Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und neu .Es gab gab eine Ausweichmöglichkeit zum schlafen. Tagsüber waren allerdings einige Geräusche zu hören. Sonst war die Anbindung und die Lage super. Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Very nicely appointed room, with attention to the details. The communication with the service team was excellent, they were friendly and very helpfull. A very friendly touch was the gift of the owner with nuts and chocolates. The location was 5 -7 Minutes on foot to the congress center which makes it ideal for professionals visiting.

The host welcomed us and made us feel at home! The place is very well equipped and cozy. The house is very well located, close to the center of Lugano, good restaurants, supermarkets, parks and especially the Lake! I recommend the House to everyone and hope to return soon!

This apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It was very clean, quiet, well-equiped, and very close to everything - the lake, the University of Swiss Italia, and the city center. Both the owner and the Happy Rentals team were very welcoming and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay in Lugano.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per due notti, in tre persone. Appartamento pulitissimo, pochi passi dal lago e dal centro. Accogliente e curato. Il miglior ricordo è Paolo. Persona dolcissima che ci ha accolte con cioccolata e noccioline, in camera c’era anche una bottiglia di vino con l’augurio di un buon soggiorno. Si è preoccupato di suggerirci delle attività da fare e delle location per cenare. Il giorno della partenza ci ha permesso di lasciare l’auto e di sfruttare l’appartamento oltre l’orario di check-out. Avrà scelto di lavorare nel mondo dell’ospitalità ma quello che fa lo fa con passione e naturalezza. Grazie. Alla prossima ☺️

The apartment is located too close to the centre of Lugano. You can easily reach there passing through the Park Ciani (one of the Lugano attractions). It is clean and practical ideal place for families. The district is quite and you can find market and pharmacy really close. The host was kind and friendly providing useful information about the must see attractions.

We stayed here and worked remotely for a week and it was perfect. The WiFi was fast and reliable, the kitchen was decently well-equipped, the neighbourhood was convenient and peaceful. We only wish that we'd been in contact directly with the landlord rather than through an agency. Once we did meet him he was lovely, and gave great recommendations for the area! He just clearly wasn't even aware of when we'd arrived and were leaving - just makes the Airbnb experience a bit less authentic. Some people love that though! Lugano is a lovely place, and this is a great location to visit it from. Recommended!

It was perfect. The flat had everything I needed. I was particularly impressed to reach home after shopping, realising I had forgotten to buy some gear to wash the dishes, to find that you had a small package with dish wash and a scrubber. The size was ideal and it was all clean and well prepared. Only suggestion is a new mattress. There was quite a dip in the side closest to the door. I will be back

The apartment location was great. Easy to access the old town and the lake. The sleeping arrangements were convenient for our family of four. The only slightly negative part was the shower. Strangely high tub, and very low water pressure.

It was the perfect place to stay! One block from where we wanted to be mostly. Parking and directions were perfect. Bed was comfortable. They were sweet and left nice welcoming treats and supplies. We loved it and would come back in a heartbeat.

I stayed there with my family for two days, it was amazing. The place was clean, easy to find and access, and close to public transport and supermarkets (about a minute walk), it was also close to the lake and parco ciani Everything we needed was available, cooking ware, linens, pillows and soap. The neighborhood was quiet but also active. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we came back to Lugano

Cosy little home close (10min stroll) to Lake Lugano's main park and many eating options. Clean and came with everything we needed (even a coffee machine but please note you will have to bring your own capsules). Hot water worked perfectly in the shower and bathroom sink. Towels and bedlinen seemed freshly laundered. Thanks for the comfortable stay!

J’ai passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement! Points positifs : L’appartement est bien situé, à proximité du lac et du centre-ville, ce qui m’a permis de profiter facilement des attractions locales. Il correspond globalement à la description fournie sur Airbnb (aménagement, équipement, aperçu des photos). Le quartier est agréable et pratique pour les déplacements à pied ou en transport. Aspects à améliorer / remarques : L’appartement est un peu sombre, notamment en journée quand le soleil n’est pas directement dans la pièce. L’isolation phonique est faible : le matin, j’ai été réveillé par le bruit de motos ou de deux-roues dans la rue voisine. Le soir, il arrive d’entendre le chien du voisin aboyer ou un bébé pleurer, ce qui peut gêner un peu le repos. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un bon logement pour un séjour agréable, surtout si le bruit n’est pas un problème majeur pour vous. Merci à l’hôte pour son accueil !

Die Wohnung war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Herzlichen Dank für den Prosecco. Für mich hat aber der Kaffeerahm gefehlt, wenn schon eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeekapseln bereit steht ;-)

Die Wohnung war geräumig und gemütlich für unseren Aufenthalt in Ordnung und die Promenade war gut erreichbar. Einzig die Matratzen waren ziemlich weich und die Dusche etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Un très agréable séjour avec une très belle localisation proche de tout avec un Propriétaire qui s'est manifesté et est très gentil et accueillant. L'absence de lave linge est fort bien compensée par un self jouissant d'un accueil-assistance (GIRASOLE) au but de la rue. Les toutes épisodiques traces (petits accus etc. ) des précédents usagers sont bien compensées par la gaieté confortable de l'agencement donné par le propriétaire. Un lieu dans lequel vraiment je pense nous reviendrons.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Man ist schnell am See, in der Stadt und an der Zahnradbahn. Der eigene Parkplatz ist super praktisch. Die Vermieter sind total nett und mit einem Begrüßungssekt und Süßigkeiten, die vorbei gebracht werden fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Einziges Manko: etwas dunkel und kein Balkon, aber das war für uns kein Problem.

Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und auch ausreichend geräumig. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt, um Lugano zu Fuß zu erkunden. Leider ist die in der Nähe gelegene Hauptstraße nachts ein wenig zu hören. Grundsätzlich haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Très bonne localisation, très proche du centre-ville et du lac à pied. L'appartement est assez vétuste : cuisine et salle de bains avec du mobilier abimé (baignoire, lavabo, meubles de cuisine) et pas de rangement disponible dans la cuisine pour les aliments. Literie confortable (lit double comme canapé lit). Agencement de l'appartement peu adéquat pour loger 4 personnes car la cuisine donne sur la chambre, il faut passer par la chambre pour aller dans la cuisine. Appartement assez sombre. Mise à disposition d'un lit bébé sur demande. Parking privé très pratique. Wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Très bon glacier à deux pas de l'appartement.

Ich habe es sehr genossen, den Parco Ciani in der Nähe zu haben, um abends dort noch einen Spaziergang machen zu können. Das entschädigte dafür, dass die Wohnung zu manchen Zeiten etwas düster wirkte, weil rechts und links die Nachbarhäuser leider sehr hoch sind und deshalb etwas Tageslicht fehlt. Aber es gibt ausreichend Lampen in der Wohnung Im Bett konnte ich wunderbar schlafen. Ein Plus für mich in der Küche war der Gasherd, finde ich immer praktischer zum Kochen als Elektroherd. Der Kontakt zu Happy Rentals war sehr freundlich, aber zum Glück hatte ich auch keine Probleme zu klären, weil für mich alles ok war, weshalb es gar nicht viel zu reden gab.

Piccolo appartamento a piano terra con posteggio davanti casa situato in posizione strategica per visitare e vivere a Lugano, presente tutto il necessario, zona giorno spaziosa, letto comodo, vasca da bagno, molto utile la presenza di coperte e asciugamani in piu. Per un breve soggiorno va bene.

Wohnung sehr hellhörig, da Altbau und Baustelle in der Wohnung nebenan, ansonsten in Ordnung. Eher dunkel, kein Balkon. Räumlickeiten sehr klein, wirkt auf den Bildern viel grösser. Lage gut, Zentrum zu Fuss in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Kommunikation mit Happy Holiday. sehr zuverlässig- kümmern sich schnell um Anliegen.

Einfache Unterkunft an recht zentraler Lage. Ringhörig. Aktuell (April 2022) mit lärmiger Baustelle im Haus, vor der wir nicht vorgewarnt wurden. Nach Beschwerden wurde uns der Preis für eine Nacht zurückerstattet. Danke für dieses rasche und unkomplizierte Entgegenkommen.

The apartment is okay: The location is good, very close to the center and few minutes to the lake. It‘s a bit old tho (especially the bathroom) and very basic in decoration/furniture. We were a bit upset about loud construction work going on next door from the morning on … not the apartment owner‘s fault but better ask about that.
