El Balcony Apartment B tiene capacidad para 2 personas y es la base ideal para una pareja que quiera combinar el senderismo por la impresionante campiña con el relax junto al mar. A la residencia se llega por una pintoresca pasarela sobre un bonito arroyo. El apartamento está en la primera planta y tiene un balcón con vistas al arroyo, al pueblo y a las colinas. El espacioso apartamento tiene una sala de estar/comedor con cocina americana. Hay un sofá y una mesa de comedor para 2 personas. La cocina está equipada con placa de inducción, cafetera mokka y nevera/congelador. Para dormir El dormitorio fresco está amueblado con una cama doble, un sillón y una mesa y silla. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de espectaculares excursiones a lo largo del Sentiero Azzuro, que conecta las Cinque Terre. También hay un servicio regular de ferry a lo largo de la costa y un servicio de tren que une las ciudades. La estación de tren de Vernazza está a sólo 1 minuto a pie del apartamento.
