We stayed at this apartment for 10 days. It is in a good position between the railway station and the lake and well placed for the supermarket and cafes. It was comfortable and well equipped and it was also quiet at night. The owners were extremely helpful and pleasant and responded quickly to any queries we had. We found the ferries the best way to travel, the trains and buses although generally fine were not quite so reliable. We also really enjoyed using the ferries. Having a good place to stay added to our enjoyment of our holiday.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Sofort in der Stadt und der Supermarkt ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Für uns hat alles prima gepasst. Danke.👍😎

Appartement très bien situé, avec place de parking. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires (et non une boîte à clés). Ils nous ont donné un maximum d'explications sur ce que nous pourrions faire sur place. Pendant le séjour, ils ont été réactifs lors d'une question que nous avions. Belle expérience !

Ottima posizione se si ha intenzione di visitare le isole con il battello, assolutamente comodo ed essenziale che ci fosse il parcheggio perché in zona non ce ne sono molti. Alberto sempre amichevole e a disposizione, molto attento alla cura del cliente. Ha dato consigli utilissimi x passare un buon week end al lago maggiore. Se rivisitassi Baveno risceglierei questa soluzione, comodo anche per famiglie con bimbi. Noi con una neonata di 3 mesi ci siamo trovati bene, Alberto ci ha fatto trovare una culla. Terrazzino ottimo per qualche ora di relax.

SUPERB After a very warm welcome from Alberto explaining everything about the apartment we felt at home at once. Everyting you need is available and even more, and everything was very clean. A great apartment to stay with plenty of space and a very nice neighbourhood.

Very kind and friendly owner, situated in the centre, nearby is a caffeterria, supermarket, restaurants and a lake. Good location for a trip to other cities. The kitchen has is good equipped and the owner prepared everything for us, good breakfest and a wine for the evening. Thank you.

Both - the apartment and the homeowners - were just great. They also gave us a welcome gift (some pasta, wine,...) and bought us breakfast for the next day. When we had a slight problem with the internet, the homeowners came immediately to help. They also kept our luggage for us after the check-out so we could still explore the city. I highly recommend this accommodation and if I come to Baveno again, I will definitely stay with them again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Très bon accueil 😊 nous nous sommes sentis comme chouchoutés avec notre petit bébé! 🤩Un grand merci! Ce sont de supers hôtes! On se sent comme chez nous dans l’appartement, très propre, fonctionnel avec tout l’équipement qu’il faut. La situation est parfaite, dans le centre ville, à quelques pas du lac. We very much enjoyed our stay at Francesca’ and Alberto. Alberto picked us up from the train station and gave a small tour of the town. Also, a little welcome basket was waiting for us on arrival - super sweet! Unfortunately the Wi-Fi did not work and wouldn’t be fixed until our departure which had implications to our stay but other then that we really enjoyed the place.

Sehr schöne, saubere und gute ausgestattete Unterkunft. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und haben viele hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen sowie ein kleines Gastgeschenk. Restaurants, Supermärkte und der See sind innerhalb von wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft definitiv weiter. Vielen Dank für den gelungenen Aufenthalt!

Heerlijk appartement op 2 minuutjes lopen van het meer. Privé terrasje bij het appartement is precies uit de warme zon zodat we er lekker wijn konden drinken en spelletjes spelen.Veel leuke restaurantjes en een lekker koffietentje op loopafstand.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Angie und Alberto war wunderschön. Alberto hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und uns direkt die schönsten Orte in Baveno gezeigt. Die große Terrasse lädt zu langen Frühstück und Abendessen ein. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!

Ottimo appartamento centrale e pulitissimo a due minuti a piedi dal porto dei traghetti. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, disponibile ed oltremodo premuroso. Kit di benvenuto molto gradito come pure la colazione trovata nel frigo. Da raccomandare

Appartement spacieux, propre et très bien aménagé (il y a tout ce qu’il faut!). Terrasse très agréable. Emplacement parfait : à 2 pas des commerces, de la gare et de l’embarcadère ! Tout en étant au calme. Les propriétaires Angelo et Pierangela ont été très accueillants & serviables, en s’adaptant à nos horaires de train et bateau. Ils sont même venus nous chercher en voiture, et nous ont fait faire un tour rapide de la ville pour nous montrer les principaux lieux et commerces. Et cerise sur le gâteau : nos hôtes nous ont laissé un cadeau d’arrivée avec vin, lait, jus d’orange, confiture, beurre, pain de mie, gâteaux secs, pâtes, sauce tomate ! Seul bémol : l’insonorisation pourrait être meilleure, de même pour les volets qui ne cachent pas vraiment la lumière. PS : le départ et arrivée ont été gérés par les propriétaires directement, qui nous ont contactés par mail (puis échanges par sms). Pas de réel contact avec Happy Rentals en soi.

Wir haben uns im Petalo Bianco sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartment ist sehr geräumig und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten. Als besonderes Highlight empfanden wir die große Terrasse, auf der wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt haben. Etwas abseits der Hauptstraße war es deutlich ruhiger und dennoch ist man in unter 10min an den Badestellen des Largo Maggiore. Baveno an sich ist ein toller Ort und wir können das Appartement nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Baveno est un joli endroit, le bord du lac bien sûr mais aussi l'arrière village très pittoresque :-) Cette annonce est gérée par des professionnels et vous serez ensuite en contact avec le couple de propriétaires qui sont très gentils et sympathiques. L'appartement est très bien situé, entre la gare et le lac. L'appartement ainsi que tout Baveno sont exemplaires en matière de tri des déchêts. Contrairement à ce que dit l'annonce, il n'y a pas de boite à clé, vous serez très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui seront aussi là au moment du départ. Malgré la présence d'un café, la gare de Baveno est spartiate, pas moyen d'acheter son billet de train, il faut le prendre sur internet. Baveno est très touristique, ne tardez pas à réserver car les dernières possibilités sont hyper hyper chères.

A very nice apartment close to the lake. A perfect location to see the surroundings like the islands or Stresa. You can easily go by boat and leave the car back at the appartement. Several restaurants, a small supermarket and a bakery are close by. It has a nice balcony to sit outside everything you need in the appartement. The hosts were very friendly and gave some good suggestions about things to do. We had a warm welcome and even a starting pack of some cookies, pasta, bread and yoghurt. A minor issue was fixed directly. We will certainly come back!

Als wir ankamen, war Alberto schnell zur Schlüsselübergabe da. Die Wohnung machte einen Blitz sauberen Eindruck und Alberto hatte für uns einen kleinen Präsentkorb vorbereitet und den Kühlschrank mit Lebensmitteln für ein kleines Frühstück gefüllt. Dafür möchten wir uns nochmals bedanken. Vermutlich ist die Wohnung für zwei Erwachsene und max. 2 Kinder ausgelegt, da es nur 1 Schlafzimmer gibt. Bad hat sogar eine Waschmaschine. Bad und Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Größe. Der Wohn-/Küchenbereich ist groß. Dazu gehört eine kleine Terrasse. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

De accommodatie ligt vlakbij het centrum van Baveno en heeft een heerlijk schaduwrijk terras. Er stond leuk welkomstpakket voor ons klaar.

Très bon accueil par Alberto, le propriétaire de l'appartement. L'appartement est très spacieux, dommage que l'on ait pas eu l'autorisation d'accueillir notre fils, non prévu au départ. La terrasse est appréciable mais un appartement mitoyen donne directement dessus via une fenêtre camouflée (ambiance assez bizarre). Difficile de dormir la nuit la fenêtre ouverte compte tenu du bruit de la rue à proximité. Parking privé devant l'appartement appréciable.

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de l'arrêt de bus qui permet d'aller visiter les villes voisins. Le parking privé est un vrai plus. La terrasse est très appréciable, son orientation permet d'en profiter dès le petit déjeuner.

Durch eine Nachricht erfährt man rechtzeitig, dass Alfredo und Angie die Ansprechpartner sind und nicht Francesca. Der Begrüßungskorb von Beiden ist wirklich großartig und sehr großzügig. Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit einer netten Terasse und gut ausgestattet, allerdings insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Seeufer, viele Restaurants und der Bootsanleger sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Alfredo hat auf Anfragen schnell reagiert und hat kleine Probleme sofort beseitigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten zeitweise keine Internet Verbindung, der Vermieter war wirklich sehr bemüht das wieder in Ordnung zu bringen. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung. Zur Begrüßung ein kleiner Korb mit Wein und etwas zum knabbern , sehr aufmerksam. Die gesamte Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut und funktionell
