A cidade é linda , mas o ap não é bem localizado como pensei. Fica longe do lago e não tem mercado nem comercio perto. Precisei alugar carro pelos 10 dias que lá fiquei. Recebemos apenas 1 chave do imóvel o que dificultou bastante ..

Sehr gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld und währendbei. Zuvorkommend und präsent bei Rückfragen. Sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin vor Ort. Wohnung sehr geräumig. Fußnähe zum Bahnhof. Kurzer Fußweg in die Stadt und zum See. Rückweg gut machbar aber bequemer (Steigung) mit der zentralen Bergbahn: nur eine Station bis zum Bahnhof fahren (im öffentlichen Nahverkehr enthalten). Balkon mit schönem Blick. Über die befahrene Straße waren wir informiert (Kopfhörer mit schöner Musik an). Dafür gute Lage für Ausflüge (naha zu Bahnhof und Bussen). Tipp: Schlüsselabholen davor einplanen (wir haben den Weg für ersten Spaziergang durch Lugano genutzt, wegen Steigung nicht alllen zu empfehlen) Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, auch meine 82 Mutter und zwei Teens.

O apartamento é ótimo e bem amplo, maior até do que parece nas fotos. A vista muito bonita e bem equipado. É perto do centrinho mas como é em um local alto, se prepare pra subir ladeiras e escadas. O elevador estava quebrado qdo fomos, então tivemos que subir as malas na escada, ainda bem que é no primeiro andar. Outra questão também é que o local onde tem que buscar as chaves pra fazer o check-in não é tão perto do apartamento, então pra quem não está de carro e está com malas, se estiver com mais gente, é melhor ficar um aguardando perto do prédio com as malas e outra pessoa vai buscar as chaves. A vaga da garagem é bem apertada. De qualquer forma o apartamento é muito bom e valeu a pena a estadia.

The apartment was near to the train station which is amazing, easily accessible to the rest of Ticino region. The towels are fresh, and the apartment even has a welcome prosecco. The admin staff was really flexible and quick to address questions. Only thing is I wish there are more sets of keys since there are 4 persons in the apartment

Posizione comoda al centro e alla stazione. Appartamento molto grande e accogliente con tutto il necessario per cucinare. C'è stato lasciato un kit di benvenuto con l'occorrente per lavare i piatti e una bottiglia di vino. Dal balcone si ha la vista sul lago. Apprezzata anche la presenza di due bagni. Lo staff è stato disponibile a rispondere prontamente alle nostre domande. La struttura è abbastanza pulita.

الشقه تقع على شارع رئيسي وحيوي .. قريبه من محطة القطار والحافلات سيراً على الأقدام .. الشرفه جميله وتطل على الشارع الرئيسي وبإمكانك رؤية بحيرة لوغانو من خلالها كما يمكنك الوصول إليها سيراً على الأقدام.. النظافه جيده .. تجهيز المطبخ جيد .. والغرف أيضاً مريحه .. الحمام يوجد به شطاف وهذا أمر مهم وجيد .. الموظفون في مكتب الإستقبال كانوا ودودين وتعاملهم سهل وسلس

Das Apartment hat eine Top Lage und einen schönen Blick auf den See. Aber es war nicht alles sauber und die Möbel abgenutzt. Nicht wie auf den Fotos. Es roch einen Tag lang nach aggressivem Reinigungsmittel. Die Schlüsselübergabe an einem anderen Ort kostet viel Zeit und ist kompliziert. Die Anweisungen der Rental Agentur waren okay, Kommunikation auch.

Perfect location to train and Bernina express bus station, but location to get the key is far away and should take into consideration before booking.

The place was in an excellent location for accessing town and the station and the rooms were a good size, we were surprised not to have basic amenities like enough coffee, milk, sugar, shampoo, conditioner etc for four people. It was really the bare minimum. We also missed one of our events as there was no adapter for the blow dryer to fit into the wall. No instructions on taking out garbage. Only one set of keys for four people. Small things but they turned out to be an inconvenience and annoyance. We did appreciate the welcome Prosecco though.

Wir haben nur zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei WC benützt. Der Parkplatz Nr.63 ist ca. 2m30 breite, kein Problem für kleinen PW. Es war okay für 2x Übernachtung.

Great apartment, very spacious compared to comparable Italian apartments, convenient location to the train, great hot water and pressure for showers, loved the two bathrooms, and THE VIEW is to die for, especially in the morning, it’s amazing to wake up to. Very quiet overall, good access to the city center. I would stay here again, it’s perfect for two travelers (which was my trip) or a small family.

Achamos muito desagradável ter que ir buscar as chaves num local longe do apartamento, tendo recém chegado de viagem. Encontramos o apartamento com poeira, sujeiras nas sacadas e colchões sem protetores, sujos e manchados. Utensílios da cozinha muito precários e depreciados. A localização e boa, próximo a estação. E o preço achamos razoável para a cidade.
