Everything was great. Agree with previous reviews that it’s noisy on a Saturday night with a restaurant right underneath. But it was nothing terrible. Place isn’t equipped with air conditioners so can be hot in the Summer months. Place is absolutely great with all clean common areas, equipped with modern amenities and comfortable beds, including sofabed. Would definitely go again.

Most of the things are excellent in the apartment. But there are few things that can be improved. The closets are not usable because the drawers do not slide. Instead of one Dishwasher tablet, providing 3-5 would be useful. Also the shower gel was barely enough for 2 weeks. Rest was very good.

Beautiful place! The apartment was very large and beautiful. I would recommend bringing your own pillow to sleep on though as these were very flat. Was a great stay overall though!

Beautiful apartment and very convenient location to lakefront (5 mins) and great dining. Check in was very easy. We would stay here again. When arriving by train make sure to take the funicular Train not the stairs €1.30, is very much worth every penny.

I had a great stay! The property was very clean and well maintained. The location couldn’t be better – literally a 6 minutes from the lake which made traveling so easy and stress-free. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Staff was very kind and helpful. I recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Lo mejor es la ubicación, en el centro de Lugano, cerca de todo. Los departamentos son grandes, con buenos espacios, caben sin problemas las personas que se indica. Solo faltan algunas cosas prácticas, de poco valor que hacen la vida más fácil, por ejemplo lugar para poner el jabón y shampoo en la ducha o más bolsas para dejar la basura. Es poco lo que falta para que sea excelente.

Bellissima struttura, spaziosa ottima per una famiglia, ottimo il fatto che ci fossero due bagni. Appartamento pulito, composta di tutto il necessario per passare dei giorni tutto assieme. L’unica pecca è che ci siamo trovati un armadio di una camera rotto (può capitare) abbiamo avvisato ma non è stata una cosa di grande intralcio.

The apartment was very spacious, host very responsive, we had extra towels and plenty of pillows. They fixed an issue with the shower within the hour. The apartment had also a great location, close to the lake and the main center. The host had a Prosecco waiting for us, such a nice touch. Thank you! The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the Sugar Bar restaurant below with the loudest music and karaoke Saturday night. We managed to sleep closer to 3AM. Kids couldn’t sleep either. When we didn’t have music from three bar we had construction work noise during the morning. Not the hosts fault but we didn’t have good sleep due to the Bar downstairs and work in the building.

This apartment had two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. It was located very close to the lake (about a 5-10 minute walk), restaurants and the best gelato in town. It was also close (less than 5 minutes) to a grocery store and the local bus station. It was central and very convenient. It was easy to get into and very clean.

Für 4 Personen gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Gutes Willkommensbuch mit hilfreichen Tipps. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen und haben die Zeit in Lugano sehr genossen.

Appartement idéalement situé proche du centre de Lugano! Fonctionnel, propre, spacieux. Bien accueillis, avec une bouteille de Prosecco et des petits sets pour la vaisselle et la douche. :-) A recommander ! Seul point négatif, mais nous le savions dès le départ, ce sont les places de parking.

The location of the flat is really great and the rooms are modern. However, some details made the stay not that comfortable. First of all, we couldn't use the balcony, since the door was apparently locked. We texted the Hosts on the provided Whats App number one hour after our check-in, but never received any response during our stay. Secondly, the flat is located in a house with a bar/cafe on the ground floor. On Saturday night, the music from the bar was really loud and made it hard to sleep until two or three in the morning (even if the bar is officially only open until one). I think, such a potential drawback of a flat should be mentioned in the description.

Everything was great. Agree with previous reviews that it’s noisy on a Saturday night with a restaurant right underneath. But it was nothing terrible. Place isn’t equipped with air conditioners so can be hot in the Summer months. Place is absolutely great with all clean common areas, equipped with modern amenities and comfortable beds, including sofabed. Would definitely go again.

Most of the things are excellent in the apartment. But there are few things that can be improved. The closets are not usable because the drawers do not slide. Instead of one Dishwasher tablet, providing 3-5 would be useful. Also the shower gel was barely enough for 2 weeks. Rest was very good.

Beautiful apartment and very convenient location to lakefront (5 mins) and great dining. Check in was very easy. We would stay here again. When arriving by train make sure to take the funicular Train not the stairs €1.30, is very much worth every penny.

I had a great stay! The property was very clean and well maintained. The location couldn’t be better – literally a 6 minutes from the lake which made traveling so easy and stress-free. Lo mejor es la ubicación, en el centro de Lugano, cerca de todo. Los departamentos son grandes, con buenos espacios, caben sin problemas las personas que se indica. Solo faltan algunas cosas prácticas, de poco valor que hacen la vida más fácil, por ejemplo lugar para poner el jabón y shampoo en la ducha o más bolsas para dejar la basura. Es poco lo que falta para que sea excelente.

Bellissima struttura, spaziosa ottima per una famiglia, ottimo il fatto che ci fossero due bagni. Appartamento pulito, composta di tutto il necessario per passare dei giorni tutto assieme. L’unica pecca è che ci siamo trovati un armadio di una camera rotto (può capitare) abbiamo avvisato ma non è stata una cosa di grande intralcio.

Super Service und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Immer sehr schnell erreichbar. Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz. Optimal für Familien. Am Wochenende ist wegen der zentralen Lage in der Nacht etwas lauter.

The apartment was very spacious, host very responsive, we had extra towels and plenty of pillows. They fixed an issue with the shower within the hour. The apartment had also a great location, close to the lake and the main center. The host had a Prosecco waiting for us, such a nice touch. Thank you! The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the Sugar Bar restaurant below with the loudest music and karaoke Saturday night. We managed to sleep closer to 3AM. Kids couldn’t sleep either. When we didn’t have music from three bar we had construction work noise during the morning. Not the hosts fault but we didn’t have good sleep due to the Bar downstairs and work in the building.

This apartment had two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. It was located very close to the lake (about a 5-10 minute walk), restaurants and the best gelato in town. It was also close (less than 5 minutes) to a grocery store and the local bus station. It was central and very convenient. It was easy to get into and very clean.

Für 4 Personen gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Gutes Willkommensbuch mit hilfreichen Tipps. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen und haben die Zeit in Lugano sehr genossen.

Appartement idéalement situé proche du centre de Lugano! Fonctionnel, propre, spacieux. Bien accueillis, avec une bouteille de Prosecco et des petits sets pour la vaisselle et la douche. :-) A recommander ! Seul point négatif, mais nous le savions dès le départ, ce sont les places de parking.

It is a nice apartment in a top-notch location right next to the park. The company owns a number of the apartments in the building and leases them all. The place is well-designed and convenient - two bathrooms are isolated and comfortable.

L’appartamento era pulito, spazioso, molto comodo e accogliente. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, ambiente tranquillo e tutto in ordine. Ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno in relax.

The location of the flat is really great and the rooms are modern. However, some details made the stay not that comfortable. First of all, we couldn't use the balcony, since the door was apparently locked. We texted the Hosts on the provided Whats App number one hour after our check-in, but never received any response during our stay. Secondly, the flat is located in a house with a bar/cafe on the ground floor. On Saturday night, the music from the bar was really loud and made it hard to sleep until two or three in the morning (even if the bar is officially only open until one). I think, such a potential drawback of a flat should be mentioned in the description.
