Disfruta de la auténtica vida pugliese en este trullo encantadoramente romántico con capacidad para 4 personas. Como su nombre indica, «Dimora Tra Gli Ulivi» se encuentra en una tranquila zona rural, rodeada de olivos. Con preciosas terrazas de piedra, diseñadas para que los huéspedes se relajen, y un jacuzzi exterior, es el refugio vacacional definitivo.
El trullo tradicional ha sido restaurado con buen gusto para incluir comodidades modernas, conservando al mismo tiempo su carácter rústico. El salón ha conservado los techos abovedados de piedra y las paredes de piedra en bruto originales, pero está amueblado con un sofá contemporáneo y un televisor de pantalla plana. La cocina independiente está equipada con placa de inducción, horno, nevera, congelador y una cafetera Nespresso. También hay una mesa de comedor para tomar un tentempié rápido.
Sin duda, los huéspedes pasarán la mayor parte del tiempo al aire libre en una de las terrazas de piedra, que han sido cuidadosamente acondicionadas para garantizar el máximo confort. Hay tumbonas junto al jacuzzi y una zona de comedor a la sombra para comer al aire libre.

El acogedor dormitorio cuenta con un atractivo techo abovedado de piedra, una cama doble y un armario abierto.

Ubicación
La casa se encuentra en el Val d’Itria, famoso por su aceite de oliva y sus trulli [pequeñas casas cónicas que solo se encuentran en esta zona de Italia]. Muchos de los lugares más bellos de Apulia están a poca distancia.
La localidad más cercana es Ostuni (a 15 minutos), conocida como la Ciudad Blanca. Situada en lo alto de una colina con vistas al valle, es un lugar con mucho encanto. Explora las estrechas calles medievales o la famosa catedral, que combina muchos estilos arquitectónicos diferentes. No te pierdas el animado mercado semanal (los sábados por la mañana), donde podrás elegir los mejores productos locales de toda la región. Si lo prefieres, hay un par de buenos supermercados en la ciudad.
Ceglie Messapica (a 17 minutos) es una localidad con mucho encanto. Su centro histórico, muy bien conservado, es una mezcla de arquitectura barroca y edificios encalados que bordean calles estrechas. Ceglie Messapica es famosa por su excelente gastronomía, en particular por sus helados, pasteles y repostería.
Para una excursión de un día ideal, la localidad de Alberobello (a 50 minutos) parece sacada de un cuento de hadas. Es una ciudad de trulli y está declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Al igual que Ostuni y Ceglie Messapica, es muy conocida por su deliciosa gastronomía.
Para los huéspedes que deseen ir al mar, algunas de las playas más impresionantes de Italia, en la costa adriática, se encuentran a unos 25 minutos. Para los visitantes más deportistas, se pueden organizar excursiones en bicicleta por la ruta ciclista del Val d’Itria, que recorre todo el valle siguiendo el trazado de un antiguo acueducto.
El aeropuerto más cercano es el de Bari, a 1 hora y 25 minutos en coche de la casa.

A really lovely trulli house that has been refurbished to a high standard. The location was perfect for our three nights - it’s at the end of a very quiet residential road with detached villas so near others but you have a completely private garden with hot tub looking out over an olive tree field. Very peaceful and relaxing. Short drive into Ostuni or other wonderful places of Puglia. Note that the last section of the road is unmade and narrow so go slow. Property had all essentials we needed and a welcome gift much appreciated. We (family of 4) had a wonderful relaxing stay and the kids loved the garden and hot tub.

A pleasant stay with a few practical drawbacks. The trullo was finished to a high standard, with excellent use of the limited space. It was very clean on arrival, the beds were made, and both bath and shower towels were provided. The sofa converted into a comfortable bed for our son. The kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooking utensils and an outdoor barbecue, and the house also had a washing machine. The outdoor area was lovely and peaceful. The small jacuzzi was enough for cooling down, and our son enjoyed it. Ostuni was also reasonably close by car. However, the access road was in very poor condition and difficult with a low car. Small crawling creatures entered the rooms at night. The bathroom door did not close properly, and the lock did not work. The jacuzzi became dirty, there were no instructions for adding chlorine, and it stopped working on the second-to-last day. Wasps also made outdoor dining difficult, although they did not sting us. Overall, we had a good stay, but the price felt slightly high considering the size and difficult access.

Wir waren 3 Nächte in dem Trulli on Harold. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum. Man ist inmitten von ganz vielen Olivenbäumen so weit das Auge reicht und es ist verdannt ruhig. Leider war unsere Anreise bei Regen, was den Charme etwas geschmälert hat. Man muss wissen, dass die Küche separat zu begehen ist von dem Hauptbereich. Im Sommer ist das sicherlich großartig. Das Trulli ist klein und hat alles Nötige vorhanden. Vielen Dank für die tolle Erfahrung

Durch die große Außentür geht es in ein kleines Wohnzimmer (ohne Tisch) von dort links in ein sehr kleines Schalfzimmer und rechts ins Bad. Durch die kleine Außentür geht es in die Küche, von den anderen Räumen gibt es keine Innentür zur Küche. Wasser kommt aus einem Erdtank, der wurde einmal nachgefüllt. Internet ist recht schwach, und geht nur im Wohnzimmer so richtig. Es ist alles sauber und recht neu. Das Haus liegt am Ende eines Feldweges, rund um das Haus sind weitere Ferienhäuser, aber alle weit auseinander und auf abgetrennten Grundstücken. Das Grundstück ist riesig (ca. 100 Olivenbäume) und gepflegt. Es ist sehr ruhig. Ohne Auto ist es schwierig, als Ausgangspunkt für Touren aber sehr gut geeignet. Wir empfanden das Haus schön, aber auch sehr klein, ich schätze alles in allem sind es vielleicht 30 qm.

A really lovely trulli house that has been refurbished to a high standard. The location was perfect for our three nights - it’s at the end of a very quiet residential road with detached villas so near others but you have a completely private garden with hot tub looking out over an olive tree field. Very peaceful and relaxing. Short drive into Ostuni or other wonderful places of Puglia. Note that the last section of the road is unmade and narrow so go slow. Property had all essentials we needed and a welcome gift much appreciated. We (family of 4) had a wonderful relaxing stay and the kids loved the garden and hot tub.
