La ubicación perfecta, la vista, la comodidad, la climatización, cuenta hasta con sombrillaa e inflables para la playa. Lo único Malo es que solo habia un juego de llaves.

We loved the stay,and loved Menton as well. The proximity to the beach, the town and the train station were excellent. The apartment had everything we could hope for and the sun loungers and beach equipment were a real plus (though as the apartment is for 4, 4 sunloungers would be a great addition). We loved the size of the apartment and the fact it had 2 baathrooms. A couple of suggestions: On arrival to the car park please make it really clear you need to use the remote control to open the car park garage door for the private area. Our remote didn't work very well, but luckily a car was leaving at the same time as us and opened the garage door for us. The videos you provided for arrival were excellent. Just one improvement - when you get out of the lift from thecar park - please make it clear to use one of the keys on the key ring to open the white door into the apartment building - we didn't know we had to do that and had to call the agency to come and help us. A separate set of keys would be good if not everyone wants to arrive back at the same time. Also let guests know which doorbell is for the apartment, that way we could let someone in from the intercom. The balcony was very warm due to the heat from the air conditioning machine. An outside fan or some sort of cooling system for outside woud be good. As I said we very much enjoyed staying in the apartment and loved Menton. I do feel the apartment was highly overpriced though, especially considering the road noise. I think a maximum of 300 Euros a night would be a much fairer price to pay. This is not a complaint - just what I hope is valuable feedback. Thank you Claire

The quality of the apartment was matched onloy by its location. The apartment itself was superb: It was immaculate, very spacious, and very well laid out. The pool was a nice touch, though we only used it a couple of times. And the air conditioning saved us from the high heat and humidity. The location of the building cannot be beaten. It is right on the beach, a quick walk to many beachside restaurants and the Mediterranean. And the host, Filippo, was responsive to my inquiries about trusted places to eat. Overall, an absolutely fabulous stay. We would love to come back.

We had a great time there as the location was wonderful and the place was clean and had everything we needed. very family friendly place and felt very safe. We like Menton a lot and would highly recommend it.

The apartment is large, modern, comfortable, and very well-equipped. It was a pleasure to sit on the balcony and watch the sea and the people passing by. There is a large grocery store a block away, and many good estaurants nearby. The casino is a few blocks in one direction, and the old town is an easy walk in the other direction. The one thing I would mention is that you should be sure to communicate with the host before you arrive. The walking entrance from the street is not well marked, although it is easy when you know where it is. Similarly, if you are driving, getting to the assigned parking space requires a little getting used to. The spot is a nice, large space, but the way to get up to the lobby and back is not obvious until you are shown the way. This is not a criticism, but just a warning to watch for and pay attention to those instructions. Phillip and his colleague were great in getting us settled.

Location was excellent for local shops, supermarket , bakery and beach. Only 10 min walk to the train station which was very cheap and great for exploring Monaco, Eze, VilleFranche and Nice The apartment was very secure and felt safe. A front door to the apartment block was only accessible with out key and a lift to our floor. The balcony was nice and spacious to sit and eat and watch the sea. Air con was good. It was nice to have a bedroom on the front with patio doors which opened onto the balcony. Having 2 bathrooms for 4 friends sharing was a plus too. It was nice to have a private pool to use after a very hot day sightseeing which was just over at the next block, not below our apartment as we had thought.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cet appartement en résidence privée avec piscine privée accessible dans le lotissement à côté. A deux pas de la mer (plage de galets principalement) et de la rue piétonne de Menton. Parfait pour tout faire à pieds. Joli appartement au 1er étage avec tout ce qu'il faut. Il ne faut pas être trop sensible au bruit (route principale passante devant). Juste dommage qu'une baie vitrée ne se fermait pas correctement et que les sorties de climatisation se trouvent sur les terrasses/balcons.

The location was perfect for the sea view, a local bakery every morning for the best bread, croissants and sandwiches & cakes. The apartment was lovely and bright and spacious for 4 adults. The air con was just what we needed witg the extreme heat. It was nice to have a pool to use which was a short walk over the road in the next block. The apartment location was central for shops & restaurants, a 10 min stroll to the marina.
