Our stay at this property was excellent. The house is in a prime location, within convenient walking distance to shops, restaurants, and key attractions. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the home itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The overall environment was both comfortable and welcoming, making it an ideal place to stay. The apartment was close to the water, cafes, and restaurants. The layout was very nice. We used the pull out couch, and it was comfortable. The washer and dryer were also easy to use. Appliances were modern, as well as the bathroom. The bottle of rosé was an appreciated touch!

wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser charmanten Wohnung. Die Lage war perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gab uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung. Nos encantó alojarnos aquí . La zona es muy linda y muy cerca de unos paseos lindisimos. Lo único fue que había una construcción justo frente a la ventana y no había vista al lago como figuraba en las fotos. Las camas no son del todo cómodas. El departamento está impecable y buenas comodidades salvo la cama y el acolchado. Sábanas , toallas y electrodomésticos excelentes !

The instructions were very clear regarding how to find the building, the key, and the room. The room is in a very good location. We felt safe all the time. The room was excellent. So updated and clean and quiet. The only thing I would recommend would be some instructions on how to operate the washer and the dishwasher. We figured out the washer, but we could not figure out how to operate the dishwasher. Thank you for our stay.

It looked even better than the photos with all the modern amenities that I love. Spacious rooms, great sized television and a nice sized washer/dryer. Convenient to Piazza della Riforma which has planned activities and a fun vibe in a reserved way. Loved walking the Riva Vicenza Vela on the lake; gorgeous at night. We couldn't take the boat cruise to Ponte Tresa because the lake was too high but opted for Morcote instead. Great place to rent bikes. Don't miss Le Fermato on Viale Carlo Cattanei; fun vibe and great tapas!

This was a super cute place right in the heart of Lugano. Shopping minutes away. Main bus station less than a 5 minute walk. Building was easy to get in and out of. Arrival directions were clear and easy to follow. Look forward to returning in the future!

A great place to stay in Lugano, but I would recommend better instructions as to how to open the initial lockbox containing the key box. It was kinda tough to figure out and then to realize it was in fact so simple and you just needed to pull open the mailbox, better instructions could’ve saved us a lot of frustration lol

The flat is in a great location, clean and enough space for 3 adults and a kid. The kitchen is well equipped but it miss to offer some coffee or tea. The check-in worked smoothly. Unfortunately, we couldn't reach the host when we had questions, but in general is a great place to enjoy Locarno.

The location of the apartment is wonderful, the lake is just around the corner and walking distance to all attractions. The apartment is very clean and everything is well organized. Just had a bit drama during the check in and the wifi is not so well when walk in inside bedroom, hopefully the company would consider to give it an upgrade, otherwise It was great experience. Very likely I’d choose their apartment again next time in town.

The location was fabulous for its proximity to the center of town and the lake. There was some noise at night though due to some other late night businesses nearby. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend having some ear plugs handy. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Die Lage des Apartments ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber; einzug die Matratze des Bettsofas war etwas schmutzig. Was wir aber mit einer doppelten Schicht Leintücher lösen konnten. der Lärm für und mit 2 Kindern (2 und 5) kein Problem; wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man nur minimal die Aussengeräusche.

This flat is nicely situated just a few streets from the waterfront and city center. Bus 2 brings you from the train station to the end of the flat’s street, which was very convenient. Staff was friendly when I retrieved the keys. The flat was clean and spacious enough for travelers to feel comfortable and not cramped. Our constructive criticism is that it would be nice if paper towels or napkins were provided. Lastly, I will say the bed is very soft and sloping towards the middle. My friend and I actually slept 180 degrees (head to feet) so that our heads were higher than our feet. All and all, a nice stay in the heart of Lugano. Lugano and Ticino are absolutely lovely.

We had a great time in the heart of Lugano. We would like to come again. We loved the view to the lake. Perfect location in the city center. We arrived early. The Heart was ready. So we got the key to the apartment. Thank u. Very kind. We found it easely. Apartment clean. We did not miss anything. We heard the music and the people of the bar in the street on friday and saturday night. The rest of the time very quiet.

I stayed at this flat with a friend on a short weekend trip to Ticino. The flat was clean, tidy and there was everything we needed. The location is very central just next to the lake and still walking distance from the train station of you don’t mind walking a bit and if you don’t have too much luggage. Check-in/out is not onsite but easy and a very nice and helpful team to pick up the keys. All good and recommendable place to stay.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, gut und grosszügig eingerichtet, und alles für den Alltag Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Lage im Zentrum, nahe am See, den Geschäften und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist wunderbar, und die freundliche kleine Wein-Bar in der Überbauung, wo wir ab und zu ein gutes Tessiner-Gericht bestellen konnten, war für uns in der Zeit der geschlossenen Restaurants eine Freude. Die Kommunikation ist gut, und der Empfang bei Happy Holidays war herzlich.Es wäre schön, wenn ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel wie Gewürze sowie etwas mehr Tabs für den Geschirrspühler vorhanden wären.

Nossos dias em Lugano foram muitos bons, excelente localização, apartamento limpo, boa comunicação, muito bom o vinho de cortesia que foi deixado no apartamento. Cozinha toda equipada, enfim, tudo muito bom. A única coisa que não gostei, já me comuniquei com a Sonja sobre a cama de casal, eram 2 colchões, um sobre o outro e os 2 em péssimo estado de conservação. Acordava com o corpo todo dolorido e coluna torta. Mas o restante, tudo estava muito bom.

This apartment is really perfectly located, there could not be a more perfect location in Lugano to stay. It was also neatly decorated and clean. I wish we had been made aware that the bed is broken, however, since coming on a vacation to relax and sleeping on a broken bed is really uncomfortable. I really don’t think there is anything else I would change about the place besides that.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top - wir haben alles zu Fuss erreicht, Läden, Restaurants, auch zum Bahnhof ist es nicht weit. Wir haben dank der guten Beschreibung ohne Probleme den Schlüsselkasten gefunden und das Check-in hat einwandfrei geklappt. Weiteres Positives: Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht, inkl. Toaster. Es gab auch ein Handtuch und ein kleines Set mit Spülmittel, Schwamm, Abwaschlappen, einem Spülmaschinentab sowie einige Kaffeekapseln. Die Dusche ist ebenfalls super. Auch im Bad gab es ein kleines Set mit Seife, Shampoo und Duschgel. Das Personal hat sofort auf unsere Anfrage reagiert, als es ein kleines Problem mit dem WLAN gab (s. unten), was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Das WLAN hat jedoch super funktioniert, als wir dann die Zugangsdaten hatten :-) Es war auch erstaunlich ruhig, obwohl die Schlafzimmer zur Strasse gehen. Ausserdem war die Wohnung sehr sauber.

sehr zentrale Lage der Wohnung, die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist modern und schön eingerichtet. die Umgebung ist recht lärmig, aber die Fenster isolieren gut, sodass man trotzdem schlafen kann. Ein grosses Plus ist die Waschmaschine. Was weniger gefallen hat: die TV-Box war defekt, konnten den Fernseher die ganze Woche nicht brauchen. Wir haben das so schnell wie möglich gemeldet, die TV-Box wurde entfernt, wir wurden aber nicht informiert, was weiter geht. Für den Rest der Woche ist dann nichts mehr passiert. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber, ausser das Backofenzubehör war fettig und nicht gereinigt.

The location was excellent. The building was nice and secure. Overall it was a nice stay, if I had to provide any feedback to help with the future it would be: Other places we have stayed provided additional paper towels, trash bags, soap.... it would have been nice to have some of those things. The beds were not very comfortable, could have used more pillows, and the dryer was not working. The shower drain was clogged and they were very responsive to that and came up immediately to fix.

Everything was great, and we really appreciate it, and one thing I would like to bring to your attention is that It was exceedingly noisy even with the windows closed, due to a bar located directly beneath our apartment. They were engaged in loud and disruptive behavior throughout the night, often until as late as 5 in the morning. It's disappointing that this significant disturbance wasn't disclosed in your apartment presentation. The fact that people were unable to sleep due to the sustained and loud commotion is a serious concern. This oversight on your part is regrettable.

Great clean place in a great location. Check in and out takes a little extra time and effort as keys are in different office location close by. Coffee machine was available but we couldn’t find where to purchase pods any any of the nearby grocery stores. There is a funicular that can take you up/down the hill from the train station as it is very steep. Otherwise taxi is very expensive option.

Good location, great building. We've stayed there before. The only issue is that this specific unit is directly above a nightclub. On the weekend it was noisy. That isn't the fault of the owners, and there are quiet hours on Lugano, so it wasn't an all-night issue.

Location of this place is fantastic but it is very very loud at night, I believe there’s a bar right across the street so it’s loud very late into the night. The key is located a bit far from the apartment so it’s a bit annoying when you have luggage. Overall though it’s a great apartment and everything is within walking distance!

Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt, sehr zentral und alles gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung war auch sehr gut. Leider gab es keine Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer und die Matratze war durchgelegen. Was wir noch bemängeln können, sind die Flecken an den Wänden. Es war nicht dreckig, sondern nur Gebrauchsspuren an den Wänden. Preislich ist es trotzdem sehr fair und wir würde wieder kommen.

Overall the unit is lovely with a charming balcony and view of the lake! We really enjoyed the location, which is very centrally located and walkable to many of Lugano’s main attractions. One thing to be aware of is that there’s a cocktail bar on the ground floor of the building below the apartment and made it very noisy on Saturday night (fine with white noise playing). Additionally, you have to check-in and out at Happy Holiday’s office, which is about a 10 minute walk from the Airbnb.

Die Lage fußläufig zum Bahnhof, vor allem aber direkt in der Altstadt unten, so nah am Wasser und so nah zum Park war für diesen Preis phänanomal. Toller Holzfußboden, gut und praktisch mit ausreichend Platz überall eingerichtet, schöne Küchenzeile, nah auch zum großem Supermarkt und zum Busbahnhof. Fußbodenheizung.

Die Lage ist super, nahe am See und der Fußgängerzone. Einen Seeblick hat man nur durch eine schmale Gasse vom Schlafzimmerfenster aus. Es handelt sich um ein eigentlich sehr schönes, gut und komplett eingerichtetes Apartment. Leider wurde es von vorherigen Gästen nicht gut behandelt und vom Vermieter bzw. der Agentur auch nicht repariert. So ist z.B. ein Fach im Kühlschrank ausgebrochen, ein Schrankgriff abgebrochen, Töpfe sind stark verschmutzt, beim Geschirrspüler fehlen Salz und Klarspüler, die Stühle sind abgewetzt, das Bett hat in der Mitte eine Kuhle, das Sofa ist durchgesessen usw. Auch die Anreisebeschreibung ist sehr missverständlich. Man kommt nur nach langem Suchen in das Apartment und den Stellplatz für das Auto findet man nur durch Zufall. Also eigentlich sehr schön und gut, aber leider nicht gepflegt.

Pros: washer and dryer so you can do your clothes, unit was pretty clean and had a great view with lots of natural light. It was in the perfect location with tons to do around it. Cons: listing says they have AC- they do not so if that is something you’re looking for you gotta look elsewhere. You have to walk to a rental agency to pick up keys then to your air bnb and the same once you check out. (Seems excessive.) and finally not this air bnb’s fault but this town is VERY EXPENSIVE so note that before you plan anything.

pro: location, clean, Aircon, kitchen well-equipped for cooking, but no spices or other such food amenities, check-in staff very friendly. con:. pickup/dropoff keys 5-10 min from apt, mattress very soft and saggy ...need to sleep in opposite direction to be comfortable, extra cleaning steps with sheets/towels, bedroom hard to get dark with outside lights, very tiny shower.

Had a blast here with my girlfriend! Stylish apartment, amazing views from the balcony and the bedroom. I do want to note that Wi-fi did not work at all unless you stood right next to the router and even then it was SUPER slow like you couldn’t even send a picture to somebody. It’s a big apartment so even in the bathroom or the bedroom there was no connection or 1 bar at a minimum making it impossible to stay connected with the outside world. Another thing that disappointed us is the fact that we paid nearly $200 cleaning fee but they gave us a huge checkout list (wash dishes, organize dirty towels, take the sheets of the bed etc.) Makes no sense to charge people a cleaning fee, but then make them clean.
