El apartamento, situado en la primera planta, dispone de aire acondicionado y cuenta con un encanto único y atemporal, con lámparas de araña y antiguos frescos pintados a mano que complementan la televisión de pantalla plana y la cocina-comedor bien equipada. El mobiliario contemporáneo y los techos con vigas encaladas añaden un toque alegre, mientras que el espacio para dormir es perfectamente flexible, ya que consta de un espacioso dormitorio principal doble con frescos únicos en las paredes, un tranquilo dormitorio con dos camas individuales que se pueden unir y un moderno sofá cama doble en el salón. Un elegante cuarto de baño con ducha a ras de suelo completa la distribución interior de esta encantadora y atractiva casa de vacaciones. We had a wonderful stay at Thomas' place. The location is fantastic and is close to everything you need. The unit was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and bedrooms had comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again. One note, there is no coffee machine in the unit.

Super lokalizacja, samo centrum starego miasta, wszędzie blisko. Apartament zgodny z opisem i zdjęciami. Szkoda że nie ma pralki i żelazka, w opisie była informacja o ich braku jednak ułatwiłyby pobyt, i często są dostępne w podobnych apartamentach. W kuchni mogłyby być sól i pieprz. Są to jednak drobiazgi i sugestia dla właściciela, natomiast sam apartament wygodny i funkcjonalny, gorąco polecam.

The apartment was very close to where the key is collected, and apartment is exactly as described. Alhough right in the hustle and bustle of the narrow streets of Riva in summer, close the windows and all is quiet!. A washing machine would have been handy but the apartment was just perfect for our 6 day stay. So close to everything and so many choices for a sunset drink or two! We were hoping to meet Thomas as we had to cancel our 2020 visit because of Covid but we’re very pleased we were able to book this apartment in 2023.

Einen Tag vor der Anreise hat sich unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort, Francesco, bei uns per WhatsApp gemeldet. Er war im Anschluss stets zu erreichen, sehr nett und engagiert! Ein kleiner Hinweis bezüglich der Dusche wurde laut seiner Aussage weitergegeben und hilft dann den nächsten Mietern! Ein weiterer kleiner Hinweis: Das Parken in Riva gestaltet sich mit einem SUV mit Dachbox extrem schwierig, da die kostenfreien Parkplätze auf eine Durchfahrtshöhe von 1,90 m beschränkt sind und bei einer Wohnung mitten in der Fußgängerzone….😉 Francesco, weiter so!!👍

Zabrakło mi środków czystości ( papier toaletowy, worki na śmieci) ciężko o zakup takich produktów w okolicy, trzeba się wybrać do supermarketu i pościeli, w nocy było dość chłodno. Komunikacja super, bardzo pomocny gospodarz, jak mieliśmy problem z łóżeczkami szybko reagował i przyniósł potrzebne rzeczy.

Ein weiterer kleiner Hinweis: Das Parken in Riva gestaltet sich mit einem SUV mit Dachbox extrem schwierig, da die kostenfreien Parkplätze auf eine Durchfahrtshöhe von 1,90 m beschränkt sind und bei einer Wohnung mitten in der Fußgängerzone….😉 Francesco, weiter so!!👍

Zabrakło mi środków czystości ( papier toaletowy, worki na śmieci) ciężko o zakup takich produktów w okolicy, trzeba się wybrać do supermarketu i pościeli, w nocy było dość chłodno. Komunikacja super, bardzo pomocny gospodarz, jak mieliśmy problem z łóżeczkami szybko reagował i przyniósł potrzebne rzeczy.
