Ubicada en un pintoresco entorno con vistas al lago, en medio de la belleza natural y el encanto atemporal de Acquaseria, esta casa adosada modernizada ofrece un entorno maravilloso para quienes deseen disfrutar de una estancia llena de ambiente en el lago de Como.
Esta casa adosada, recientemente renovada, cuenta con cuatro plantas. Todas las habitaciones son luminosas y espaciosas, con paredes blancas, suelos rústicos de terracota y un mobiliario moderno y confortable. Además de calefacción central y una chimenea, su proximidad a la estación de esquí italiana de Madesimo la convierte en la propiedad perfecta tanto para estancias en invierno como en verano. La propiedad también cuenta con conexión wifi que los huéspedes pueden utilizar (35 € a la semana).
La planta baja consta de un lavadero con lavadora, secadora y tabla de planchar.
En la primera planta hay un amplio salón con un cómodo sofá cama (doble). Las puertas acristaladas dan directamente a un balcón cubierto con vistas al lago, ideal para disfrutar de comidas al aire libre o simplemente relajarse. Un comedor con mesa y sillas para seis personas y una moderna cocina de planta abierta con armarios de alto brillo y mate, equipada con todos los electrodomésticos imprescindibles para cocinar sin estrés durante las vacaciones. Los huéspedes encontrarán una placa de cocción, horno, hervidor, tostadora, cafetera y lavavajillas.
En la segunda planta hay un amplio dormitorio doble con vistas al lago en la parte delantera y a la montaña en la trasera, que ofrece el ambiente perfecto para disfrutar de un romántico descanso. También hay un segundo dormitorio con vistas al lago equipado con literas.
La versátil distribución continúa con un cuarto de baño contemporáneo con inodoro, lavabo y ducha. Hay un segundo inodoro y lavabo en la planta baja.
Una pareja adicional de huéspedes podrá disfrutar de las maravillosas vistas al lago desde la habitación tipo loft de la tercera planta. Amueblada con dos sofás que se convierten en una cama doble extremadamente cómoda, también cuenta con un televisor, lo que permite utilizar la habitación como una segunda sala de estar si es necesario. Las puertas acristaladas dan a la terraza de la azotea, que ofrece unas vistas impresionantes del lago de Como, las montañas y San Siro.
La propiedad cuenta también con un pequeño jardín delantero y un amplio jardín en el lateral de la casa, ideal para sentarse a tomar el sol y hacer una barbacoa.
A solo dos minutos a pie de la casa podrás disfrutar de los encantos de la encantadora Acquaseria. Con restaurantes, pastelerías, una tienda de conveniencia, una frutería, carnicerías y una tienda de vinos, tiene todo lo que necesita a su alcance. La playa pública se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de la casa por un camino que pasa por debajo de la carretera, por lo que es ideal si tiene niños.

Great lake-view; reasonably well equipped kitchen; fans for everyone Actually we thought the pictures did not do the house justice. For future customers it'd be great to know, for example, that there is a table on the first-floor balcony with enough seating for everyone. Also it's quite nice that there were some swimming utensils, probably left by some former tenants, which we used quite a lot. Other than that, nice experience in a quiet village, would recommend!

Die Lage der Villa war sehr gut. Kurze Distanz bis zum Strand und nicht direkt an der Straße gelegen. Von den Balkonen aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf den Comersee. Der Ort ist nicht allzu groß, das war sehr angenehm und es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und kleine Einkaufsläden, in denen man alles bekommt. Man kann das Auto auf den kostenlosen öffentlichen Parkplätzen stehen lassen und den Bus in andere Städte nutzen.

August 2016 Stayed at villa patricia in Acquaseria at lake como , it was lovely only wished we could have stayed longer. The accommodation had everything we needed sometimes we ate in and the other time we went out to eat at the two resturants. In the previous review, the resturants are both walking distance and the menu caters for everybody. We managed to purchase everything we needed at the local shops there is a larger supermarket in Menaggio if needed along with lots of other shops. The ferry service is really good along with the local buses, because of this we did not need to hire a car. the view of the lake is lovely while sitting on the balcony at villa patricia this was our favorite place to sit and have a drink and just relaxed. the local people are very friendly and helpful nothing to much trouble. this has been one of the nicest holidays we have had , we thought it had everything you can do as much or as little as you wish to, you can get a train to Milan and the swiss border is not very far away. August 2016 We have just come back from lake como. We stayed at the lovely Italian house villa patricia which is very well equipped beautiful view of the lake really stunning, lovely to sit on the balcony and eat and admire the view of lake como, the local village has two lovely resturants which has a large menu catering for all. One restaurant is on the main road and the second beside the lake both serving good food, we used the local transport which is very reasonable and you buy the tickets at the local bar everybody is very friendly and helpful there are local shops , supermarket, bar, grocers etc you can either catch the bus to como the main town or ferry. Como is for keen shoppers with some lovely shops or you can relax at the local towns and watch the world go by. We visited menaggio where we caught a ferry to Verenna and Bellagio - both beautiful here you can watch the world go by while eating lovely Italian ice cream which is a must. This is far the prettiest place we have visited and we have been to many countries we will definitely return to villa patricia again next year! Anonymous, UK

The house is big enough to host 4 adults. The contact with the office was very good and helpful. Some remarks, the extractor hood is extremely dirty i didn't touch it. In general the interior is out dated, a lot of lights are not working. I see a new kitchen was placed but when opening the door of the fridge it is falling forward. In general we had a very good stay the villa needs some extra housekeeping and fine-tuning the interior.

Die Aussicht und die Nähe zum See hat uns sehr gut gefallen. An der Sauberkeit ist zu arbeiten. Überall waren Spinnennetze. Unter den Heizkörpern und auf der Treppe sehr viel Staub. Haben erstmal nochmal selbst geputzt. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig. Viele Sachen sind defekt oder in keinem so guten Zustand mehr.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, wenn auch einfach ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist wirklich Klasse, der direkte Weg zum See ist perfekt und die Bewohner des Dorfes sind sehr nett. Es verleitet dazu, das Dorf nicht verlassen zu wollen. Essen und Trinken gibt es vor Ort ob aus dem Kleinen Alimentori oder dem Obst und Gemüse Geschäft oder den ansässigen Bars und Restaurants.

Gleich zu Beginn haben wir uns sehr über das Willkommens-Paket (Wein, Kekse, Tee, Pulver-Kaffee, Cornflakes, Milch) gefreut und waren damit gut für das Frühstück am ersten Morgen gerüstet. Der große Balkon lud ein, um dort am Morgen zu frühstücken und den abendlichen Absacker zu geniesen. Der Blick auf den See ist absolut klasse! Von Aussen sieht das Haus zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus, aber die Innenausstattung ist vollkommen in Ordnung und modern und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Neben dem Haus fließt ein Bach, dessen Rauschen eine ständige Geräusch-Untermalung ist. Auch dies trägt dazu bei, dass der Straßenlärm nur dann zu hören ist, wenn ein besonders lautes Fahrzeug vorbeifährt. Den See bzw. den Badestrand erreicht man zu Fuß über einen urigen Pfad entlang des Baches oder über eine kleine Anwohnerstraße. Die Leute im Ort sind total freundlich und unten am See im Restaurant 'Creme Caramel 29' gibt es leckeres Essen und Getränke. Im Ort direkt gibt es leider keinen Supermarkt, aber Kleinigkeiten bekommt man im Tante-Emma-Laden. Menaggio ist mit dem Bus (Bushaltestelle quasi direkt vor dem Haus) super zu erreichen. Dort - beinahe direkt neben der Bushaltestelle - gibt es auch einen gut sortieren Supermarkt.

We have just come back from lake como. Het huis is groot genoeg voor 4 volwassenen. Het contact met het kantoor was erg goed en behulpzaam. Enkele opmerkingen: de afzuigkap is extreem vies, ik heb hem niet aangeraakt. Over het algemeen is het interieur verouderd, veel lampen werken niet. Ik zie dat er een nieuwe keuken is geplaatst, maar als ik de koelkastdeur open, valt hij naar voren. Over het algemeen hebben we een zeer goed verblijf gehad, de villa kan wel wat extra schoonmaak en een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, wenn auch einfach ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist wirklich Klasse, der direkte Weg zum See ist perfekt und die Bewohner des Dorfes sind sehr nett. Es verleitet dazu, das Dorf nicht verlassen zu wollen. Essen und Trinken gibt es vor Ort ob aus dem Kleinen Alimentori oder dem Obst und Gemüse Geschäft oder den ansässigen Bars und Restaurants.

Gleich zu Beginn haben wir uns sehr über das Willkommens-Paket (Wein, Kekse, Tee, Pulver-Kaffee, Cornflakes, Milch) gefreut und waren damit gut für das Frühstück am ersten Morgen gerüstet. Der große Balkon lud ein, um dort am Morgen zu frühstücken und den abendlichen Absacker zu geniesen. Der Blick auf den See ist absolut klasse! Von Aussen sieht das Haus zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus, aber die Innenausstattung ist vollkommen in Ordnung und modern und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Neben dem Haus fließt ein Bach, dessen Rauschen eine ständige Geräusch-Untermalung ist. Auch dies trägt dazu bei, dass der Straßenlärm nur dann zu hören ist, wenn ein besonders lautes Fahrzeug vorbeifährt. Den See bzw. den Badestrand erreicht man zu Fuß über einen urigen Pfad entlang des Baches oder über eine kleine Anwohnerstraße. Die Leute im Ort sind total freundlich und unten am See im Restaurant 'Creme Caramel 29' gibt es leckeres Essen und Getränke. Im Ort direkt gibt es leider keinen Supermarkt, aber Kleinigkeiten bekommt man im Tante-Emma-Laden. Menaggio ist mit dem Bus (Bushaltestelle quasi direkt vor dem Haus) super zu erreichen. Dort - beinahe direkt neben der Bushaltestelle - gibt es auch einen gut sortieren Supermarkt.

We have just come back from lake como. We stayed at the lovely Italian house Villa Patricia which is very well equipped and has a beautiful view of the lake, really stunning, lovely to sit on the balcony and eat and admire the view of lake como. The local village has two lovely restaurants which has a large menu catering for all. One restaurant is on the main road and the second beside the lake both serving good food. We used the local transport which is very reasonable and you buy the tickets at the local bar, everybody is very friendly and helpful there are local shops, supermarket, bar, grocers etc. You can either catch the bus to Como the main town or ferry. Como is for keen shoppers with some lovely shops or you can relax at the local towns and watch the world go by. We visited menaggio where we caught a ferry to Verenna and Bellagio, both beautiful. Here you can watch the world go by while eating lovely Italian ice cream which is a must. This is far the prettiest place we have visited and we have been to many countries, we will definitely return to Villa Patricia again next year.

Het huis is groot genoeg voor 4 volwassenen. Het contact met het kantoor was erg goed en behulpzaam. Enkele opmerkingen: de afzuigkap is extreem vies, ik heb hem niet aangeraakt. Over het algemeen is het interieur verouderd, veel lampen werken niet. Ik zie dat er een nieuwe keuken is geplaatst, maar als ik de koelkastdeur open, valt hij naar voren. Over het algemeen hebben we een zeer goed verblijf gehad, de villa kan wel wat extra schoonmaak en een opknapbeurt gebruiken.
