Disfruta de unas vacaciones inolvidables en la romántica localidad costera de Bibinje, en el sur de Croacia, cerca del mar Adriático y de la pintoresca ciudad de Zadar. La casa de vacaciones dúplex, con una impresionante piscina al aire libre y un jardín privado, es absolutamente preciosa. Su entorno sereno, combinado con comodidades modernas, transporta a los huéspedes a un mundo de lujo, elegancia y refinamiento. Cada planta cuenta con una amplia terraza donde los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de su té matutino para empezar el día con energía o simplemente relajarse tomando el sol. La propiedad no es adecuada para fiestas, ya que se encuentra en un barrio residencial tranquilo. La casa cuenta con dos salones (uno en cada planta) con una distribución moderna y diáfana. En ambas salas de estar hay un conjunto de sofás en la zona de descanso, un televisor de pantalla plana, un comedor y una cocina abierta totalmente equipada. Para facilitar la preparación de las comidas, los huéspedes tienen a su disposición una cafetera de goteo, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, tostadora, placa de cocina, hervidor eléctrico y nevera. Ubicación La casa es perfecta para unas vacaciones relajantes con amigos y familiares. La localidad costera de Bibinje es conocida por sus playas bien cuidadas y bonitas, mientras que el puerto deportivo ofrece cursos de buceo y excursiones en barco de un día a destinos interesantes cercanos. El mar está a solo 700 metros de aquí. La casa también está bien comunicada. Cuenta con un restaurante, una tienda y un supermercado a poca distancia a pie. Entre los lugares de interés se incluyen sus cinco iglesias católicas, actividades de playa como natación, buceo, surf, etc., excursiones de un día a cinco parques nacionales o, simplemente, sentarse en una cafetería en una de las playas y contemplar las olas rompiendo en la arena. Los huéspedes pueden llegar fácilmente en coche a la metrópolis de Zadar (a 16 minutos), donde podrán disfrutar del famosísimo Órgano Marino, deleitarse con las delicias gastronómicas, admirar los tesoros religiosos y culturales, degustar su bebida típica y aprender a hacer surf. La proximidad de la localidad a hermosas playas y a Zadar la convierte en uno de los destinos más solicitados de esta parte de Croacia. El aeropuerto más cercano se encuentra a apenas 10 kilómetros de la casa de vacaciones.

We hebben hier een fantastische vakantie gehad. Het zwembad was geweldig voor de kinderen. Het fijne aan dit huis is de twee verdiepingen. Dit ook omdat we met twee gezinnen hier verbleven.

Très belle maison sur 2 étages avec une magnifique piscine. La maison est très confortable. Les grandes tables extérieures couvertes sont très agréable. La personne qui s’occupe de la maison nous attendait. Très disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions et demandes. Très sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement si vous êtes un groupe nombreux.

We had a really nice 10-days stay in Ana’s house. The indoor facilities was very clean and comfortable with great kitchen, spacious bedrooms and big bathrooms. The pool and terrace was perfect for our family, and both kids and adults enjoyed it very much. Only 15 min. drive to the city center of beautiful Zadar. Ana was a very helpfull host. Would definitely recommend Ana’s house (-:

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The hosts were fantastic - friendly, communicative.The house itself was even better than the pictures! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We all had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to other families.

Great property! Easy to book, and clear instructions given throughout, Ana was the lady who gave us the keys we were able to check in as soon as we arrived which was 10am instead of 4pm so we were really grateful, the property was fabulous had everything we needed and more, having an outside fridge was a real bonus! The pool was a great size and there was plenty of seating everywhere. The location is good, there is a big Spar shop around the corner, and there are plenty of places in walking distance in both directions, but with the heat it sometimes felt like a real chore, we were aged between 12 and 45 so with younger or older guests i imagine it would be a struggle, The good news for those not wanting to walk, Ubers are readily available, one of the harbours where there are numerous waterside restaurants cost less than €7 for 6 of us in a taxi, well worth it. We then enjoyed our walks back, All in all a really great property, and a beautiful town, (oh and insect repellent is a must)

Vi var 9 meget voksne mænd, som havde booket dette sted. Huset består egentligt af 2 lejligheder i stue plan og på 1. sal, så vi havde rådighed over begge lejligheder. Stedet er rent og rummeligt og vi havde 2 badeværelser og derudover 2 toiletter ( ialt 4 toiletter ). Der er en fantastisk overdækning ved siden af poolen med udekøkken og kæmpe grill. I det hele taget er der meget plads både udenfor og indenfor. Check in var hurtig og smertefri og vi fik en god gennemgang. Stort Spar supermarked 400 m derfra. Stenstrand ca 1,2 km og centrum af Bibinje ligger ca 1,5-2,0 km derfra. Bibinje er et lille hyggeligt sted med 6 restauranter og et par barer. Zadar ligger ca 8 km derfra, hvis man vil have et større udvalg. De bedste anbefalinger til både værterne og huset :-)

Die Hausverwaltung Happy Rentals ist super nett und voll auf zack. Die Kommunikation geht schnell und sie sind sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert. Der Eigentümer wohnt direkt neben der Unterkunft und kommt des öfteren unangekündigt rüber. Er räumte Sachen auf, wies uns ständig auf etwas neues hin wie zum Beispiel, wir sollen die Lichterkette auch immer ausschalten wenn wir gehen. Ich mein, das ist ja eigentlich klarer als klar. Es war lediglich ausgemacht, dass der Pool einmal am Tag geprüft wird vom Eigentümer, damit waren wir auch einverstanden. An einem Tag, kamen wir sehr spät nach Hause, da wir einen Tagesausflug gemacht hatten, stand er wieder auf der Matte und wir fragten, ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Seine Antwort hierzu: Do What you want, but I call the Police. Daraufhin kam dann auch die Polizei, der wir die Situation auch erklärten und dann wieder gingen.

Hallo Michelle, vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns Ihr Feedback zu geben. Wir verstehen, dass die Erfahrung nicht wie erwartet war, aber der Eigentümer musste leider die Polizei einschalten, da sie Lärmbeschwerden wegen spätabendlicher Partys erhielten.

Great property!
