The location was incredible. Having parking so close to town was a huge bonus, and we could walk to the historic center in just five minutes. We also loved starting our mornings with coffee at Cafe Roma. The apartment itself was huge and had everything we needed to feel completely comfortable as a family. We were also within walking distance of several public beaches, which made the location even better. Overall, the location and facilities are truly unbeatable. We had a fantastic stay.

Fabulous location in beautiful Monopoli. Car parking was such a bonus. Delayed check in which was unavoidable and host communicated well with us. The apartment is fabulous and I would highly recommend for anyone coming to Monopoli. All cafes restaurants, beaches etc all within five minutes walk. Thank you for having us.

El apartamento es amplio y confortable, tal como se ve en las fotos. La cocina está muy bien equipada. El balcón/terraza es un plus Muy limpio. Súper bien ubicado, a pocos minutos caminado del centro y del mar, lugares donde comer /comprar en los alrededores, y salida fácil para ir a recorrer la región en auto. Nos alegró mucho tener nuestro propio estacionamiento. El apartamento está administrado por una empresa (no por una persona particular), lo que hace la comunicación menos personal, pero eficiente. El sistema de registro previo (para el cual se utiliza una plataforma externa a Airbnb) fue intuitivo (aunque se tranfiere al huésped la responsabilidad de cargar los datos de todo el grupo). Cuando tuvimos problemas (relacionados con el tendido eléctrico del apartamento, tales como quedarnos sin luz o sin agua caliente), respondieron rápidamente y pudimos solucionar los inconvenientes siguiendo las instrucciones enviadas. El sistema de auto check in fue muy práctico.

Good location (170m to the Old Town / Basilica Cattedrale; approx. 500 m to the Lido Bianco sand beach). Big apartment with 2 bathrooms and spacious balcony (big area between an entrance from external stairs and the door to the apartment) where we (4 adults & a baby) were comfortably spending time despite temperatures outside 30C. Apartment was equipped in all what a family needs for living (be careful to buy right Nespresso capsules)

Great place, spacious, and well stocked. Rooms were clean, kitchen is well-equiped. Bathorooms and bedrooms were clean. AC in rooms was a definite plus. Location of the Airbnb is great and the parking was super helpful. Hosts were responsive and very helpful. Really recommend this place

This was a wonderful spot to stay while in Monopoli with my husband and two sons. We used Monopoli as a jumping off point to explore Puglia, so having the included parking was exceptionally helpful. We had a five minute walk to Monopoli from the apartment to explore the cute town and get dinner each night. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Would recommend for anyone!

Harold's place in Monopoli is in the perfect location, only a few blocks from the old town, the castle/cathedral, and the Adriatic sea. The place was clean and comfortable. The off-street parking made traveling very easy. The host responded immediately to any questions and was proactive with check-in instructions.

The apartment was just what we wanted and very close to everything. The hosts were very helpful and checkin went smooth! Although we had some issues with the power going of when cooking, but they were solved by the hosts within about half an hour.

El departamento en es excelente. todo a nuevo, con todas las comodidades. fuimos con nuestros 3 hijos y estuvimos muy bien. super hiendo ubicado, a cuadras del centro histórico de monopoli. todo al alcance de la mano. Cuenta con una cochera espaciosa. sin duda volveríamos.

Egy nagyon tágas, tiszta lakás. Közel a belvároshoz, mégis csendesebb helyen. A saját, zárt parkoló nagyon jól jött, nehéz lett volna amúgy kint szabad helyet találni.

The location was superb for walking to the old town and local beaches. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Lovely patio space. Private on-site parking was extremely helpful. Washing machine worked great. Blackout blinds. Very quiet building/ area for sleeping. Staff were ready to contact and replied quickly to concerns and questions. Brach umbrellas were provided. Spacious living space.
