Le chalet est très bien équipé et en particulier la cuisine: appareil a raclette, mixer, torchons entre autre y sont fournis. Chalet très convivial, très bien placé avec une vue exeptionnelle sur le pic du midi. La déco est assez kitch mais j'imagine que c'est ce qu'attend le touriste étranger. Nous avons également apprécié la bibliothèque mise à disposition. En conclusion, tout ce que nous avions a apporté est la nourriture et nos vêtements. Au top !

We were happy to stay in this spacious and comfortable house within a couple of minutes walking from Le Brévent gondola. We've been 8 and there's plenty of space for all of us. The view from the main room and the balcony is amazing!

It was a great location near the Brevant lift, and a wonderful balcony. Plenty of space, clean and a really quiet and calm Air BnB.

The location near Chamonix city center was great, certainly walkable. The view from the balcony is what makes this house great.

An excellent and well equipped Chalet right on the nursery slopes below the Brevent lift. Easy walk into the centre of Chamonix and amazing views of Mont Blanc from the lounge area. The facilities are great and we enjoyed our stay. Worth noting there's nowhere to store your bags if you need to after checkout but we were furnished with a list of storage options. The hill up to the chalet can be a bit slippery after snowfall so be aware of this if mobility is an issue. Also we were told there's no parking but there seemed to be a place you might be able to park, just check first. Happy Rentals were very helpful and we were able to check in a little bit early as well. A superb property in a wonderful location.

We loved our stay here! The location of this villa was perfect for us - it’s practically as close as you can get to the Brevent gondola and has amazing Mountain View’s all around. The walk up from town is definitely steep - which was fine for us but something to be aware of. The chalet looks just like the pictures and is really lovely - but it was perhaps a little smaller than we expected for a group of 10. Our only complaint about our stay, echoing other reviews, is the hot water supply. The main time we would want to have showers was when we returned from skiing around 4/5pm - there was never any hot water at this time, even if we had not used any earlier in the day. When we asked the company they advised that this was because there was 10 of us which struck us as odd as that’s the number this chalet is advertised for! Despite this we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place!

Very conveniently located chalet right next to the slopes. You can walk to the Brevent ski lift (fast gondola) in about 5 minutes. Doable with ski boots on. There is a ski rental shop by the Brevent lift as well so skis / boots can be left with them. The chalet key pickup / dropoff is in town, bear in mind it's quite a long walk away if you don't have a vehicle. It's tricky / impossible to drive up to the chalet itself as the entry road is often covered in snow due to nearby snow maker. Overall a great location which we would use again if visiting Chamonix.

Für den Ausflug mit Freunden nach Chamonix war das Chalet perfekt. Die wunderbare Aussicht auf die Aiguilles und den Mont Blanc einfach perfekt. Falls wir so einen Ausflug im ähnlichen Rahmen wiederholen... gerne auch wieder.

La casa es preciosa, la localización permite ir andando al centro y esta a escasos metros del remonte al Brevent Los detalles de bienvenida se agradecen. La casa esta muy bien equipada, solo le falta mejorar la gestión del agua caliente en los baños que es claramente insuficiente para el numero de personas admitidas 10.

Our stay was overall satisfactory, although we encountered a few issues that we would like to share. The chalet is beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. It’s a lovely place for a stay in Chamonix. However, our arrival was complicated. Access to the chalet was very difficult due to a major snowfall, and neither the road nor the parking area had been cleared or salted. Despite having a 4x4 vehicle, we had to clear the snow ourselves for over two hours. The chalet also could have been cleaner upon our arrival (we found trash under the sofa, cutlery and kitchenware was still dirty and there were a few insects in the bathroom). We reported these issues to the host upon arrival. Their response was quick and courteous, although unfortunately no solution was provided on site. Overall, we had a good stay thanks to the quality of the chalet and its location.

Beautiful view and spacious enough. If you are fit you can walk to town but you may need some goat in you for the steep inclines. Hot water for showers is an issue and dryer stuggles to get dry

Le chalet est très très bien placé, proche piste et centre ville. Cependant il est proposé pour 10 personnes, nous étions 6 et c’est à mon avis le maximum pour être confortable, tant au niveau de la pièce a vivre que de la capacité en eau chaude. Il est très dommageable qu’il n’y ait aucune possibilité de faire un feu de bois alors qu’une cheminée est dans le descriptif et que nous nous faisions une joie de passer Noël devant un bon feu de cheminée. Pas de shampoing ni de savon ni de papier toilette disponibles, pas grave en soi car commerces à proximité, mais tout de même prévus au descriptif. En fait le logement est loué par Happy Rental qui est une agence…. Nous n’avons bien sûr jamais rencontré notre hôte Pauline, il est donc difficile de dire si elle a été à notre écoute ! Clés prises et remises dans une boîte aux lettres en centre ville, au milieu des autres enveloppes de tous les appartements loués par cette agence…. Aucun contact physique ni personnel : Dommage !

It's a lovely setting, with just a short, very pretty walk to town. The home had lots of bedrooms to spread out and the kitchen was well appointed. We loved the view of the mountains, paragliders landing just outside, goats being herded out our door...very picturesque! It was really wonderful for us. The only few negatives were the beds were not too comfortable, the water is only heated at night which was fine but we weren't informed of that until we found on note explaining this sitting in the laundry room after trying to trouble shoot the hot water heater, and we had issues with the management company not providing the code to the lock box as we were arriving late. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend.

Great spot if you are looking to ski Brevent and enjoy some sun on the porch, the views are unmatched and it is right next to the Brevent base! It is helpful to note that the house does not have Wi-Fi for future guests who might be trying to work or need it. Otherwise, fantastic home and great location!
