De hecho, hay muchos restaurantes franceses e italianos, cafeterías y pubs como Carlone a poca distancia a pie del alojamiento (5-15 minutos). Fabron también está muy cerca de la fabulosa Promenade des Anglais y de la Bahía de los Ángeles. Desde aquí, los huéspedes pueden llegar fácilmente a pie a las famosas playas del paseo marítimo, situadas a unos 12-15 minutos. Además, el pintoresco casco antiguo de Niza, el moderno y de moda barrio de la Liberación y muchos lugares emblemáticos de Niza, como la catedral de San Nicolás, el Museo de Marc Chagall y la Acrópolis, se encuentran a solo 10 minutos en coche del apartamento. Desde aquí, los huéspedes también pueden acceder fácilmente a otras joyas de la Costa Azul. Mónaco, Antibes, Cannes y Cagnes-sur-Mer se encuentran a entre 30 y 40 minutos en coche, mientras que el aeropuerto internacional más cercano está a unos 9 minutos en coche. También se puede llegar al apartamento de vacaciones directamente en tranvía desde el aeropuerto.

We had a really nice stay in the apartment it was close to the beach and local shops so to go down and get fresh baguette and croissants in the morning was without problem. The garden was private and it got nice and warm lie there to get some sun. We arrived early but were still we were greeted by Gilbert who carried our luggage to the apartment, true gentleman 😊 Overall really happy with the place and the way everything went. Shame that our stay was before the pool had opened as it looked really nice as well. But as the ocean was so close we went for a swim there instead. The gardens and the surroundings are beautiful and everyone we meet were really friendly.

Appartement propre, confortable et bien situé dans une résidence avec piscine. Je recommande. Seul inconvénient: accueil plutôt désagréable et méfiant des copropriétaires de la résidence lors des accès à la piscine.

Overall is nice, near the Tram station and very close to the sea. And we really enjoy in watching the Netflix in the bedroom. The two toilets are the cleanest part in the room. But the sofa in the second bedroom can’t be sleep at all since it’s dirty and does not have any cover on it. Anything on the balcony is not clean including the washing machine, and worth to notice that there is no hair dryer and air conditioner. Sunshine only fill in the room in Morning. Also there is a long journey uphill and many stairs before enter the building.

Le canapé de la 2nde chambre est tout à fait inconfortable et ne peut en aucun cas être considéré comme un lit. Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée Le logement est bien situé dans une résidence paisible et doté d une très belle piscine
