils were limited - only 3 wine glasses 2) One bath towel per person for a week stay without laundry 3) Would be helpful to provide adequate soap/toilet paper/dishsoap for the length of stay 4) Correct the description to remove laundry - it's not available - my family packed with this expectation. 5) Correct the description to note this apartment is on the 5th floor, not the 2nd. 6) Some basic instructions for operating the TV/Cable, heat pump, etc. is always helpful.

Eine perfekte und luxuriöse Wohnung wo man zuhause sein kann. Top Balkon. Top Lage. Zum kochen ist das Küchenmaterial nicht ganz ausreichend. Das einzige das uns ein wenig fehlte. Kann ich empfehlen.

Comfortable for a family of 5 with the pullout couch for additional sleeping. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, shops and lakefront. Space was clean and comfortable. AC was great. Incorrect entrance code given, which made for a stressful check-in. WiFi password needed to be requested, instead of being provided in the property or in the check-in letter.

This was a very nice, clean apartment for our trip to Lugano. The air conditioner worked great! We did have a few issues/notes for improvement. There was no hand soap provided in the bathroom, so we had to buy our own. On our last night, the code to enter the main building was changed and we got no notification. I messaged through airbnb explaining the issue, and got a response 30 minutes later redirecting me to a list of local contacts for the agency instead of an immediate solution. Thankfully, a family exited the building and told us about the new code. The same thing had happened to them that morning. Also be aware this property is managed by a rental agency (not really sure why it is even on airbnb). This means instead of all information coming through the airbnb app, you have to go through their portal to create an account. They also send information through email instead of through airbnb features. It would be nice to get information actually through airbnb.

The location of the apartment is absolutely unbeatable, super central and within walking distance to everything you might need in Lugano. Right next to the building there is a convenient paid parking area, which made it really easy for us to park and reach the apartment on foot. The check-in process was seamless and efficient thanks to a code system, which allowed for a hassle-free and flexible arrival. The apartment is located on the top floor, which gives it a nice, quiet feel. It’s either new or recently renovated, and it shows: everything was pretty clean, and the apartment nicely decorated. It’s a cozy and pleasant space to stay in, especially if you’re looking for something central and modern.

Schöne, zentrale Wohnung mitten in Lugano. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar, Einkaufsläden sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet, das nötigste ist vorhanden. Da und dort fehlt es jedoch an Ablageflächen zB für Kleider (Bad, Schlafzimmer) und ein paar Kissen auf dem Sofa würden das Ganze ein bisschen komfortabler machen. Dasselbe in der Küche - das nötigste ist da, um richtig zu kochen fehlt dann aber doch das eine oder andere (zB Sparschäler, Schneidebrett, Schalen für Müsli etc). Alles in allem ein schöne Wohnung mit einem stolzen Preis, den man wohl vorallem aufgrund der sehr zentralen Lage bezahlt.
