El apartamento está situado en la planta baja de un edificio de dos plantas, lo que facilita el acceso. El luminoso salón tiene una distribución abierta y cuenta con un sofá doble, zona de comedor y acceso a la terraza con impresionantes vistas. La moderna cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos esenciales, como cafetera, lavavajillas, hervidor eléctrico, microondas, tostadora, nevera y placa de inducción. Para todas sus necesidades de compras, el cercano mercado de Despar es una parada conveniente, ya que ofrece una variedad de productos frescos, quesos locales, embutidos y artículos de primera necesidad. Tanto si quiere comprar provisiones para un picnic a orillas del lago como especialidades regionales. El aeropuerto más cercano es el de Verona Villafranca, a aproximadamente 1,5 horas en coche.

We had a good stay overall and everything was alright. The apartment was clean and matched the photos, and the location up in the mountains was quiet and peaceful. However, one thing to note: in the Airbnb app it says the property is 700m from the lake, but that’s only as the crow flies. In reality, since the house is on the mountain, you have to drive around 3km down to actually reach the lake. Also, the kitchen was okay but it didn’t have any utensils, which made cooking a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was fine.

Die Unterkunft war sehr hell und sauber. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Der Pool konnte leider nicht genutzt werden, was uns aber ca. 1 Woche vor der Anreise mitgeteilt worden war. Sehr schönes Bad und moderne Küche. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Lediglich das Dach des Außenpavillons auf der Terrasse hatte an mehreren Stellen Risse bekommen und war nicht mehr dicht. Damit es nicht noch weiter beschädigt wird, haben wir es dann abgenommen. Die Abflussrinne der Dusche war wohl längere Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt worden, das haben wir dann schnell selbst erledigt. Das Parken eines normalen Pkw auf dem Grundstück würde vom Platz her wohl gehen. Ab der Größe eines Minivans / kleinen SUVs oder gar Bullis ist das mit dem Parken auf dem Grundstück jedoch nicht mehr möglich. Aber kein Problem: 50 Meter die Straße runter gibt es einige Stellplätze wo auch diese etwas größeren Fahrzeuge gut hinpassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Sehr empfehlenswert, trotz dieser winzigen Mängel.

Innegabile vista stratosferica dal bellissimo e ampio terrazzo , ma il resto lascia a desiderare. La doccia non drena bene e il bagno si allaga. Nel cassetto abitava uno scorpione. C’è uno scheletro di gazebo inutile contro il sole. Sotto il tavolo esterno, frammenti di vetro, tutto a conferma di poca cura. E comunque la cucina è molto carente per 5 persone.

The terrace with a stunning lake view was the best part – very comfortable to spend evenings there. The apartment is well equipped and has covered parking, but it’s located high up and far from shops, so a car is needed.
