## Short Review: Apartment in Cassarate Viganello, Lugano We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the Cassarate Viganello area of Lugano. The location is peaceful and convenient, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance—perfect for exploring the neighborhood or grabbing a bite to eat nearby. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the bright, spacious rooms and the lovely views from the balcony. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. Overall, it was an excellent base for exploring Lugano, and we would gladly return!

• Appartement très spacieux (no. 26 - 6ème étage), très bien meublé et équipé; une literie très confortable, une grand salle de bain et le tout d’une propreté impeccable.
 • 2 balcons offrant très belle vue sur les montagnes.
Très calme et idéalement situé, proche des commerces (2 min. à pied d’une très grande COOP).
 Construction récente, très lumineux, TV avec toutes les chaînes suisses et françaises - (pour les francophones). • Un hall d’entrée avec un très grand aquarium mural et une multitude de poissons noirs et jaunes pour vous accueillir … • Sans oublier le „Welcome“ avec une très bonne bouteille de Prosecco offerte.
 •. Les instructions d’arrivée et d’entrée sont très claires et la place de parc en sous-sol vous est réservée. • Enfin, le personnel de l’agence est très sympathique et très serviable. • Appartement à recommander absolument lors de votre prochain séjour à Lugano.

Appartamento moderno a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e vicinissimo al supermercato. Dotata di tutti i tipi di comfort. Ampio bagno. Letto comodo. Unica "pecca" è stata la tassa di soggiorno richiesta dall'host, che non coincideva con quella riportata sulla fattura di Hotels.com

The panorama penthouse is located in a residential quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and within a 20-minute walk to the center of Lugano. We really enjoyed the views from the 6th floor. The kitchen was well equipped and included a Nespresso coffee maker. Bed was comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen/living room doesn’t have shutters. This wasn’t a problem for us as we slept in the bedroom but could be a problem if one needed to use the extra sofa bed.

Eine wunderschöne, moderne und saubere Wohnung mit privatem Parkplatz in der Einstellhalle und direktem Zugang zum Lift im Haus, wunderbar! Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus dem 6. Stock war besonders nachts mit den Bergen und den vielen Lichtern einfach traumhaft! Ein grosses Danke an diejenigen, die sich so Mühe gegeben haben, alle benötigten Informationen wie Schlüsselübergabe, Parkplatz, Kontakte etc. Schritt für Schritt mit Fotos zu dokumentieren! Würden jederzeit wieder kommen! :-)

We were very happy to stay with Happy Rentals in Lugano.The flat had everything we needed,the location was great,just next to a shop and playground. It was clean and the communication was very pleasant and accurate.We recommend the stay with Happy Rentals!

Todella tilava asunto rauhallisella asuinalueella, ei kuitenkaan liian kaukana ydinkeskustasta. Monta ruokakauppaa lähistöllä ja kätevästi bussiyhteys myös rautatieasemalle. Asunto vastasi täysin sitä, mitä kuvissa näkyy ja keittiön varustelutaso oli kattava. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Upea maisema parvekkeelta oli ehdottomasti parasta tässä asunnossa!

Die Lage ist super mit dem Blick über die Dächer Lugano's. Das Appartementhaus ist einfach zu erreichen und die "Online"-Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt geklappt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Natürlich könnten noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten hinzugegeben werden, aber mit dem vorhandenen Equipment kommt man auch sehr gut zurecht. Die Wohnung, die Sanitäranlagen und die Betten waren sauber und es gab auch Zusatzbettwäsche für Frostbeulen oder Grosskissenschläfer. Sogar eine Kuscheldecke für das Sofa war da. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Innenstadt und der See sind per Fuss gut zu erreichen. Es gibt allerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Baars, Tankstellen, Friseure- und Beautysalons und sogar ein Glacehaus in der Nähe.

Check in ist sauber verlaufen und Kommunikation war gut. An der Wohnung kann man auch nicht viel aussetzen ausser einen Grossen fleck in der Ecke der Küche.

L' emplacement est très bien et le quartier est calme (hormis les travaux la journée mais cela ne sera pas éternel). L 'appartement est bien, la vue est belle, divers supermarchés et restaurants proches. L' arrêt de bus de la ligne n° 6 depuis la gare est à 5 minutes à pieds. Seul bémol, le canapé-lit du salon qui n'est pas confortable. Idéalement privilégier cet appartement pour 2 mais pas 4.

The location is ideal. It is easy to reach by public transport or car. On the other hand, the centre can be easily reached on foot. Very nice view over the rooftops and into the mountains. Shopping facilities are just around the corner. The flat and the furnishings match the pictures in the offer.

Die Lage ist ideal. Einerseits gut zu erreichen mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr oder dem Auto. Andereseits Kann das Zentrum gut zu Fuss erreicht werden. Sehr schöne Aussicht über die Dächer und in die Berge. Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen gibt es gleich um die Ecke.

Nice location - very smooth check in - spacious well maintained apartment Not sure whether you still ask for the things I did not like so here we go: - the pre-work required was completely over the top - having to enter ID details including city of Birth is something I never had to do in Switzerland and it felt like applying for a Russian Visa rather than booking an Appartement for the weekend The parking spot is super tight - I was happy that I am an experienced driver - my daughter who just got her driving license would not have been able to fit our car in with 5 cm to the wall and the column

Da ich nur wegen der Arbeit hier war ging es mir nicht um die Ausstattung, die ist ziemlich alt und heruntergekommen. Ich war wegen dem Preis hier und der stimmte. Leider hatte ich Probleme mit dem Internet so das ich auswärts arbeiten musste, sie haben aber das Problem schnell behoben nur konnte ich nicht warten. Schöne Aussicht mit 2 Balkonen, bei einem Balkon war aber der Rollladen ziemlich ramponiert. Wie gesagt alles etwas heruntergekommen aber akzeptabel. Wer ausschlafen will muss mit Baulärm klarkommen, denn sie sind rund ums Gebäude am Bauen.

This is a very nice and convenient apartment where the three of us conveniently setteled down. Very good location, a great view and a parking lot is a big plus. The apartment has everything needed (we stayed for one week) and was clean. Some things should be improved like cooking pottery: most are just not suitable for the modern induction stove. But for a short stay - enough. Also, the dining table is just very shaking - not convenient to eat at. The rest is great. One more thing: there are two construction sites near the building and guests just need to be ready to start hearing construction noises at 7 am every morning (excluding the weekends).

A kilátás gyönyörű volt , modern társasház, mindkét szobának erkelye , lépcsőház , parkolás az árban , a boltok extrém közelségben. Üdvözlésünkre egy üveg pezsgő várt !!! :)

Ad essere sincero sull’annuncio c’è scritto disponibile per 4 ospiti ma non mi aspettavo che noi o le nostre figlie dovevamo dormire sul divano letto privo di materasso. Il prezzo troppo alto capisco che sei a Lugano ma essere presi in giro così due notti 400 e passa euro sono tanti, una maleodorante doccia un lavello sporco, ingresso terrazza ma non funzionante, la porta del garage insicura, chiunque dall’esterno poteva aprire e rubare un auto qualsiasi. Se fosse tenuto in manutenzione sarebbe un vero gioiello ma purtroppo non lo è.
